Every decision you make is a reflection of what you think about yourself; your self perception and value.
We are eternal, powerhouses of harmonious Spirit. And the greatest happiness is ours, but we have repeatedly belittled ourselves and believe it in this earthly reality.
Thus when faced with a decision, it is an opportunity to ask ourselves in a moment of silence: ‘Is this choice serving the limits of the ego or magnitude of Spirit?’
Does it feel contracting and binding or expanding and freeing?
This practice helps us realize we will not be content with anything that belittles us! And that we are Eternal power houses of joy and happiness.
Kindly see the Beauty and Love of Spirit in everyone else too, for they are a reflection of ourselves. Remember if we belittle them we belittle ourselves which we will not be content with.
