Ways of a Light Seeker: Setting the tone for your day

Each of us are reaching for Enlightenment, whether we are conscious of it or not. It is a quality and promise of the Law of Evolution which is ever unfolding. And it is open to everyone and has no requirement other than to relax body, mind, emotions and surrender to Truth, Joy and Peace.

But there are obstacles that the human mind sets in place: 1) ignorance and fallacious beliefs, 2) pride and valuing something else because of the payoffs, and 3) impatience.

For those of us on our spiritual journey who are conscious and aware …. our behaviors have shades of meaning. We view life as opportunities for spiritual growth and choices that concur with our spiritual awareness.

There is a connection between how we start our day and what kind of life we have. The attitude you wakeup with and your morning habits bleed into your day. Like me, you may be very aware and have experienced it yourself!

PRACTICES

Here are some morning practices that can help us start our day identifying with Spirit and our inner Joy and Happiness …. setting the tone for the day.

1. Upon waking do an attitude check and become conscious of gratitude for Life, Intelligence, Truth and Love ….. and gratitude for all the opportunities that have come and are to come.

I do this before even opening my eyes! An attitude of Gratitude brightens my day and I know that there is much to look forward to. Even challenges we are to face are opportunities for growth!

2. Make the Mental Contact with Universal Life Energy. You can also place yourself in the Star Exercise position in the bed and make the Mental Contact.

3. While still in the Star Position make these Declarations of Truth from the spark of Unconditional Love in your Heart as shared by The Teacher, Svetozar:

“Father, Thou art inspiring me on the Spiritual Plane.

Thou art guiding me on the mental plane.

Thou art sustaining and protecting me on the material plane.

I am Thy individualized projection into Thy own Eternal substance.

Indissolubly connected with Thee, manifesting all Thy qualities and Powers.”

Thank You.

4. After rising, avoid phones and mass media. Meditate with deep Breathing, Relaxation and Silence for as much time as you allow. This can bridge the human mind to Truth and open the door to Unconditional Love.

5. Read some inspiring works or write in your spiritual journal. Set sincere purposes for being considerate, honest, fearless, friendly, kind and loving.

6. Go outside and walk barefoot upon Mother Earth in the sun as appropriate. Do some deep breathing and observe Nature in the moment.

Being a Positive Force in the World

Through Emotional Contagion!

Recently I was talking to someone on the phone and could tell they were ‘down’ which they attributed to the glumly weather, but after about twenty minutes of talking they said they felt like getting out to see a another friend. We synchronized emotionally, though there was no will power involved on my part. My purpose was to be a friend and convey consideration, care and love for them. So, in turn the person I was a friend to wanted to be a friend to someone else!

 We can be a positive force in this world through emotional contagion.

The Universal Law at work 

Have you ever noticed the more you smile the more other people around you smile?  There is real value in the emotion of smiling because, not only it is an experience of your own reality, but also it sets the tone for positive inception to influence other people’s reality! People relate to us, even in passing, through our body language, facial expressions, words, and tone of voice.

Through the Law of Attraction, we can synchronize with other people’s emotions in their energy fields and auras, unconsciously. Emotions are contagious!

We have been unconsciously conditioned to mimic other people’s expressions, tone of voice and body language. If we radiate emotions with qualities of love and happiness like a genuine smile, it attracts similar friendly emotions from others.

Others may find their innate love and return it to us, though it may be unconsciously. Nevertheless, when we manifest Love people will respond in kind eventually …… it is the Universal Law of Attraction, of Love. And that uplifting energy we originally sent out to others will eventually return to us increased. 

But, others can also be adversely effected by our emotional energy. Anger, hatred, disgust, resentment, jealousy, and worry are also contagious!

It is true of any fear-based emotion. Say at work, if we are doing something for someone as an obligation rather than freely giving abundance from our heart, it can attract the same energies from them, adversely affecting them. Plus, the same types of energies eventually return to us.

 The “thinker”

If we want to be a conscious, positive force in others lives, we must first be aware of our own emotions and motivations. In other words, know ourselves. 

Practice of Silence and the Mental Contact, meditation, helps quiet monkey chatter of the subconscious ego so that we are able to listen to our inner voice that recognizes the ego without getting snared in it.

If we are feeling down, we should be conscious of it and do our best to recognize it ….. and try to find the reason. It may be an emotional wound rooted in the past. Yet the essence of it is that the situation is not the way we think it should be. And, we are not doing what our loving heart Truly wants. Thus the depression and unhappiness.

Recognizing the emotional wound is just one step. Then we can accept it and release it. That way we don’t deepen it within ourselves and spread the same emotional energies to others.

You are a Power House!

We can live our life sleep walking, just moving through our day not knowing what a powerful force we are in the world. Being conscious, mindful of the moment, frees us to focus our attention on our deep felt emotions and motivations – our intents.

You can be a Light in this world. The ways are near endless, and everything counts. When you act sincerely from the Love and tenderness of your heart,  you are a positive force not only for yourself and others around you, but indeed for the world.

Love spreads. It’s contagious!

Creativity is a spiritual process that as humans we sometimes overlook and underrate because we are not normally aware that we are constantly creating. We don’t see ourselves as artists …… or creators. Yet, we are constantly creating.

Creative Process

Art is the invisible within …… and the expressions of art are the manifestations. Art is the Power and Inner Being behind the creative process …….behind the manifestation of creation of works of art, rather than the works of art themselves. And that creative process is part of our life everyday.

It is the waking up and beginning your daily life of thoughts, motivations, and behaviors. You are creating within every moment of your day. Actually it is more accurate to say we are co-creators because …… there is nothing we can do without the Source, Our Father, the Eternal.

You are making choices and creating your reality …… with your thoughts, attitudes and behaviors. And this is art ….. the creative process.

Your attitudes and emotions motivate your thoughts ….. and you behave, take actions accordingly. Your actions create an effect. Everything is connected in mind, past memories and emotions, possible futures and most importantly ….. what is happening right now.

The Conscious Artist

A person conscious of being a creative artist …… loves the process of creating ….. and aware of what motives them in the present moment. Now some may call this spiritual awareness or even religious devotion ….. and it is in a way, because …… we are becoming conscious of the Divine within ourselves.

When we toast a piece of bread, paste a picture in a memory book or call a friend ….. we are being the artist …… because we are in the creative process. And we can choose to be conscious of it ….. love it ….. and create beauty because of love within ….. or slide along unconscious of our motivations or what, how we are creating.

We often create unconsciously with subconscious traits rooted in fear and ignorance, like anxiety, desire and pride. And we can be totally unaware of how such emotions motivate our thoughts and behaviors ….. and we end up creating problems/challenges for ourselves.

This inner creative quality is something to cherish and nourish

We usually dismiss and forget our creative process all together in our every day life. Yet, when we become conscious of being motivated by love and other qualities of love like ….. hope, appreciation, consideration, and compassion ….. then we are in the process of creating reality with these motivations …… and we attract more of the same …..

Then art is not a thing of beauty ….. art is beauty. Art is the inner creative cause within you …… the honoring of love and beauty. In this respect, art and our spiritual journey are one and the same.

A State of Mind

It’s amazing how the beauty and power of Alaska can be captured on an iPad! Yet, it is also amazing that there is so much beauty in this world to enjoy. It out weights the dross. And, everything, everything – says something about our earthly condition. It speaks to us in deep and profound ways and all we have to do is be conscious and aware of it.

The Law of Analogy is such a powerful law to help us understand ourselves and of great benefit for those on a conscious spiritual journey. The law Itself is beautiful.

Glacier MeltThe different states of water can be used to symbolize the different states of mind. The liquid state is like the lively, discriminating consciousness, while the frozen state is like the fixed ideas, beliefs and habitual behavioral patterns of subconsciousness.

The subconscious freezes and imprisons the beauty and Love of Mind, dominating our emotions and behaviors with traits like irritability, worry, guilt or greed if we let it. 

Being frozen is hell for us, because the Great Law says Life is constant vibration, change and gradual evolution.

Just like the way the sun can melt a 10,000 year old glacier in Glacier National Park so can unconditional Love of Universal Life Energy melt and change the frozen misconceptions of the subconscious. 

We may think we don’t like change, but everything else about us says that we do. That’s an analogy that can help us be courageous in challenging situations!

Do we really need a conscience?

When two children accompanied their mom shopping they saw a popular miniature doll that they wanted because of the egg packaging it came in, saying it was so to fun open. The mom told them no.  But when they all got home, the mom discovered the children had taken it anyway, having hidden it in their backpack …. unpaid

We all make mistakes

Some of us develop a conscience that hurts when we feel like we have done something wrong. The conscience is a process that kicks in thoughts and emotions of remorse that are in contrast to our moral values.

But here’s the thing …. some of us don’t have a conscience or at less don’t listen to our conscience. And our conscience is not necessarily based in reason, rather in conditioning of culture, civilization, religion, doctrine, and judicial laws.

As children we are usually conditioned in morals by family, society, and religion ….And as we grow our morals and conscience grow also ….  but …. so does the subconscious ego.  And subconscious desires can dominate reasoning and morals …. thus mistakes like shoplifting are made.

Are we conscious?

That question above …. that’s the question we have to ask ourselves. Are we conscious? ….And do we need a conscience?

Adults are more likely to feel like our conscience hurts when we’ve done something ‘wrong’ …. because we have been repeatedly conditioned in morals.  That process of conscience makes us feel remorse. Yet …. consider this …. would we need a conscience if we listened to and behaved according to our Real Self …. to our Superconsciousness?

Our Higher Self does not need a conscience. But ….. our conscious self does …. or at least, at this time in our development. The hurt our conscience inflicts on us can help us …. by pointing to a mistake …. to make us Conscious!

We can grow by learning from our mistakes …. when we are conscious. The subconscious ego doesn’t listen to the conscience because we would have to be conscious. And subconscious desires imprisons conscious reasoning and the conscience.

We have become busy shaking our heads side to side as in ‘no’ and as in confusion …. Fear dominates us so much of the time that our Conscious Self has become too busy to look up to our Higher Self.

We can so easily go berserk …. leaving behind common sense, logic and the good sense to listen to and follow our intuition …. the guidance of our Higher Self and Soul.

Yet there is hope ….

Reason and experience …. when supported by our Higher Self …. are the saving elements in our life.  

The FourSquare is The Great Principle …. as a standard we can use to ask ourselves questions  to awaken our consciousness …. Is our response Enthusiastic? Wise? Accurate? and Loving? And are we conscious, aware, alert in the moment …. observant without attachment?

And let’s remember friendship ….

Shouldn’t we learn to be friendly with ourselves, especially our Higher Selves ….. and with others? Consider ourselves with Love …. as being surrounded by the Eternal as Universal Life Energy, Wisdom, Truth, Love, Spirit in every moment …. indissolubly connected to the Great Principle …. and a ray of IT. Do we see qualities of ourselves in others? Do we see the Absolute twinkling brightly through the eyes of others?

That mom …. perhaps she had a conscience that hurt …. or …. she listened to her Higher Self and did what she could to harmonize the situation by encouraging her children to be conscious and experience the reasoning of the FourSquare. And by being those qualities herself.

Karmic Emotions – Power of Emotion to Change Your Life, Part 4

Your emotions, attitudes and moods are seeds, physical energies, in your psycho-physical system that grow into your reality, determining the flavor, form and style. However, you can create in undesirable, karmic patterns over and over unconsciously! 

Our Inner Being is naturally enthusiastic, adventurous, happy and loving …. however the subconscious ego has dominated us for so long we have come to believe that such emotions as self-doubt, anxiety, insecurity and guilt are normal moods for us!

Overcoming karmic emotional patterns concern managing negative moods! 

Emotional karmic cycles

Believing our so called bad habits exist because of negative karma is like slamming the prison door closed with you on the inside! Fortunately, the Laws of Cause and Effect, Karma and Law of Rhythm are compassionate laws to help us come into our Soul. 

Negative emotional karma is when we cycle over and over in disadvantageous emotional patternsFor example, if you think of a past mistake you made with someone, you may relive the mistake in your memory over and over. Emotionally you may feel guilty and behave from guilt, and it can become a habitual emotional behavior …. even part of your personality

It’s an example of how our emotions in the present may be an effect of the past! …. And a magnetic to attract more of the same energies leading into the future! And even more interesting …. we can attempt to analyze our emotions and behaviors of the past by reliving them in our memory and end up circling in those energies, feeling worse!

Law of Attraction

Law of Cause and Effect (Karma) and Law of Rhythm cycles

Negative Karmic Cycle
Harsh Judgment → Fearful Emotion acts like a magnetic (such as guilt or anger) → Unconscious Temptation of Fearful Behavior → Subconscious Behavior (like lying or violence) → Illusion or Pain Effect becomes a cause for another cycle (like regret or physical injury) → Harsh  Judgment →  ….

Becoming a slave to karmic cycles of subconscious emotions like guilt, shame or self-doubt can lead us to regularly procrastinate, fly off the handle, impulsive eat, or watch daily doses of porn… and attract more of the same energies …. leading to more disruptive behaviors! 

Clearing Our Emotions

When we are tempted to fall into undesirable emotional habits it’s a sign post …. an opportunity to release them. It’s not what I would call our conscience at work because it is not a inhibiting sense. It is our conscious awareness cohering with our Spiritual Heart and …. all the encouraging energies of Enthusiasm, Intelligence, Accuracy and Love of our Soul.

I’ve learned to become very attentive to temptations because …. they trigger such strong emotions. That’s when I pause …. and go silent within. I consciously contact Universal Life Energy and let it flow into my body, mind and emotions, which uplifts me further …. and I am able to listen to my Inner Being and intuition.

That’s when …. discrimination kicks into my thinking and I’m moved …. to release the temptation. It’s so liberating and I feel so grateful and appreciative. I am also usually given some insight and inspiration …. on how to proceed. And it frees me to move into a behavior without …. the burden of anger, guilt, worry or other fearful emotions. 

Therefore, whenever you become conscious of an undesirable emotion consider it an opportunity …. to reinvent yourself bit by bit! 

Attracting uplifting energies!

Conscious Discrimination → Inner Emotional Awareness → Temptation of  Fearful Behavior→ Conscious of FourSquare Soul Powers → Gratitude → Release of Temptation → Appreciation of the Present Moment →

We can allow uplifting emotions for ourselves by aligning with those of our Inner Being! … And attract more of the same uplifting energies to carry into the future!

Daily visualization/meditation can bring us into the present moment and allow mind to cohere with heart.…. mind cohere to Love …. Joy, Trust, Appreciation and Gratitude. All uplifting emotional energies. Consider: Regaining Harmony & Living a Conscious Heart.

It’s a fight for healing

Greetings Light seekers and Lightbearers!

These are  precarious times and precarious times call for a persistent fight to heal the world. I know more than one person that has died from the virus, but this virus circling the world now does not want to kill us. Rather it’s logical that it wants to survive and multiply. And it survives and multiplies when we lay down without a fight, or when we unwittingly pass it on. 

The fight for healing

There are many courageous people on the front lines fighting for our freedom, strength and happiness during this challenging time. Not all of us can be or should be on the front lines. Yet, we all have our duties.

Many people are doing what they can, including the Lightbearers I know…. making masks, donating food…. observing social distancing….and lifting the spirits of others. And it seems it is our duty to be in the moment and keep or get ourselves healthy so that we might help others be healthy….our families, our communities…and our world. 

Each of us can be a channel for healing in our own ways as we are inspired.  You are invited to join the Lightbearers in Giving the Healing Energy to all humanity and the world. Anyone can do it with a sincere intention and surrender to the Great Principle, God. The Great Principle, God does the healing, while You become the Channel. The more that join in, the more healing Universal Life Energy will circle the world, spreading from one being to another according to Universal Law.

It is an expression of compassion… and compassion means we do what is FourSquare at the appropriate time and place… then leave it to Universal Law. 

Should we be cautious?… yes, that’s wise. But to be afraid….no, that doesn’t help anyone, instead fear attracts even more fearful energies. And to doubt the existence of the problem is ignoring the facts….ignorance.

And have a sense of humor!

That reminds me …. should we have a sense of humor during these challenging times? Yes… a giggle, a chuckle, a laugh is a form of release and stress relief. And another good thing about it is that it can be contagious, passing from one to another offering uplifting energies.

And in the hope this gives you a giggle….a dear and thoughtful friend with a great sense of humor delivered this beauty to my house – while observing social distancing I might add!

This tickled my funny bone! And I still smile about it. Yes, there is still a big demand for toilet tissue here in the USA because of hoarding, but as I understand it there is also shortages in many other countries too! Hoarding is a fearful and greedy trait….but having a chuckle over it can ease fear’s hold over us.

Humor aside…

Have you noticed how people… and governments…. are communicating …and connecting? 

If……there is a bright spot that is coming from this experience it is that….all of us…. all of the people…..and all of the countries….have gotten some understanding how we are all connected. That what one does can seriously affect another, that a chain reaction can occur, passing from one to another. 

And if we all want to prosper, be healthy and happy then being conscious of our thoughts, attitudes and behaviors is of primary importance. And the core of them, the essence of them being FourSquare: All Energy, Intelligence, Truth and Love, with Love being the leader in our intentions, will build to that happiness.  

Cooperation between us is a great asset, while protest and complaining retards our improvement. Ignorance and procrastation retards us, while science and Faith takes us steps closer to understanding.

 This can be a great opportunity for us to realize our connection not only to each other, but also to the Great All. That we are Strong, Wise, Free and Loving. And when we help our fellow man we are helping not only ourselves, but indeed the world. 

Let us fight for healing. Kindly consider Giving the Healing Energy to the world. And Be Strong, Intelligent, Accurate and Caring.

Facing fear Square on- The Power of Emotion to Change Your Life, Part 3

The Universe compassionately works to help us come into our soul and wholeness. Fearful emotions that are circling the globe is very stressful for everyone, yet there are simple steps to center yourself squarely in your soul’s power to help you confront every fear that can negatively impact not only the present, but also your future.

Emotions can be learned
We are conditioned to react emotionally to certain conditions like what we face in the world now. We’re taught to react with fear unconsciously through childhood experiences, in the media and in society. We even condition our self by transferring our emotional reactions from similar experiences of the past to the present.

If negative reactionary emotions are learned and conditioned, then it stands to reason that you can learn to respond to any situation positively.

STEPS to face fearful temptation Square on

 1 – When you are faced with temptation to act on any negative feelings, like striking out from anxiety or anger or fall into despair, the first step is to take a deep breath, exhale and relax. Deep breathing evokes a relaxation response and release, so it will immediately adjust your attitude.  

2 – Make the Mental  Contact with Universal Life Energy to help You harmonize not only your mental energies, but also your emotional and physical. 

3 – Look up within to raise your consciousness to observe ‘the thinker,’ synchronizing body, mind and emotions, bringing yourself into the present moment.

Observe your thinking in a detached state; without judgment or entanglement. But  stay here long because we can easily start circling in the same troubling thoughts and emotions that trapped us in the first place!

4 – Then ask yourself the question: Am I coming from a place of fear or love?  

 If it is fear, then just let it pass you by. Release it and with a thought like, It was only a temporary temptation and illusion of the subconscious ego, and I am grateful to realize that. I am Strong, Wise, Sincere and Loving. 

5 Deny that any temptation of fearful thoughts or emotions have any power over you. Negate fear. Remember and realize that You are a law unto yourself on the mental plane!

The key is to feel sincere. Sincerity opens the door to your Soul heart and Real Love, calming the mind and emotions. 

6 Use your free will to choose to attract more high-frequency energy and focus your thoughts with uplifting energies like gratitude and appreciationFurther open your heart to feel Love.

These are the energies you want to engulf yourself in, spend time in – appreciation, gratitude, goodwill, consideration, respect and love. Appreciate those wonderful people, and situations in your life. Appreciate the air you breathe, the sunshine, the grass and trees. Even appreciate the beneficial things in your immediate environment. You know what is good in your life. Feel appreciation and love in your heart. You will be amazed at the results! 

You are creating an uplifting mental/emotional state which will eventually manifest more benefits in your reality! All those energies attract more of the same energies through the Law of Attraction. 

7 – You’ve worked to change your energies mentally and emotionally, but you’re also a physical being. Manifest a positive emotion physically in the moment. It may be change in your body language, a smile, a kind word or helping others. 

Moving can disperse hormonal chemicals like adrenaline, which is why some people jog or exercise, to help release stress. 

You and Universal Power

I’ve used the above methods many, many times to release negative energy and center myself in authentic power of Love. I can definitely see patterns. Thank the Great Law the patterns are changing for the better.

Through sincerity and making the choice to come from a place of compassion and love emotionally, you can bring peace and happiness into your life and to those around you. You establish new neuron paths in the brain, and each time it will be easier to make the choices that are uplifting, wise, sincere and loving; that are FourSquare

You have authentic Power and are stronger than any negative temptation because you are a powerful Soul.

Gaining Control over fear, worry and sorrow 

So many of us have unexpectedly become overwhelmed by negative emotions, even to the point of driving us to behave in ways that are not in our own best interest, like going down an emotional, dark rabbit hole. We can let fear , worry and sorrow dominate our thinking and behavior repeatedly, to the point of crippling us. Yet, negative emotions can be used for a great spiritual purpose and benefit.

Emotions like fear, worry and sorrow can be a spring board to higher consciousness… from which you can create the reality you desire.

When we suffer we eventually look for a way out. We desire freedom, strength, and happiness. And there is a very simple path to emotional freedom.

That path starts with an awareness in the moment. And if you are experiencing fearful emotions, release. Then an embrace of that emotion that you want to become a condition in your reality. The more you embrace the emotion you desire in the present moment the more of those same energies you draw to yourself through the Law of Attraction.

If we want a happy existence then we must create it. And it starts with our awareness.

Be the Watcher of the Thinker
Learn to observe your negative emotions, using all your senses and listening to your Higher Self to gain some insight and control. This step is somewhere we move through quickly, then we get to the good stuff! Thinker

Consider this method I use to come to the moment:

Pause your thinking, take a deep breath, release and relax. Quiet the monkey chatter; be ‘the watcher of the thinker.’ Observe your thoughts and attitude from a higher consciousness. Draw them into you and feel them fully without any harsh judgment. Observe your body, i.e. facial expression and body posture because your body language can give you great insights!

Your Reality is Shaped by Your Emotions

 Learn from Your Emotions
I ask myself questions without getting attached to the answers and all judgmental, like:

  • Is any part tensed, tight or temporally frozen? Is my stomach in a knot?
  • Do I feel urged to lash out verbally, shout, cry, or fight?
  • Do I feel like I’ve been hit hard and want to shut down?

 You have to know what you feel in order to get to the heart. Once you answer some analytic questions impersonally and recognize you are tempted to behave negatively, then you can use it as a spring-board to go deeper in understanding of yourself.

Reasoning, conscious mind can go only so far in understanding, you must also feel your understanding with an open heart that is inspired by your Higher Self. Look up within to your Higher Self and ask yourself deeper questions like:

  • Why is it so important to me that I am attached to …fear… worry… sorrow?

And, to the heart of the matter, the questions:

  • Am I reacting this way because I feel unloved or unloving?
  • Am I coming from a place of fear or love in my heart?

Disabling Negative Emotions
It doesn’t help to stay in the questioning mode very long. It’s just a leaping pad to better things! When you ask such a question of yourself with deep sincerity you will begin to feel a change in your attitude. The emotion of sincerity and desire for Truth opens the door to Love within you, and the illusion of the negative emotion will begin to disperse.

Sincerity liberates love within your heart and  you gain a glimpse of yourself as a powerful spirit and soul. And those realizations and reality is what we want to attract more of! 

Your Heart is your Magnetic Center of Attraction. So it attracts what you feel! Therefore, consciously embrace uplifting emotions. Visualize yourself with a happy heart and expressing goodwill to others. Keep coming back to feeling uplifted, calm and relaxed. Make the Mental Contact with Universal Life Energy which is a powerful ally because It is Strength, Wisdom and Love that empowers those same energies within yourself, within your Soul. 

Then smile. Putting a smile on your face triggers neurons to connect with emotions that cause you to smile. The body causes the mind to engage in a like manner.

You may be tempted to be drawn back in right then and there, but you have already put Light and Love on it, so it is weakening. Mentally we know there are dire conditions in the world, yet emotionally we are working to lift ourselves so that we may be able to help us all.

Continually focus on thinking uplifting thoughts…. visualizing happy conditions… appreciating the moment fully…contacting Universal Life Energy. And, the more you do this the more of the same energies are attracted. Things will begin to synchronize, including our behaviors and actions so that we are also physically creating the reality we desire. 

It’s a spiritual journey

Our freedom from fear, worry, sorrow is started from a corner of alert awareness and consciousness, then built from a place of Enthusiasm, Wisdom, Truth and Love… the FourSquare. This is a spiritual journey. A journey in which we must travel in today’s world and today’s conditions, with fear circling the earth. And we can rise above fear now, helping ourselves and helping others.

We build and create our happiness by starting with conscious consideration, goodwill and compassion in our thoughts, emotions. And allowing those energies positively influence our attitudes and behaviors.  And this is something that each and everyone of us can do!

Tempted to go down a dark, dark hole – Empowering yourself amidst turmoil

Hoping happiness for others plays a vital role in our own happiness. But we can find it difficult to stay positive amidst turmoil in our life and in the world. Fretting and wanting things to be different can keep us in perpetual worry, fret and fear. Yet we can empower ourselves with some simple practices.

Taking a different path

Constant thinking about what we don’t want takes us down a dark hole. 

When I’m in that hole I can’t see or think anything positive. So the best course of action I’ve found is to be silent. Relax and be quiet. Quiet the thinking or focus on breathing.  This breaks the connection to the habitual patterns of subconscious conditioning. But if you realize you are thinking, just observe it without following familiar trails, returning to your breathing and  the present moment. Be the detached observer. 

That’s when you can see a choice that was not there before.

No one or any condition can make us worried, sad or mad unless we agree to it. This realization has stopped me in my tracks! We can choose another path.

We may not have control over people or situations, but we may be able to remove ourselves from those energies that do not lift us. And we can control our own minds. Once you realize this then you can set yourself on a positive trajectory.

Something else happens

To the constant thinker being silent sounds counterproductive, yet being silent frees us to lift our consciousness.

This is when something else happens. Without the influence of the past or desires of the future, in other words without the influence of subconscious worry trails and programming that have been established through habit and unconscious programming, you can ignite the courage to liberate love and tenderness from your heart. This is so freeing in my experience.

When circumstances are not necessarily in sync

Tenderness may express and surface to your consciousness as calm gratitude. Mentally focusing on those things that you are grateful for activates the Law of Attraction, attracting more reasons for your happiness. The more gratitude that surfaces, the more likely you will experience harmony within. Love instead of fear within which has always been there.

Even when physical circumstances are not necessarily in sync with the calm and tenderness you experience within, you are empowering yourself and co-creating reality through the Law of Attraction. With love, consideration and caring as vital parts of your motivation, you are better able to co-create a happier reality. 

Any act of constructive creativity makes us a bit happier! And we can remove ourselves from stressful conditions if circumstances permit it. Turn off media. Be in nature. Do acts of kindness. And Live a Conscious Heart. 

The Light of Truth

Sure there may be times, in moments of doubt, that we feel like succumbing to feeling like crap again. Yet that contrast points to an opportunity! It’s an opportunity to recognize your Inner Strength and that the temptation to fall in a dark hole is a temporary illusion and let it go.

Grab hold of uplifting visions and contact Universal Life Energy. Be in the present moment, trusting that you are part of something greater than yourself. You are One with Source; have Faith and Trust in that.
