We believe in the illusions of the ego and it’s irresponsibilities, and therefore we experience anger, resentment and impatience, blaming others for our negative traits. Others can help us be aware of those negative traits that burden us.

Things Change
White clouds, daydreams dance across the sky,
White flowers, bees wings, buzz does day glorify.
Ego, cries and does surmise change is not our thing,
Soul, brave and life’s map does aviate like a butterfly.
We are in a state of constant change physically, mentally and emotionally!
We may think we don’t like change, but everything about our inner nature says we do!
A positive thought about change – that it is a natural process of life, will help us face uncertainty or unexpected changes. A positive attitude negates a bit of negative energy that we may carry in the subconscious, putting us in a more embracing attitude.
