When we’ve done something we judge as very wrong, we tend to compromise and overlook the truth, thinking …. ‘well, it’s not so bad,’ and let it slide.
But compromise causes destructive, inner turmoil. Somehow we know within that Truth is Law and uncompromising.
When I realize I have made a mistake and am tempted to criticize myself or others placing blame and guilt. I become grateful for the wisdom to see the truth …. ‘I made a mistake.’
The courage to rise above a mistake naturally unfolds when I acknowledge responsibility for my mbehavior! And I am grateful for recognition of the mistake and the courage to rise above it.
And as my thinking becomes calm and quiet, I pause in that wonderful awareness any negative temptations are released.
So how do we avoid comprising, destructive thinking?
Express the FourSquare:
First, consider having a positive attitude. Be optimistic, hopeful. This sets us on a positive course.
Then be aware, Conscious, reasonable, considerate. Without Wisdom we cannot be successful in anything.
And be truthful. If we ignore or deny the truth of the situation, we tend to compromise or let things slide, which arouses fear, causing a divided, restless, destructive mind.
You have the courage to walk the path of Truth: with optimism, with wisdom, and with clear sincere eyes, mind becomes calm. And we get a clear indication of being on the path of Truth, feeling inner Peace…. our natural state.
Truth opens the door within us to Harmony. And we can express that calm harmony as Goodwill. We begin to move beyond the mistake and co-create harmony in our human reality.
There are no shortcuts, no comprises, with Truth to reach Harmony.

“Goodwill is the finest expression today of Love. It does not seek anything for its own use; it is generous.”
