Overwhelming secret

We keep secrets, but we should not be satisfied with keeping secrets because they can hurt us. And they’re violations of Truth; destructive to our life and everyone else’s. Yet, we can build to our freedom, rising above them and walk the path of Spiritual unfoldment living a happy, earthly life now.

Let me share my experience to make it clearer.

As a child I was separated from my loving mother for some time due to divorce. During our separation I was neglected by caretakers, which I buried emotionally and keep secret. Eventually my mother and I were happily reunited. But I experienced high anxiety most of the time and would sleepwalk, crying in my bedroom doorway most nights, though I didn’t remember it in the mornings. My mother tried to solve the mystery but to no avail, because I still kept secrets of neglect and abuse.

It wasn’t until adulthood that I made a commitment to spiritual development and shared my childhood experiences with my mother. And to find out, she also had overwhelming emotional experiences during those times, and as a child had traumatic, abusive experiences herself. But as we opened to spiritual practice in Science of Being, we began releasing the trauma and began healing.

We both have had much success and happiness in our life since we began practicing the principles of Science of Being. I’ve been a practitioner for almost 50 years and I am so grateful for the Loving Wisdom and opportunities in life.

There are no secrets, the truth manifests

The cornerstone of Science of Being is Truth aflame with Love. It is part of the FourSquare qualities of our Real Spiritual Self: Energy, Intelligence, Truth and Love. The principle is to develop all these qualities equally, yet Truth ….. knowing what we really are, the qualities of the Eternal made manifest in our life build us automatically to Spirit. It’s like the ancient wisdom of, “Know thyself and thy will know All.”

And knowing ourselves includes the very human traumas and egotistic traits in order to release them and rise above them into our natural condition of Freedom, Peace and Harmony.

Manifesting those natural qualities of Optimism, Intelligence, Accuracy, and Love in a balanced manner may take conscious effort to begin with, but as we commit to Truth, release the past, and continue to consciously and purposefully manifest the FourSquare in the present moment it gets easier. We automatically manifest what we already are!

Overcoming and aligning with truth

The human mind is naive, and children are especially naive, becoming programmed to behave according to what is expected. And as we grow up we can identify with negative traits like not being good enough, worthless, being a burden, being damaged goods. We may experience overwhelms with nightmares, anxieties, and emotional meltdowns. The effects of traumas are manifested physically.

The good news is that these are attention getters and point to what needs healing. When we open and enter the door of Truth we empower ourselves with All Truth, Power, Wisdom and Love.

It’s no secret. It’s Truth – know your own energy, wisdom, truth and love and communicate it. You are manifesting the FourSquare, which empowers you to rise into higher levels of illumination and consciousness.

“We have Five Gates or Senses to penetrate into the Unknown. Inside of us, we correlate the outside impressions. Truth is both outside and inside. Truth demands completeness. Half a truth is a lie. Truth cannot be cut in half. It ether is or is not.”

This and all entries are for inspiration and encouragement to persevere on our spiritual journey. And are shared with educational and humanitarian purposes. Yet each of us are responsible for our choices and only you can build to your own Harmony and Spirit.

Uncompromising

When we’ve done something we judge as very wrong, we tend to compromise and overlook the truth, thinking …. ‘well, it’s not so bad,’ and let it slide.

But compromise causes destructive, inner turmoil. Somehow we know within that Truth is Law and uncompromising.

When I realize I have made a mistake and am tempted to criticize myself or others placing blame and guilt. I become grateful for the wisdom to see the truth …. ‘I made a mistake.’

The courage to rise above a mistake naturally unfolds when I acknowledge responsibility for my mbehavior! And I am grateful for recognition of the mistake and the courage to rise above it.

And as my thinking becomes calm and quiet, I pause in that wonderful awareness any negative temptations are released.

So how do we avoid comprising, destructive thinking?

Express the FourSquare:

First, consider having a positive attitude. Be optimistic, hopeful. This sets us on a positive course.

Then be aware, Conscious, reasonable, considerate. Without Wisdom we cannot be successful in anything.

And be truthful. If we ignore or deny the truth of the situation, we tend to compromise or let things slide, which arouses fear, causing a divided, restless, destructive mind.

You have the courage to walk the path of Truth: with optimism, with wisdom, and with clear sincere eyes, mind becomes calm. And we get a clear indication of being on the path of Truth, feeling inner Peace…. our natural state.

Truth opens the door within us to Harmony. And we can express that calm harmony as Goodwill. We begin to move beyond the mistake and co-create harmony in our human reality.

There are no shortcuts, no comprises, with Truth to reach Harmony.

“Mistakes never mend themselves of their own accord; they must be made right by deliberate action on your part before they will cease to obstruct your way. Therefore, face the situation boldly, with the firm determination to change it for the better.”
