Tought for the day

Our true character is revealed when things are challenging! Any negative that surfaces from within reveals what was latent ….. and this gives us an opportunity for self awareness and growth.

The ego gets all involved in other people and projects onto others. As soon as we are honest about our defects, rather than repressing, denying or projecting them, we are less defensive and more self-accepting. We are more inclined to release narcissistic ego traits like blame, guilt and pridefulness.

We have freedom of choice and we can choose Harmony. And if we can’t seem to jump right to harmony from disharmony and blame, then we can begin by taking a deep breath and relaxing. We’ve already begun to release disharmonious emotions and thoughts. In that release we can focus on feeling something better, lighter. And this is when focus on the FourSquare is so beneficial …… being optimistic, considerate, sincere, and loving.

When we are sincere we become more self-aware. And we begin to experience unconditional Love for ourselves and others.

In the hope You find Love close at hand, PortiaSLB

“We must fight outside disharmony and counteract it with inside Harmony. There is nothing more helpful than to be sincere. Insincerity is one of the greatest obstacles to coming in touch with Harmony. The world today has reached a most insincere condition. We can to some extent eliminate the troubles from ourselves. Try to synchronize as much as possible with the good things. There is nothing more important than enlightenment. More light means more joy and more Harmony, more life.”
