Every adversity or opposition, every great and wonderful thing, that we experience is interconnected and synchronized in Universal Laws: Cause and Effect, Gender, Polarity, Rhythm, Evolution and the Law of Unity. And all of the Laws are beneficial, helping us create our strength, freedom and happiness, especially when we work consciously in them ….. when we deliberately synchronize with them.
We always are given the opportunity to be conscious and in harmony with Law. And if we choose otherwise, if we choose the human egotistic road, we are compassionately lead back. The Laws of Cause and Effect, Gender, Polarity and Rhythm help us return to The Law of Harmony. These Laws are are ubiquitous in our world and life.
Here are some tips to face adversities and co-create positive opportunities for your happiness synchronizing with Universal Laws:
Being calm, conscious and observant in a detached state opens us to see possibilities and opportunities in the moment. Caution is a means of self protection, yet fear can urge us to freeze, flee or fight against. And fighting against feeds fighting energy to the situation, making it difficult to reason and have insights.
According to sacred numerology this year adds up to #6 and matters of the heart, love and relationships become forefront.
It’s an opportunity for You to be in Love this year and transform yourself! An opportunity to connect with your Spiritual Heart and Unconditional Love that resides there, the sacred chamber of Source within!
On the world stage, #6 energies will encourage social coherence with attitudes of cooperation and compassion, focusing on goodwill and freeing ourselves from past attitudes of fear.
But there are also indications of power struggles and conflict among nations and dictatorial self-righteousness which may cause tempers to flair and acting on impulses instead of thinking things through first. In turn, this could cause mass confusion and distrust of governments and those in power.
This #6 year gives us an opportunity to be conscious of problems, yet focus on Love.
We have the freedom of choice to be enthusiastic, aware, sincere and compassionate. Those FourSquare energies attract opportunities to contribute to humanity’s awakening that is now taking place.

On more a personal level, the energy of #6 is domestic and centers around home. This year we will be blessed with the opportunity to establish calm and harmony within ourselves, home and family.
You will greatly benefit nurturing your existing relationships, letting family and friends know that they are appreciated and Loved. And apply optimistic attitudes to improve relationships at work.
Your emotions are what empower You to create your internal and external reality. Therefore, establish Harmony within yourself! And accept others for who they are and release self-absorbed urgings for control. Love them unconditionally as does Source. However, we should not tolerate any abuse, discriminating as to the best FourSquare course.
Choose to Be enthusiastic, considerate, sincere and Loving. It instills harmony. Now is the time to decide. It’s your spiritual privilege to choose your path in life. When you choose to feel emotionally harmonious within yourself and manifest it in your Individuality and life with the FourSquare, it leads you to success and Joy in Life.
Even if you experience push-back, let your confidence rise and old inhibitions fall away. And that Joy will spread out from you to those closest to you, then out into the world.
This should be a very rare year indeed with three #2’s!
Three 2’s may create lively periods that swing from one direction to the other …. from carefree to rebellious, from reason to delusion, from focus to confusion. There may be volatile periods with misuse of power and acting too quickly without reason or consideration. And major disagreements on how to get things done.
Number 2 on the surface portrays polarity through opposites. Be careful of those biding for power. Just notice urges to jump one way or the other without following them.
Urges do not represent the Real You …. rather they stem from the primitive brain and human, subconscious ego conditioning. They are more like a shadow with no real substance.
Your frontal brain cortex and Self consciousness can override conditioning that urges us to join bandwagons that only add fuel to the fire of competition. You have spiritual freedom of choice!
Number 2’s sacred energy is that of Attraction and Love! There is potential for you to contribute to a more compassionate world with the energies of #2.
You canchooseto blend intellect with love ….. Establish Mind/Heart Coherence.
You can choose to do acts of kindness rather than getting involved in squabbles.
You can choose to blend your human life with your inner spiritual life, making them the same thing. You and all of humanity will benefit.
Setting Goals for 2022
Courageously dare to pursue your goals, creating opportunities, rather than identifying with problems this year.
Unburden yourself of needless emotional baggage from past emotional hurts. This will help you Self-actualize and liberate Love from within, cultivating positive, upbeat vibes and sense of joy and humor.
The Light Seeker within can unite with the Light Worker that You are, and reap the rewards.
Aim to be Be FourSquare and let Love lead you; expressing All Energy, Intelligence, Truth and Love.

PRACTICES TO FLOW IN MONEY ENERGY
When you do pay for anything, services or goods, feel good about it ….. grateful that someone is able to do the service or make the goods. Give willingly, lovingly and happily. Have an attitude that you flow in the abundance of money ….. you give and you receive. It’s all good in money exchange and the Law of Compensation.
A person conscious of being a creative artist …… loves the process of creating ….. and aware of what motives them in the present moment. Now some may call this spiritual awareness or even religious devotion ….. and it is in a way, because …… we are becoming conscious of the Divine within ourselves.
It takes courage to go into the gaps ….. to become aware of the silence in-between the streams of thinking. It takes courage to go out of our comfort zone …. to pause, observe the quiet ….. go silent within…… and experience zero thoughts.
Gratitude may arise for the awareness of what is happening. Not for the crisis, problem or opposition, rather gratitude for the awareness of serenity and love always being close at hand. Gratitude for the infinite opportunities in this moment. Gratitude for some higher conscious understanding, that may not be logical, rather something deeper and far reaching ….. life changing.
There is real value in the emotion of smiling because, not only it is an experience of your own reality, but also it sets the tone for positive inception to influence other people’s reality! People relate to us, even in passing, through our body language, facial expressions, words, and tone of voice.
Through the Law of Attraction, we can synchronize with other people’s emotions in their energy fields and auras, unconsciously. Emotions are contagious!
To elevate the human mind to be conscious of our Unity ….. with Spirit ….. with Harmony. To be conscious of – All Life, Intelligence, Law and Love ….. And to Manifest ….. to Be …… in the ever present moment these qualities …… with every thought, every attitude, and every act of ours.
A choice of oneuplifting attitude invites an entire field of uplifting attitudes and raises our consciousness.
It’s helpful to realize that the ego is extremely needy and gets energy from negative personality attitudes of predatory self-indulgence ….. like indignation over rights and entitlements, expecting no consequences.
Here are some morning practices that can help us start our day identifying with Spirit and our inner Joy and Happiness …. setting the tone for the day.

#5. Read some inspiring works or write in your spiritual journal. Set sincere purposes for being considerate, honest, fearless, friendly, kind and loving.

We are very capable of recognizing and exercising our mental powers to raise our ordinary rate of vibration, becoming freer and happier. And we don’t have to spend the day in meditation!
Being conscious and aware of what is happening in our thinking is the easiest way to create a freer mind and attract what you want in life. If we recognize we are tempted by anxiety or greed, be brave. We should acknowledge temptations without labeling them ….. energizing them. Egotistic, immature thoughts can hold us in discouraging circles of regret, craving, worry and hate.
Relax physically and mentally, observing the feelings, the sensations, rather than the thoughts as a detached, impersonal observer.
If we get involved in fearful thoughts, analyzing, labeling them, reminiscing and following them we can get caught in those energies and circle there. As a detached observer of the feelings, the feelings will dissipate gradually. You are releasing the mental/emotional energies. And this is what we want when those energies are coarse and dampening.
It happens to us all the time. I will start to feel something that’s just off. And I become aware of it, emotionally. Resentment is a very subtle one! I am very much tempted to go into it, and dwell there, analyzing, questioning, connecting the dots so to speak, then labeling it. Pretty soon I realize I’m circling in those energies, powering more of the same!
That’s when I pause and have some self-respect, taking a deep breath, relaxing and contact Universal Life Energy. The energies start to disperse. I focus on gratitude, sincerely feeling it in my heart and return to sanity. Then I can see and experience all the beauty and love in Life.

Consider …… if we feel we are sacrificing something good for the better good or for wealth and money, then fear is leading us rather than love. Sacrificing anything good …. especially love …. is counter productive and will not benefit anyone in the universal circle of Life.
Sacrificing love, sacrificing our better ourselves, makes the ego stronger and all the egotistic traits like greed, self-righteousness, blame, hate and scorn…… rather than all of our positive, loving qualities like gratitude, optimism, understanding and courage.
To feel that we must sacrifice our energy and time to attract money or power will not bring us wealth or true power in the long run. It instead takes away from our pursuit of Happiness and spiritual Power.
Sacrificing love makes us weak because fear dominates us, rather than love. True Love is very Strong, while being very active, balancing in Wisdom, seeing the depths of Truth and Intent.
Obedience to ecclesiastic beliefs in sacrificing something good for the better good restricts and holds us frozen in that belief, in that positionality. It holds us back from our Freedom. And if it is one thing that humans love and desire it is Freedom. Even children cry for Freedom.
If we must sacrifice something then …. sacrifice fear, laziness, ignorance, procrastination, pretense and disrespect. Recognize them for what they are …… illusions that are not the Real You. Allow them to pass through you. Contact Universal Life Energy, The Great Principle, aligning with Love. Love as the Great Principle Loves ….. Love yourself and others unconditionally.
Be brave. Have a sincere intent to release blind beliefs, assumptions, blame, despair, regret, hate and scorn when then arise. Recognize them without claiming them, dwelling in them and they will fade. This is releasing them, freeing yourself of them.
And …. releasing egotistic traits helps us open more to the continuous flow of Abundance of Strength, Wisdom, Sincerity and Love within us.
It is our Hearts that are our natural Center of Attraction …. Divine, Unconditional Love sets there …. Our Hearts are drawn to the magnet of Freedom, Strength, Happiness and All Wealth. That is why ….. attitudes of Optimism, Trust and Understanding empowers us to be in the full flow of ever All Abundance.

Portion your day
Through Universal Life Energy we connect with the qualities of our True Self ….. with Strength, Wisdom, Truth and Love. I’ve found that there is an easy way to approach the daunting challenge of staying conscious of our connection with Source, in continual contact with Universal Life Energy, throughout our busy day. We currently create our reality in time and space …. and that’s all good …. so let us align with them.
View your entire day as occurring in portions …. and ….have a sincere intent to consciously be in contact with Universal Life Energy in each portion. Have an intent to consciously observe and enjoy the space you are in.
Have a sincere intent to work to be Enthusiastic, Intelligence, Sincere and Loving See the beauty in things ….. appreciate them ….. and be feel grateful.
As you awake in the mornings… that’s a portion. Even as you continue to slumber but gain consciousness … mentally contact Universal Life Energy: I am One with Universal Life Energy. I feel It flowing through me Now.
Making and eating breakfast are portions. At the beginning work potion remember to be conscious of continuing in the flow. It can energize you physically and mentally… open you to appreciation of the moment.
Before sleep ….
Realize something like, “I am One with Universal Life Energy that is flowing through me now. It flows through every nerve, hair and organ. I am in perfect health and am Strong, Wise, Honest and Loving. I am Spirit and Matter, body, mind and Soul.”
My intent is to feel emotionally as if it is already manifested….because it has on the mental level….and what is true on one level will attract the same for all levels.
