Pulling strings of treacherous sub-servant

We get preoccupied with our human reality, dealing with it, and even getting lost in it. And, as discussed in the last posting, the subconscious ego has a great influence in our life. It can be treacherous, causing us challenges. And it can be so dominating that there is very little chance of us having real rational thought!

Yet, subconsciousness can serve us when we pull the strings that challenge us and clear a way for our happiness and destiny.

STRINGS AND SLIPPERY SLOPE OPERATIONS

We become conditioned to react in similar ways to similar situations because our thoughts follow established and well-traveled brain synapse paths from past experiences stored in the subconscious. Subconsciousness has accepted every thought, emotion and experience indiscriminately and let them grow unnoticed.

However, those energies eventually return to our conscious reality in warped states. We can circle in resurfacing egotistic traits like guilt, regret, and angry from the past and unreasonable anxiety and fear about the future. We don’t appreciate and enjoy the present.

When we are honest with ourselves and the condition of the ego, we raise our level of consciousness into courage, which helps us evolve, even more. One of the best ways to become more aware of egotistic traits with ourselves is to observe how we react to other people!

PULLING THE STRINGS

So when you become aware of feeling that something is wrong, kindly consider these steps to pull those strings that bother you as they crop up so you can let them go and build your happiness. This way the subconscious ego becomes your servant:

1. When you experience feelings of impatience, worry, anxiety, dread …. those are like strings resurfacing to consciousness from the subconscious ego. Pause. Take some deep breathes, and become the conscious watcher of the thinker. Just notice your thinking and feelings without getting all involved and reacting to them.

2. Then go deeper to that level of consciousness where you are the unattached observer, just noticing the watcher and swirl of activities without harsh judgment.

3. Bring to the surface of your consciousness the opposite of what you may observe …… love instead of fear, courage in the face of scorn, gratitude when tempted by blame or regret, or understanding instead of hatred or desire.

This is a quick and easy method when challenged, yet conscious in the moment.

4. Go deeper still! Listen to the Silence within. And you will eventually begin to feel the Power of the Universe in that Silence, Universal Life Energy! Contact It consciously, feeling It move through your body and mind. It refines your consciousness even more to higher frequencies of calm, peace, compassion and gratitude.

5. Use your power of conscious discrimination …… pull the string of any disharmonious feelings or thoughts like anxiety, worry, guilt, shame or whatever it is, and reject it. Negate it. Throw it in a mental trashcan, and flood yourself with the Power of Universal Life Energy. That Power heals and harmonizes negative energies, clearing the way for more loving energies within you to surface.

6. Then leave it to the Great Principle, trusting and having faith it will be taken care of according to Universal Law.

“Whenever you feel the impulse to indulge some negative inner call, school yourself to bring out instead the exactly opposite and positive quality. In so doing, you lift the weight of wrong which seeks to drag that negative trait into expression, and by destroying its influence in your life you restore the proper balance within you.”

Eugene Fersen, The Fundamental Principles of Science of Being, page 156.

More to come, with the help of The Great Law!

Riotous Subconscious operations!

The subconscious ego has tremendous power and influence in our reality. And even though we have always been eternal, harmonious Beings we are not normally conscious of it. We are more likely to experience the so called polar, the human ego.

We can see the mistakes we make, the same old egotistic patterns that haunt us and urges to do unreasonable things, but there are definite operations of the subconscious we should know for our own good!

HALL OF RECORDS

The subconsciousness is a mental storage-bin that accepts every thought and experience regardless of it being of mental or physical origin with nothing being rejected! Good or bad, nothing is rejected or ever lost.

These thoughts and attitudes eventually manifest physically in our reality and bodies as traits and physical conditions, including illnesses. Plus we can pass these traits on to our family, just as they were passed to us through our ancestors. Families may experience the same traits and tendencies because the subconscious manifests physically.

And not only are our own records collected in the subconscious, so are human collective thoughts, attitudes and experiences. You can see how humanity’s past, even when not fully known, has a great influence in current global attitudes and affairs.

We like to believe our thinking is rational and just, but it could be established habitual patterns! We experience habitual patterns because of the resulting conditioning in our society, environment, and family and it all is stored and circles in subconsciousness.

WITHOUT DISCRIMINATION

Anything can enter the subconsciousness, good or bad, beneficial or harmful. Those thoughts and experiences take root, grow and warp without notice indiscriminately. And what’s so alarming about the process is that they eventually return in their corrupt state to our conscious reality!

We can experience emotional issues when things don’t go our way, like pride, hatred, jealousy and fear. Those emotions crop up because they were there all along, rooted in the subconscious.

When we are prideful we can turn against ourself and hate ourself. Then comes jealous of what’s out there. And comes fear since we distrust ourself. We create our own limitations in this Spiritual World of opportunities!

INCREASES THOUGHT

We are very addicted to thinking, especially to stressful thoughts and emotions, creating drama in our life. We can circle in “monkey chatter,” which can result in perverted ideas and thinking with the subconscious totally unaware of the perversion! We can become riotous and limit possibilities, rather than aligning with the unlimited moment.

WARPED PERCEPTION OF UNIVERSAL LAW

The Universal Laws are perverted in subconsciousness, especially noted is the laws of Polarity or Duality and Rhythm. The ego may urge us to do the opposite of what we know is helpful, like there’s a little devil whispering temptations in our ear. Or when things seem to being going our way we almost expect things to turn on us.

SUBSERVIENT

The subconscious ego is fundamentally perfect and serves a great purpose. Traits eventually manifest back into our consciousness and then we have the opportunity to be conscious of what was once unnoticed or forgotten. We can release negative influences, rise above temptations, and embrace positive choices. We can vastly improve our own life, and concurrently help all of humanity.

“That perfection, latent in Subconsciousness since the time when it was first split off from the Perfect Mind Ray, waits only for a way to be broken for it through the successive crusts of imperfect human thought and experience which the Conscious Self has laid down over it.”

Top ways to master challenges that threaten the Spiritual seeker’s progress

It’s amazing the emotions we can mentally repress. One of them is anger…..and it can be shocking when it explodes to our consciousness! Another is shame or humiliation ….. we may despise ourselves when it surfaces. Or it may be hopelessness ….. but we are aware of feeling despair, or even depressed. Any of these could hamper a spiritual seeker’s progress if we let it fester.

What can a spiritual seeker do?

1. See it as a Spiritual opportunity

When an egotistic challenge surfaces, especially a repressed one that suddenly explodes, consider it an excellent spiritual opportunity! It may be rooted in a trauma, yet see it for what it is …… a real, precious spiritual opportunity to overcome and raise your consciousness.

Life challenges us to express our Soul qualities ever stronger. We have to be conscious and aware of any egotistic trait or emotion that threatens our health and happiness in order to do anything about it. Be conscious that it is fleeting and not the Real You. Rather it is a temporary illusion that you can overcome, and constructively progress on your spiritual journey to fulfill your soul’s destiny.

2. Develop patience and perserverance

Your Soul endeavors to expose and purge every egotistic opposition to its freedom. And though not all obstacles may be overcome immediately, with patience and perseverance you can progress.

Blend reasoning and intuition, and let enlightened Understanding strengthen your Soul qualities of optimism, wisdom, sincerity and compassion to meet challenges.

We have within the ability to overcome every challenge that comes our way because the Great Law would not stop progress. Every step that overcomes an obstacle adds to our spiritual progress. Bit by bit we evolve.

3. Come to the present moment

Relax and take some deep breathes to energize the body and brain and bring awareness into the present moment, knowing that the present moment is all there is. Now is powerful and the only moment where great opportunities are within reach, because we exist only now.

4. Continually contact Universal Life Energy

Contact the Power of Universal Love and Attraction, Universal Life Energy, which attracts the very Soul qualities within that help you face obstacles. And know that you are not alone in the fight for harmony.

See any apparent defeat as another opportunity to realize that defeat is only a defeat if we see it that way. Learn from challenges and meet them ever stronger with your Soul qualities of Strength, Intelligence, Truth and Love.

Life is meant for your happiness and enjoyment. If any repressed trauma does surface be gentle with yourself and face it with unconditional Love. Choose to feel grateful for the opportunity to face it consciously and rise above it.

5. Express the FourSquare

All that arises and happens in our life are spiritual opportunities, even those that are devastatingly ugly and can kill our bodies. Endeavor to accept any lesson that surfaces and proceed with optimism, understanding, sincerity and above all Love (the FourSquare).

Love is a Power and a Universal Law. It governs the Universe in Harmony. So identify with It mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. It’s the surefire way to progress on your Spiritual journey.

“Every time you overcome a difficulty or an obstacle, you unfold a corresponding quality of your Soul. That much is added to the sum of your knowledge, strength and power, and by the measure of that increase you have advanced just so much in your Evolution.”

Need to change someone else

Photo PSLB

You ignore the health of your own sanity when you try to change someone else. And self-righteousness and every subconscious trait that supports that line of thinking can eat up the Light of your mind and emotions. You can end up changing yourself by strengthening the subconscious ego when you try to change someone else!

We all are in the same boat, so to speak. We all make mistakes and experience the subconscious ego. It stinks, but that’s the way it is. We can’t change anyone else. Everyone is incredibly strong and has a right to their behaviors even if it is harmful for them! Sad, but true.

One of the best ways to help anyone change for the better is to work on changing ourself. To consciously choose to realize subconscious traits we experience and choose to express enthusiasm, wisdom, sincerity and caring instead, in everything we do. To be FourSquare.

We can learn to forgive ourselves and others ….. that is realize that we may make mistakes and it causes problems, yet it is temporary and we can get up on the other side of it and look forward to new opportunities. And live in the moment.

So if we’re trying to help someone it is to everyone’s benefit to be Strong and most of all Loving ourselves. To be grateful and happy in the moment. To be centered within our Soul and the Truth of Spirit. To be FourSquare.

” The wiser we become, the more harmonious we become, and the more useful we are to ourselves and to others. Wisdom governs justice and includes Love. Wise people are fundamentally kind people. Wisdom never forgets anything, but never resents anything.”

Eugene Fersen, Aphorisms of The Lightbearer, page 134.

Another uncomfortable pitfall of the seeker that can be subtle!

There are many pitfalls on a spiritual seeker’s journey to evolve beyond the ego and one of the most uncomfortable is repressed anger. It can be subtle ….. because it may be just under the covers so to speak …. But it can also brust to the surface suddenly and shake us to the core!

It is a destructive energy and we may act on it unknowingly. There may be feelings of wanting to be better than others, of feeling self-righteous, of the need to give your opinion, of the need to protest, of the need to win and not be defeated.

We are ambitious. And repressed anger can suddenly rush to the surface and we are sooo mad that it hurts!

We want to win and the desire may be so strong that it could be at any cost! It’s the way of most politically minded individuals.

We’ve been conditioned that way….. to compete…. to strive to be better than everyone else. We compare ourselves to others. And judge.

And until repressed anger comes to the surface it is not processed and we rise above it. Repressed anger can morph into physical or mental issues. We see it in today’s society. We’re loud! It’s the lower ego.

Yet, those of us on a conscious spiritual journey can be constructively aggressive rather than destructively angry. We can be constructively aggressive by being considerate and caring, releasing fear in our hearts. By being sincere. By practicing Silence and listening to the Inner Voice and guidance. Thus, we counteract impatience, pride, fear and anger.

And when you are tempted by anger and repressed anger suddenly surfaces, be kind to yourself. Relax, take a deep breath and know that You are not alone in your fight for Inner Peace. You have the help of the Eternal and a host of others that fight for Inner Peace. Make the Mental Contact and let It help You.

In the hope You find Love close at hand, PortiaSLB

” We must fight, not on the battlefield of killing, but on destroying all that is opposing real happiness with us. …. We are fighting in the army of the Eternal. ….. there should be no fear in our hearts, no matter what the pressure of the negative or the Astral. We should not say we are alone. We are not. We should rise above it and say, ‘I have within me the Sword of Truth, my helmet is the Inspiration from above.’

Eugene Fersen, Advanced Teachings In Science of Being Volume II, page 124.

Today’s consideration: The lie about lying!

We might as well face it …. lying is a sign of being afraid! There is no such thing as a little white lie meant to protect someone or something. It still comes from fear, is unbeneficial, and a mistake. It would be more beneficial to say nothing at all. Habitual lying is a form of slavery for pretense and hypocrisy.

To realize the truth about lying begins to free us from the fear that grips the ego into believing that lying is a tool to use from time to time for the good of ourselves and others. It’s not a protection from getting hurt, shame, guilt, or despair. It’s cowardly and a barrier from experiencing Trust in Life and the Universe. It’s holds us back from expressing our innate love and experiencing love from others.

Out of fear we are tempted to lie. Yet, the temptation to lie is a temporary condition ….. it will pass. We need only to pause and observe without attachment the way we are tempted to think in the moment.

When we realize this through experience, we are able to recognize traits of the ego like lying, like greed, guilt and criticism are mistakes in the making when we succumb to them. They are based in fear. We can instead choose to align with Truth, with honesty, sincerity, and accuracy.

And the potential for Understanding, compassion and love for ourselves and others rises naturally. We get closer and closer to Unconditional Love. And the Truth of our Real Self is unveiled.

And thus our Joy and Happiness increases too.

“Sometimes it takes an entire lifetime to realize a mistake. Realization is proof of our unfoldment.”

Eugene Fersen, Aphorisms of The Lightbearer, page 209.

Today’s consideration: Food, sex, worries; So many distractions

Thinking is an addictive distraction, especially when we have an intent to quiet the mind, to mediate and come into your Real Self. We tend to think about things we try to avoid or repress when we get quiet and listen to ourselves. Things like that chocolate we’re missing, the sexual pleasures we’re missing, and the many, many solutions to worries we’re missing.

It’s normal for us all. That’s important to remember when the guilt and the hurt of it all begins to further distract us. Yet, we can free yourselves with practice.

Just keep being conscious and aware of the temptation to be distracted. Just observe, be the watcher of the thinker without judgment. And amazingly, in that awareness of the temptation to be distracted, you have entered a meditation of observation. Whereas, if you we unaware of being distracted then one thought leads to another. And you can circle there.

Let compassionate Love lead you deeper into Relaxation and Silence. Pause and take some deep breathes, being conscious of breathing in Universal Life Energy. Let compassion for yourself, lead to compassion for others and for all Beings. And in this practice you can release, release and rise in consciousness above temptation into Love, Peace and Joy.

“We should try to eliminate the undesirable traits of our subconsciousness by becoming conscious through living FourSquare. It is a stupendous task for the whole of Humanity.”

Eugene Fersen, Aphorisms of The Lightbearer, page 31.

Today’s consideration: Light In then Light Out

We are attracted to the Light of Universal Consciousness from Higher Consciousness within us and from our Spiritual Heart. And we can Light up with conscious, Spiritual Love, then radiate It out.

To start simply, the first exercise in Science of Being is Relaxation and Silence to open ourselves to the inflow of Universal Life Energy, which is the Light of All Energy, Intelligence, Truth and Love. And thus we let Light in, and that Universal Life Energy flowing to us, in us, through us and then automatically returns back throughout the universe.

We come Lightbearers and construct our reality by consciously letting Light in and letting Light out……contacting Universal Life Energy and by letting it out…..by expressing FourSquare. That is by: Expressing Universal Life Energy in our reality as Enthusiasm, Wisdom, Sincerity, and Love in a balanced manner. With consideration.

It can be a as simple as genuine smile, a gentle embrace, or a conscious breath. Or as shared in Giving Healing Energy to the World.

Light in and then Light out.

“Consideration is one of the first steps toward Love.”

Eugene Fersen, Aphorisms of The Lightbearer, page 160.

Today’s consideration: Are you Home yet?

Our spiritual journey is our journey Home.

In a high state of consciousness we come Home to our natural condition ….. our Spiritual Home, conscious of compassionate, unconditional, Joyous Love. We know we are deeply Loved and deeply Loving. We are one with All Power, Awareness, Sincerity and Universal Love. Human love has evolved to Spiritual Love and radiates from our Spiritual Heart.

What is essential on our journey Home? Awareness and Love. Light and Love.

Consider starting with a sincere intent to be aware of Self and self ….. aware of the Truth of Self and our Inner Compassion, Love and Joy which also opens us to be aware of self …. of the ego and its stress circuits.

When you do become aware of feeling down on yourself or someone else, consider just the opposite. The subconscious perverts our thinking.

And when we are willing to rise above the ego, a stressed out separate person, we begin to realize that we are part of something bigger and Harmonious. That Light within us is attracted to and part of the Light of All Harmony. And this is Home.

In the hope You find Love close at hand,

PortiaSLB

“Inspiration is absolutely essential in life. Without It, we could not exist on this Earth. Seek It wherever you can find It. The first step it It, is attention.”

Eugene Fersen, Aphorisms of The Lightbearer, page 189.

A shift is happening

“We are, so to speak, standing on a line of demarcation, on one side of us the Past, on the other side the Future, and in front of the Present. In the Past we have experience, in the Future all possibilities, but NOW is the time for us to act, to plant the good seed, to start positive causes, taking advantage of lessons of the Past so as to create the Future we desire.”

Eugene Fersen, Science of Being, page 219.

The whole of humanity is in the process of awakening, traveling our individual spiritual journeys. And this year we have an additional boost of energy to help us. Yet, opportunities can be missed if one is not willing to be open to possibilities, mentally and emotionally.

Kindly take this opportunity to be conscious and aware, especially of your thinking, because that is where, on the mental level, we start our awakening process.

And then we must act, dare and do, live life optimistically, knowledgeable, sincerely and most of all Lovingly for your own progress and the whole of humanity.
