Witness the End of guilt

We sometimes feel very guilty and it hurts our heart! No matter how hard we try it’s usually difficult to forget about because it circles and returns.

But we can witness the end of guilt within us.

The Truth of It

The egotistic, human mind is attracted to guilt! Many of us believe we should feel guilty because we blame our self. But guilt, blame, shame are conditioned expectations programmed in the subconscious by long standing beliefs.

We are programmed to expect guilt and choose guilt over forgiveness and release. Even when we blame someone else, it returns to us like a boomerang and it attracts more blame and feelings of guilt.

The ego thrives on guilt, using guilty thoughts and emotions to ensure its survival. Survival at all costs, even at the cost of our happiness, health and life.

However, guilt is a belief of the ego and just by taking a step towards truth, acknowledging that guilt is a belief, it begins to leave us.

Guilt is not Truth or else it would be never ending and there would be no happiness. Truth begins to free us of the burden of guilt.

Truth is eternal. The Truth is we are made of Love…It holds us together, our cells, mind and emotions. Love within us is in a state of harmony and doesn’t even see guilt because it is not a loving quality. Guilt is an illusion and doesn’t exist in Love.

Love does see Truth and attracted to Truth, but not guilt. Love has no guilt in it, but fear does. And fear is attracted to guilt, but not Truth. Fear has no love in it.

The ego is attracted to guilt. It urges us, demands us, expects us to choose guilt because of belief in it, blame and fear.

You can choose to release any temptation of guilt, by seeing the truth of what guilt is, by letting it go, releasing it to the Light of Truth and Love. Guilt is of the past. The past is gone, now is all there is.

But if you do ever feel guilt rise up into your consciousness

Feel the sensations of guilt in the body, usually as twisting in the stomach area. Just feel without judgmental analysis. Those sensations of guilt will eventually run out of your body. The feeling served a purpose in helping you become conscious of something to release for your own benefit and the betterment of all. Thus you can release guilt and blame and focus instead on gratitude, Inner strength, intelligence, spiritual integrity and love.

Love Truth and you Love yourself, for You are the Lightbearer of Strength, Wisdom, Truth and Love. And you are free and wise to choose Peace and happiness rather than deserving of guilt.

You can witness the end of guilt. And be the witness of the Power and Love that You are.

Opportunities for change

There are things we would like to change about ourselves, like being a chronic worrier, nervous, sickly, obese, unlucky in relationships, not good enough …… and the list goes on. And we can blame it all on karma. But we can consider such conditions as notices for opportunities to improve!

The ego likes to place blame elsewhere to avoid taking responsibility and doing anything about it.

In order to overcome any difficulty we must first become conscious of the subconscious payoffs, being a victim, guilty, superior, so we can take steps to outgrow it.

Within your willingness, without arrogance or expectations, in this opportunity is your acceptance of your natural state of harmony.

So consider this paradigm to outgrow negative egotistic difficulties:

  • Be conscious and aware of thoughts, emotions, especially the payoffs. There are payoffs for being stuck in negative traits, even those that we don’t want, like avoidance and procrastination, escape or the need to be right! We can be willing to look at those payoffs honestly and feel them completely right in the moment without being attached or taking them personally! Relax. Do not claim them as being yours or who you are! Instead, notice them without attachment and let them run out.
  • Negate any negative egotistic thought emotion or payoff that does not serve the better good, like, “I can never change this. It’s too hard. Takes too long. Is too difficult.” Mentally say something like: “Get behind me. I have outgrown this condition.” And throw it in a mental trashcan.
  • Contact Source. You are of Divine Harmony called Source, The Great Law, The Great Principle, Universal Life Energy, God, whatever you want to call IT. And anything is possible! Therefore, make the Mental Contact with Source to help you.
  • Make Declarations of Truth, like “I am One with Source, always connected and have all the same FourSquare qualities of Power, Intelligence, Sincerity and Unconditional Love.” Let the thought and feeling enter your entire mental and emotional being ….. into your Heart and Mind, and spread into your body and each cell, cleansing, purifying and multiplying.
  • Put your heart and passion into what you naturally are with powers of the FourSquare. In other words be enthusiastic, intelligent, sincere and Loving, focusing on these and manifesting them in your life choices as you become what you want.
  • Be compassionate and reach out to help others, especially those with similar opportunities. We all have the right to our karmic density. And serving humanity also serves Source and yourself.

These are simple Self-love steps and completely doable! Do them over and over as they become what you are.

Remember you attract and manifest what you are!

Todays’s consideration: ‘Constructive criticism’?

Consider that when we criticize we are judging from fear … plus the ego wants to be in control. We can be harsh. And we can be even harsher when we self criticize.

We may feel that self criticism is justified because it can help us improve ourselves. And that others are going to criticize us anyway, so why not jump the gun? We secretly feel that we are not good enough to fit in or be loved?

We all do it; we all criticize! Yet we are in a process of realizing that none of us are perfect and we all have our habits ….. we all have been programmed to adhere to established patterns of behaviors.

But….. We can pause and consider the temptation to criticize, then listen to our Inner Voice, our Higher Self, to guide us.

Criticism is directed by fear and can result in anxiety, guilt, and even self-hatred. Such temptation is just a temporary distraction from Self Love and compassion for all of us. And we can realize this.

To realize that we all are tempted to criticize, then pause and let it pass, is the beginning of having compassion for ourselves. And ….. that compassion can raise our level of consciousness to Acceptance, Understanding and unconditional Love for ourselves, for others and all Beings.

And certainly increases our happiness!

Energy Suckers, Part 3 – Emotional Overwhelms and Spiritual Leaps

Most of us are bedeviled by life crises at one time or another, but for many of us past childhood upheavals become lifetime challenges that still affect us, though we are not always conscious of it.

Jolts like being separated from loved ones, abuse, assault, or loss become as living nightmares and emotional overwhelms with feelings of self-blame, resentment, self-pity, shame and anger.

Yet, they point to real spiritual opportunities for leaps in consciousness.

Overwhelmed

For example, as a child I was separated from my loving mother due to divorce, but eventually we were rejoined. During the transitions I was acutely overwhelmed, feeling powerless and afraid of what might happen next. And more did happen because I was neglected and abused during our separation, which I kept secret for years.

It wasn’t until adulthood that I got spiritual counseling and shared my childhood experiences with my mother. And to find out, she also had overwhelming emotional experiences during those times and as a child herself.

truth will out

Years ago, most children wouldn’t speak out about abuse, neglect or trauma because as children we where naive and easily programmed to keep quiet about such things. There weren’t resources or education readily available to help. And our guardians had been conditioned the same as us.

Even as adults, instead of speaking out, revealing the truth and seeking help to free ourselves of the burdens, we tend to hold on to harmful secrets. Accumulated negative energies can manifest through nightmares, habitual anxiety, dark moods, destructive behaviors, and even illnesses.

Remember The Infinite Presence, The Absolute, is more powerful than negative emotional overwhelms and ensures our return to Harmony. We have freedom to choose our path in life and in healing.

tried and true spiritual tools for healing

1 – Consciously contact Universal Life Energy. You are opening yourself to the Absolute, God, on a physical level. Just by cupping your hands up and silently going within you can focus on your unity. You can feel It.

Contact with that All Positive Energy, Light, Embracing Law and Unconditional Love counterbalances the negative, and begins to tip the energy scale, so to speak, to positive, constructive energies.

2 – I’ve found Relaxation and Silence to be the easiest and most uplifting practice to become conscious of being in the ubiquitous Universal Energy field. And it naturally leads to the Mental Contact with that Power.

3 – Willingly notice emotional upset without resistance when it rises.

Instead, honestly acknowledge feelings or pain without labeling or getting caught and circling in them. Fearful thoughts and feeling negative thoughts will eventually run out.

But, if you label thoughts and feelings like, I am worthless, then you are owning it, holding on to it, and will manifest like qualities. If you resist or try to suppress negative judgments, they just become stagnate and accumulate to surface with more force later.

4 – Further the process of release with negation. Mentally put negative thoughts and feelings like self-pity, resentment, or anxiety mentally behind you. Recognize but release them because they are not the Real, harmonious you.

5 – Instead, consciously acknowledge Eternal Harmony within yourself, using I am statements of Truth in a soft voice, like “I am One with Universal Life Energy that is flowing through me Now. I am indissolubly connected to Eternal Harmony manifesting all the same qualities of Universal Power, Cosmic Consciousness, Immutable Truth and Unconditional Love.”

This is especially beneficial just before sleep because you are infusing the mind, body and emotions with Truth and Divine Love, and resting in it overnight.

6 – Having aligned with Harmony within, the next step, and the most important, is to examine the cause behind the overwhelm so it can be recognized and eliminated.

The cause will be from a conflict in the subconscious that is out of alignment with Harmony; out of alignment with the FourSquare. Reasons including distorted perceptions, the way you’ve been taught to react, programming in the family or society, self-recrimination, or trying to control things.

Listen to your Higher Self and intuition and when you realize the cause, let it fade without resistance or fear. Negativity naturally fades as you align with Harmony.

A shift in consciousness occurs from seeing the situation as it is. We enter a higher level and understanding of truth. I experience a sense of calm understanding and peace.

7 – This, to me, is the most uplifting aspect in the healing process as we return full circle to Harmony …..Those doing conscious spiritual work already aim to be aware of what arises in the present moment. There is a willingness to look within to that awareness that is silent. And in Silence, it’s natural to realize the Universal Energy field of what some call Presence.

We become conscious of something greater than ourselves ,,,,,. Presence of Harmony.

We are naturally attracted to the Presence of Harmony. Even if that conscious Oneness fades, we know It is there and will have a spiritual intent to consciously return to that Harmony.

With patience and perseverance, an emotional upheaval can promote a transformative spiritual leap in consciousness ….. We reconnect with the essence of what we are, evolving our perspective of life.

Pulling strings of treacherous sub-servant

We get preoccupied with our human reality, dealing with it, and even getting lost in it. And, as discussed in the last posting, the subconscious ego has a great influence in our life. It can be treacherous, causing us challenges. And it can be so dominating that there is very little chance of us having real rational thought!

Yet, subconsciousness can serve us when we pull the strings that challenge us and clear a way for our happiness and destiny.

STRINGS AND SLIPPERY SLOPE OPERATIONS

We become conditioned to react in similar ways to similar situations because our thoughts follow established and well-traveled brain synapse paths from past experiences stored in the subconscious. Subconsciousness has accepted every thought, emotion and experience indiscriminately and let them grow unnoticed.

However, those energies eventually return to our conscious reality in warped states. We can circle in resurfacing egotistic traits like guilt, regret, and angry from the past and unreasonable anxiety and fear about the future. We don’t appreciate and enjoy the present.

When we are honest with ourselves and the condition of the ego, we raise our level of consciousness into courage, which helps us evolve, even more. One of the best ways to become more aware of egotistic traits with ourselves is to observe how we react to other people!

PULLING THE STRINGS

So when you become aware of feeling that something is wrong, kindly consider these steps to pull those strings that bother you as they crop up so you can let them go and build your happiness. This way the subconscious ego becomes your servant:

1. When you experience feelings of impatience, worry, anxiety, dread …. those are like strings resurfacing to consciousness from the subconscious ego. Pause. Take some deep breathes, and become the conscious watcher of the thinker. Just notice your thinking and feelings without getting all involved and reacting to them.

2. Then go deeper to that level of consciousness where you are the unattached observer, just noticing the watcher and swirl of activities without harsh judgment.

3. Bring to the surface of your consciousness the opposite of what you may observe …… love instead of fear, courage in the face of scorn, gratitude when tempted by blame or regret, or understanding instead of hatred or desire.

This is a quick and easy method when challenged, yet conscious in the moment.

4. Go deeper still! Listen to the Silence within. And you will eventually begin to feel the Power of the Universe in that Silence, Universal Life Energy! Contact It consciously, feeling It move through your body and mind. It refines your consciousness even more to higher frequencies of calm, peace, compassion and gratitude.

5. Use your power of conscious discrimination …… pull the string of any disharmonious feelings or thoughts like anxiety, worry, guilt, shame or whatever it is, and reject it. Negate it. Throw it in a mental trashcan, and flood yourself with the Power of Universal Life Energy. That Power heals and harmonizes negative energies, clearing the way for more loving energies within you to surface.

6. Then leave it to the Great Principle, trusting and having faith it will be taken care of according to Universal Law.

Top ways to master challenges that threaten the Spiritual seeker’s progress

It’s amazing the emotions we can mentally repress. One of them is anger…..and it can be shocking when it explodes to our consciousness! Another is shame or humiliation ….. we may despise ourselves when it surfaces. Or it may be hopelessness ….. but we are aware of feeling despair, or even depressed. Any of these could hamper a spiritual seeker’s progress if we let it fester.

What can a spiritual seeker do?

1. See it as a Spiritual opportunity

When an egotistic challenge surfaces, especially a repressed one that suddenly explodes, consider it an excellent spiritual opportunity! It may be rooted in a trauma, yet see it for what it is …… a real, precious spiritual opportunity to overcome and raise your consciousness.

Life challenges us to express our Soul qualities ever stronger. We have to be conscious and aware of any egotistic trait or emotion that threatens our health and happiness in order to do anything about it. Be conscious that it is fleeting and not the Real You. Rather it is a temporary illusion that you can overcome, and constructively progress on your spiritual journey to fulfill your soul’s destiny.

2. Develop patience and perserverance

Your Soul endeavors to expose and purge every egotistic opposition to its freedom. And though not all obstacles may be overcome immediately, with patience and perseverance you can progress.

Blend reasoning and intuition, and let enlightened Understanding strengthen your Soul qualities of optimism, wisdom, sincerity and compassion to meet challenges.

We have within the ability to overcome every challenge that comes our way because the Great Law would not stop progress. Every step that overcomes an obstacle adds to our spiritual progress. Bit by bit we evolve.

3. Come to the present moment

Relax and take some deep breathes to energize the body and brain and bring awareness into the present moment, knowing that the present moment is all there is. Now is powerful and the only moment where great opportunities are within reach, because we exist only now.

4. Continually contact Universal Life Energy

Contact the Power of Universal Love and Attraction, Universal Life Energy, which attracts the very Soul qualities within that help you face obstacles. And know that you are not alone in the fight for harmony.

See any apparent defeat as another opportunity to realize that defeat is only a defeat if we see it that way. Learn from challenges and meet them ever stronger with your Soul qualities of Strength, Intelligence, Truth and Love.

Life is meant for your happiness and enjoyment. If any repressed trauma does surface be gentle with yourself and face it with unconditional Love. Choose to feel grateful for the opportunity to face it consciously and rise above it.

5. Express the FourSquare

All that arises and happens in our life are spiritual opportunities, even those that are devastatingly ugly and can kill our bodies. Endeavor to accept any lesson that surfaces and proceed with optimism, understanding, sincerity and above all Love (the FourSquare).

Love is a Power and a Universal Law. It governs the Universe in Harmony. So identify with It mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. It’s the surefire way to progress on your Spiritual journey.

Today’s consideration: Food, sex, worries; So many distractions

Thinking is an addictive distraction, especially when we have an intent to quiet the mind, to mediate and come into your Real Self. We tend to think about things we try to avoid or repress when we get quiet and listen to ourselves. Things like that chocolate we’re missing, the sexual pleasures we’re missing, and the many, many solutions to worries we’re missing.

It’s normal for us all. That’s important to remember when the guilt and the hurt of it all begins to further distract us. Yet, we can free yourselves with practice.

Just keep being conscious and aware of the temptation to be distracted. Just observe, be the watcher of the thinker without judgment. And amazingly, in that awareness of the temptation to be distracted, you have entered a meditation of observation. Whereas, if you we unaware of being distracted then one thought leads to another. And you can circle there.

Let compassionate Love lead you deeper into Relaxation and Silence. Pause and take some deep breathes, being conscious of breathing in Universal Life Energy. Let compassion for yourself, lead to compassion for others and for all Beings. And in this practice you can release, release and rise in consciousness above temptation into Love, Peace and Joy.

Today’s consideration: Light In then Light Out

We are attracted to the Light of Universal Consciousness from Higher Consciousness within us and from our Spiritual Heart. And we can Light up with conscious, Spiritual Love, then radiate It out.

To start simply, the first exercise in Science of Being is Relaxation and Silence to open ourselves to the inflow of Universal Life Energy, which is the Light of All Energy, Intelligence, Truth and Love. And thus we let Light in, and that Universal Life Energy flowing to us, in us, through us and then automatically returns back throughout the universe.

We come Lightbearers and construct our reality by consciously letting Light in and letting Light out……contacting Universal Life Energy and by letting it out…..by expressing FourSquare. That is by: Expressing Universal Life Energy in our reality as Enthusiasm, Wisdom, Sincerity, and Love in a balanced manner. With consideration.

It can be a as simple as genuine smile, a gentle embrace, or a conscious breath. Or as shared in Giving Healing Energy to the World.

Light in and then Light out.

Kinda of ordinary to extraordinary…Brilliant help!

Each one of can become extraordinary, change our health, gene activation, and even DNA!

 Change starts in the mind ….

It’s as simple as changing our habitual thoughts and emotions. Memories, along with thoughts and emotions accumulate and grow in the subconscious and body unnoticed. But these energies eventually return to our awareness.

If we unconsciously carry any trauma like abuse experienced during childhood into adulthood … we may wake up in the mornings feeling some anxiety, not knowing why. Or it may manifest in our bodies causing dis-ease.

For years I’ve experienced feelings of not belonging in this world, not knowing why until I began exploring my emotions and feelings. As children we are naive and weren’t consciously mature or educated to release negative emotions, like guilt, fear or anger.

With these emotions buried they may resurface, warped into feelings of anxiety, resentment, sadness, insecurity, and jealousy. As we repeat thoughts and feelings our brain becomes wired with pathways …. we’ve become conditioned and familiar with the habit.

We stick with the familiar even when it is not best for us. There may be some change …. because life is constant change …. but usually very familiar change. 

A shift can happen when we release the past and move our thinking and emotions into the present moment.

Our emotions are key to change

The good news is that changing our mind is easier than we are led to believe. It may feel uncomfortable, but that is only because we will be moving out of the familiar.

It’s simple

First thing is to become aware of your state of mind in the moment. Become conscious of your thoughts and feelings. Especially your feelings. Why? Because feelings point to emotions, which are key!

Here comes the unfamiliar part ….. once you recognize a bothersome feeing like jealousy ….. just notice it …… without getting involved it it. Let it pass you by.

And consciously choose uplifting thoughts of optimism, generosity, understanding and compassion.

This may initially feel uncomfortable, yet with practice it begins to feel natural ….. because states of optimism, trust, serenity and lovingness is your innate nature. And these energies eventually manifest in the body’s cells and in your health.

There’s brilliant help!

You always have the help of the Eternal and can easily contact that harmonizing Source by making the Mental Contact with Universal Life Energy. It is ubiquitous and functions that way, harmonizing body and mind.

I make the Mental Contact when I notice uncomfortable feelings to help me observe without getting involved, and then reach for higher levels of consciousness like Courage, Trust and Love.

During meditation you may further explore feelings to get to base emotions, or memories, so they might be released to The Great Principle. And you can focus on consciously choosing to be accepting and loving.

Fear of Terrorists

The raging storm of terror that is generated by terrorists with hatred and self-righteousness is also unconsciously fed by those that fear or hate them. An impersonal analysis of the situation can help us calm the turbulent tempest in our thinking, free us to be in the moment, and with the help of the Eternal begin to enact Inner Peace.

UNCONSCIOUS OF FEAR
Terrorists use religious and self-righteous claims as a means to unconsciously cover up their own fear and to abet hatred. Their attacks are a message to instill fear and to demonstrate their resolve to wreak havoc in their struggle  to empower themselves.

Their egos feel threatened and powerless, so in trying to empower their egos they fall further into hatred with a responsive belief that they are doing the right thing. With so much negative energy circling they become a slave to it.

Plus, wanting their cause to grow, they use that negative energy to attract others. And it works. More people join terrorist organizations out of fear and conditioning. Fear attracts more negative energy and fear.

THE FEAR BOOMERANG
It does not stop there because that fearful energy boomerangs back to the originators, burgeoning, attracting what they fear (retaliatory attacks and subjugation). It terrorizes them to the point of desperation and thus they attack again. 

We don’t know what terrorists as individuals have been through to get this way, yet terrorism is an attention getter that is really a cry for love. It is the ego that doesn’t know how to cope with the stress of change and is afraid.

RISE ABOVE DOUBT
Fear of terrorists cycles, boomerangs round and round, growing world-wide, attacking anyone that unconsciously feeds it with worry, prejudice, antagonism or other fear-based traits. All this because of doubt. We all experience fear because we doubt our connection to and the support of the Eternal. 

We all are affected in some way by terrorism because each of us carry a trait of fear in our ego and personality. When that trait is activated through worry, hatred, anguish or similitude it adds to the world collective of negative energy, pulling us further into it.

Let us be brave and be a Channel for healing with these practices:
  • Whenever you experience any type of fear, especially fear of terrorism, look on it as an opportunity to over-come it. That’s putting some positive energy in the equation already.
  • Practice exercises like the Radiant Heart and the Mental Contact to surround yourself in unconditional Love. Love is a protection. Fear does not exist in Love.
  • And remember, by being mindful and in the moment we live now. Our thoughts turn away from fear. We interrupt dwelling in negative energy. We let go of resentment and trying to get back at others, knowing that holding on weakens us.
  • And, we can turn towards the creative aspect in our thinking, in our speech, attitude and actions. Positive creativity builds our inner happiness and joy. Your individual positive creativity can take infinite forms from helping others, the arts, physical sports, exercise, dance, to just being silent. 
  • Radiating Healing Energy to Humanity

Remember that You have the support of the Eternal to rise above terrorism, and enact goodwill, altruism and unconditional Love instead of fear.

Love too can circle around the world, increasing the Light in mind and heart.
