When we see beauty in anything we are relating consciously to Love, for beauty is a quality of Love. Love elevates our level of consciousness and reality. We need love to refine ourselves.   

We can find beauty in the simplest things, like a pansy. The name pansy is derived from the French pensee meaning ‘thought.’ While the Middle English name, viola, comes from ‘remembrance.’ Which ever name you use they both  relate to the mind and consciousness.

 

Beauty brings Love to the forefront of our consciousness!

Trying to cope? Stress is addictive! Here comes relief with RRS

So many of us are feeling stressed! …. especially during these times of covid and social unrest. Many people are doing double duties ….. parents working from home and simultaneously schooling their children! Some of us have been been laid-off but still have mortgages and bills to pay.

 We’ve become stress, if we weren’t already, but stress blocks us from our peak performance! It’s a habit of survival mode! We don’t purposely become addicted to stress, but it’s something known to us ….. familiar. We may even believe we should be stressed …. it’s our reputation on the line after all! Yet …..  stress is actually abnormal. 

And though stress has physical symptoms and even produces hormones like cortisol that can make us physically ill and fat ….. stress is a mental consciousness issue. Calm, collected and confident is our natural state, which puts us in top performance condition. And we can return to our natural state with conscious intent.

Relaxation will give limited relief of stress, but we must get to the source of stress ….. which is emotional ties like anger, fear and resentment ….. in order to rise above it.

Consider these 4 simple methods to get relief!

# 1 – The simplest thing to do when we are tempted to get stressed is to do the opposite. Breathe in the calm and loving energy of Universal Life Energy. Mind is unable to stop itself from circling in thoughts and feelings even if we tell it to “stop thinking!” We need higher help.

If you felt the pressure of stress come from someone else, like your boss, coworkers or partner, send them Light filled with loving, compassionate thoughts. And mentally negate stress by saying and aligning with something like, “Stress has no power over me. I am calm, collected and loving.”

#2 – Do something else physically:  Move ….. walk to a quiet place if possible ….. preferably in nature. Pause ….. take a deep breathe …. several. Deep breathing naturally induces relaxation ….. and calms the mind and emotions. Moving the body and coming into it mentally by breathing takes the energies from thoughts and feelings.

#3 – Contact Universal Life Energy. IT is a great gift of Our Father. It can help us surrender to Unconditional Love that is within us before we may even remember it.

#4 – Move into a higher level of consciousness with sincere intent from pride into courage ….. by mentally envisioning dropping stress ….. release stress like you would a pencil from your hand, or like a block you burn in the pure fire of Unconditional Love of Universal Life Energy. 

And to release the deeper emotional causes of stress consider the method below.

We have been unconsciously programmed …

like a computer and conditioned to stress because of our mental naivety …. perhaps for thousands of years. We’ve seen adults experience it when we were children. We’ve seen co-workers experience it. It may be programmed in our DNA and cell memories that still causes us “fight, flight, freeze” reactions. This is when contact with Universal Life Energy is invaluable because it naturally harmonizes fear, the deeper emotion. 

Even though others, our boss and co-workers can become stressed, remember …… no-one can make us stressed ….. just like no-one can make us mad….. it’s what we allow. Be conscious of  emotional contagion! The energies of stress can enter the subconsciousness to grow unconsciously making us feel uneasy most of the time!

Questions to get to the bottom of it! 

If we face it ….. the job or issue at hand itself doesn’t cause stress ….. it’s the meaning we give to it! It’s our own internal feelings about it. It’s personal! And we feel personally obligated to fulfill expectations.

The mind created this problem of stress ….. but can’t control it. We can’t control our thoughts ….. our feelings! One emotion can cause a thousand thoughts! We want to get to the bottom of the emotion that causes all the thinking ….. recognition, release and surrender ….(RRS  …  🙂

To begin recognition: Take a deep breathe, relax, go silent and make the Mental Contact. Come into the present moment and observe in a detached state ‘the thinker’ before questioning.

These questions are more of what rather than why ….. mostly because why questions are abstract and we can get blogged down in memories and associated feelings. What questions can lead back to the base emotion without entanglement!

Questions like: For what? So what? Of what? Then what? 

What does it feel like? What are the physical symptoms? Sometimes simply observing the physical symptoms or sensations and labeling it like ‘pressure around the heart’ or ‘difficult to take deep breathes’ (the one I often experienced) makes it easier to recognize! Pressure for what? For what purpose?

The primary question:  What’s the payoff?

The ego will fight tooth and nail at this point! It feeds on the belief of stress and hyped up emotions to keep it alive and kicking!

What’s the payoff for feeling stressed? …. To feel better about ourselves? …. To feel like we’re at least doing something?

Does it fill the hole of low self-esteem? What for? To compensate for insecurities, shame, guilt, fear? 

Fear of what? ….. Fear of not being good enough ….. not being fit to be loved, lovable?

Staying in self-analysis and question mode is not the objective and we could circle and get trapped there if we dilly dally ….. so consider moving to more beneficial steps!

Try this …..nothing has any meaning other than what we give to it!

It may helpful to look at A Course in Miracles which is viewed by most spiritually minded people, It has Christian connotations, but can be used by anyone! You can listen to YouTube explanations to learn what the coarse is all about.

There are 365 lessons …. one practice for each day of the year. Hence, I am sharing the first 10 lessons in the workbook, which I found to be very helpful to release arrogance and ‘know it all’ attitudes which are related to stress:  so practice thinking and realizing as per instruction several times a day!

 – Lesson 1, Day 1 – Look at any object in the room or outside and say/realize – “Nothing I see in this room (on this street, from this window, in this place) means anything.” …. page 23 of workbook.

– Lesson 2 – “I have given everything I see in this room (on this street, from this window, in this place) all the meaning that it has for me.”

– Lesson 3 – “I do not understand anything I see in the room (on this street, from this window, in this place).”

– Lesson 4 – ” These thoughts do not mean anything. They are like the things I see in the room (on this street, from this window, in this place).”

Lesson 5 – ” I am never upset for the reason I think.”

– Lesson 6 – ” I am upset because I see something that is not there.”

– Lesson 7 – “I see only the past.” (It takes at least a split second for anything we see to travel to the brain and process! Hence …. a true statement. And stress and expectations are based in the past!)

– Lesson 8 – “My mind is preoccupied with past thoughts.”

– Lesson 9 – “I see nothing as it is now.”

– Lesson 10 – “My thoughts do not mean anything.”

It may be helpful to write these down and keep a journal to record realization of release of subconscious conditioning programmed from the past.

Release and surrender

Recognition of stress and release of emotional causes are essential processing, yet the primary one is surrender ….. surrender ourselves ….. our thinking and emotions ….. our expectations …… to Unconditional Love. When we allow ourselves to recognize, release and surrender to Love …… we discover our innate courage and real security!

There is sureness and gentleness rather than hurry when we release stress because we are conscious that there is always plenty of time to do what is essential. We trust in the Great Law!

What we gain 

We can view stress, or any other emotional issue, by finding the value in it …. by giving it new meaning …. by viewing it as an opportunity to learn and grow.

The release of stress gives us the opportunity to surrender to Unconditional Love ….. and regain our peace of mind. This is a great gift ….. because we have also lightened the burden of defensiveness, resentment anger, and self-punishment. We are less vulnerable and fearful.

We are calmer, happier and more powerful.

Negative Emotional Contagion

and Protecting Yourself 

Because of the mass fear circling the global I am republishing this very relative entry in the hopes that we Lightbearers can remember and be the brightness in the dark. Fear is very contagious, however it is an illusion of the subconscious. Caution is wise while Love protects us.

Let us bear the Light and Love and Give the Healing Vibrations to humanity today and everyday. And thus this entry in the hopes it will give you insight, courage and inspiration to be Strong, Wise, True and Loving….

Emotional energy is contagious, especially negative emotions like fear that is circling the globe, but there are ways to protect yourself and uplift those around you, and indeed the world.

What’s Happening
Low-frequency energy projected as fear can be thrown to you personally or to humanity as a whole and can hit you hard. It may be generated by mass media but jump from one person to next, resulting in global scale hysteria if you are not conscious, mindful in the moment, and radiate an aura of calm and love. 

Taking precautions is wise. Being logical is reasonable and smart. Wisdom is better. Love is best. With the help of the Great Principle and your Inner Being the hope is you find herein this entry ways and means of protection and projection of Love. 

Emotional energy can jump from one person to another to enslave an entire group, create a mob, or even enslave the global community! A really dramatic emotional attack like fear can feel like a blow to the solar plexus, even send you bending doubled over, arms clucking over your belly trying to heal the hurt of dread and worry. Or it can feel like an arrow to the heart, especially if the emotion of fear or hatred is involved since the heart is the seat of love. Hatred is based in fear, a polar of love. Most of us have definitely felt it one time or another because we are not consciously centered in love ourselves. We may put our hand to our heart in an unconscious effort to boost our energy and love there.

Fear depletes the life force stored in our solar plexus. Or more accurately fear is stored in the solar plexus because of our unconscious disconnect with Universal Life Energy. Fear instead of the Life Force is radiated throughout our body. Over time a deficient Solar plexus can make us feel low in energy, confused and insecure, even sick.

Fear can also settle and grow in the heart chakra for the same reason because we unconsciously disconnect from Universal Life Energy, Universal Love Itself. Eventually a deficient heart chakra can make us feel unloved, sorry for ourselves and like a victim. And even worst, when negative energy accumulates because we do not know how to protect ourselves or release it, our physical heart can be damaged, manifesting as heart dis-ease.

How to Protect Yourself
We react stronger and quicker to negative emotions of others because we carry around the same low-frequency energy in our subconscious ego. Through the Law of Attraction the negative emotion draws out negative emotions from us if we let the ego dominate and make a slave of us.

It’s almost like we can’t help our self getting caught up in the emotional energy of fear!  It’s so contagious….unless… we are alert and aware… conscious of ‘the thinker,’ observant without attachment, mindful so we don’t get caught up in the monkey chatter of the subconscious ego and get involved in any fearful energy that jumps around.

Here are some ways to protect ourselves:

  • Be conscious of the temptation to jump into a negative emotion like fear. Being conscious of the temptation is being conscious of our authentic powers as a soul – our mental freedom of choice and self-determination. We manifest in the Universal Laws, including Karma (Cause and Effect), but we still have a choice as a soul how we proceed in Life; how we evolve – how we learn the principles of Life. 
  • From that conscious awareness of our soul power of choice, the calm of our Higher Self can help us free ourselves of the burden of the subconscious temptation. We can release it, step back from it and let it go. That freedom to choose is a great gift!

 If we succumb to temptation and release negative energy in the form of anger or other negative traits like fear on others it will only boomerang to return to us sooner or later. And, that negative energy will gain strength due to accumulating similar energies as it circles in our personal and human mental atmosphere over time. This is what’s happening in the world now.

  • If we choose to step back from it, we may still get bombarded by more negative energy from those that are angry and really intent of passing on fear and panic. The drama is so seductive. Mentally deny the possibility of transfer of negativity, that is deny the possibility of it adversity affecting you. This is called mental negation. And it is a powerful tool!
  • If you contact Universal Energy, which is Universal Love, and visualize it radiating from your Heart you will create a bubble of protection in your aura. You will feel a difference in your attitude, or at least I do! 
  • Yet, our greatest and only True protection from negative emotional contagion is Love, unconditional and impersonal. Love harmonizes everything sooner or later.
  • Love and Mind combined, detached awareness centered in Love, helps us in stressful situations and allows us to be conscious of negative energy and the possibility of emotional contagion without responding to it. 

A Treasure
You are empowered to release any temptation to jump into negative energy. But, if you do get caught up in the drama of the situation and recognize that you have, then remember that it is your Higher Self and the Great Principle disclosing that the personality (human ego) is out of alignment with your soul. That insight is humbling and something to treasure. 

An important point to remember is that we learn from our stumbles; that we can get up and continue working to free ourselves of the subconscious ego. We have gotten on the other side of a mistake.

We are reaching for love and our own authentic Power and the Great Principle is always compassionately helping us.

When you hear, “Don’t look!”  It’s like when Perseus was warned about Medusa’s snakes for hair that could turn a man to stone. It’s almost impossible not to look! Or when you hear someone say, “Don’t be afraid.” It’s like your heart drops and you’ve heard, “Be afraid, be very afraid!” It’s a subconscious mind trick.

The subconscious ego will take us emotionally and mentally on rides to places to support its own programming. It’s self-righteous and dislikes being bossed around because of fear. And it’s programmed to keep us mentally busy, chatty and inattentive in our thinking so we are constantly being entertained. We follow its trails of thoughts.

The subconscious is entertained by the primary word of the thought rather than the word not or n’t. The word not or n’t seems to disappear from our attention and we follow a familiar trail of thoughts from the primary word.

And we are all good with that until we start to consciously wake up.

When we start to wake up we realize it’s  a challenge to become conscious and in the present moment. All of our past history, stories, beliefs and habits are like alluring trails that lead us to the familiar.

Yet there is a simple awakening practice. And this works when talking to yourself or when speaking with others.

Consciously choose the appropriate words as directives to the subconscious.

If the goal is to remember, rather than saying, “don’t forget,” say, “remember.”

When speaking to yourself, mentally swallow remember in order to program the subconscious to remember. This is using the Law of Gender, because you plant an idea in the subconscious to grow and return to the consciousness. 

I’ve used this method so many times when I feel it is critical to remember something, like where I parked the car in a parking garage.

Be conscious of the words you choose. And remember the way the subconscious works. Consider saying, “Look away,” rather than, “Don’t look!” And, “Be brave,” or “Be courageous,” rather than, “Don’t be afraid.” 

Your Superconscious speaks to you through intuition and leads your power of discrimination when you allow it. So listen to your intuition. You know what to do and what not to do and are conscious and in the moment. 

Inevitably there are times it seems appropriate to use not. Like, “This does not mean…” Just follow that thought with what it does mean.

The price of repeating mistakes and the hidden treasures

Sometimes we are like emotional toddlers.  It’s like whining after we’ve binged on chocolate chip cookies or going into an angry rage. We have some sense that we’ve make a mistake and what the price will be because we instinctively know the Law of Cause and Effect. But some of us repeat the mistake, making a habit of it. Yet even the mistakes of a toddler mentality has the potential to help you make a quantum leap in consciousness!

The immature toddler ego believes itself to be the be all and end all. It will drag you down further into the subconscious cesspool, causing you to believe you can never get out of the hole. I know because I’ve been there!

 Yet, in everything is Love. Even the destructive, whiny or mad trait of the ego has within it Love. Because the ego is a mental perversion of the powers of Love and of It’s twin, Universal Mind. And that  is why mistakes have the potential to help you make a quantum leap in consciousness! 

The resulting pain of  mistakes can get our attention, our mental awareness! And from that awareness we can emotionally detach from a mistake and see it for what it truly is… an opportunity! An opportunity to learn from it and rise above it, making a different choice.

It’s the emotional whining and regret that empowers habits of the ego to repeat the same mistake through the Law of Attraction! 

Therefore when you make a mistake dust yourself off and be grateful that you are on the other side of it. This connects your consciousness with the higher emotions of the heart and Love. Be conscious, aware, and find your sincerity.

That is the beginning of insights for the mind! Insights and inspirations that are lead by your heart and unconditional Love. So gravitate towards gratitude, enthusiasm and optimism.

Unless we change our attitude towards mistakes and learn from mistakes, especially when they are very painful, we can be dragged further down the road of the immature toddler mentalityThe Great Law always gives us opportunities to better ourselves. 

Dig deep and find the Love and Wisdom within yourself, releasing superficial emotions. This gives you the opportunity to make a different choice and make a conscious quantum leap! There are opportunities to know the treasures of your Soul and make creative choices for your evolution. Not only for yourself, but for all of humanity and indeed  for the world. These are the hidden treasures of mistake.

Vacation: Are You avoiding your spiritual journey? 5 ways for it to be a catalyst


The first time I heard my spiritual teacher say something like a spiritual quest doesn’t include vacations and fun, it was hard for me to swallow. I assumed that it meant I shouldn’t go on holidays or enjoy traveling. Assuming is just one of the many ways the ego holds us in fear.

The deeper meaning of the teaching is that vacations are usually a means of avoiding being conscious of our spiritual journey; of working on our spiritual unfoldment, mental refinement and character building. We get caught up in going here and there, excitement and having fun; feeding the subconscious ego’s cravings for distraction rather looking at the root of what causes us stress and heart ache.

Yet there are ways your holidays and travels can be a real catalyst for becoming more cognitive of the Divine road you walk. Here are 5 ways:

#1 – What makes you tick?

 As soon as you awaken in the morning, remember to scan your consciousness to become aware of your intentions, thoughts and emotions.

Relax in your heart; connect and become intimate with yourself as a Divine Soul. And, welcome Energy, Wisdom, Truth and Love into your heart and life as aspects of Spirit and compassion of the Source. I do this before I even open my eyes!

Feel Universal Life Energy moving throughout your body, entering through the top of your head, your hands and every cell, cycling back to the universe. Being conscious of feeling the energy not only energizes and refreshes your mind and body, but also brings you to the present moment. And thus, you begin your morning by also being mindful.

#2 – A balancing act.

Vacationing is one of those things that evolves in the same pace that we do – when we are conscious, alert and present. 

Before all the other activities start, consider going outside and greeting the morning sun. Practice stretching, deep breathing and the Star Exercise. Everyone can join in. Children especially enjoy and benefit from this exercise, helping them become more Self aware and balanced in body, mind and emotions too.

# 3 – Return to stillness within continually. 

Vacation can be self-defeating without being attentive to being in the present moment. 

We do live in time, so we must organize and plan, yet observe the activity of your thoughts without getting snared. We can get mentally lost in compulsive thoughts, fear and feeling powerless because we believe we will miss out if we don’t go there and do that

Return to stillness within continually. You are returning to the Source and then into Creation. Returning to Spirit and then to Matter. This is a creative process and it can make a big difference in creating your reality! You are rising above the subconscious ego becoming conscious of your freedom. You can consciously align with constructive thoughts and emotions, while releasing fearful ones.   

#4 – Become conscious of inspiration.

Nature can inspire you. New places. Or other people can, because they are a reflection of yourself. You can learn from everything you encounter. It can be very inspiring and really boost your optimism! 

You may consider taking along an inspirational book or teaching to study briefly from to inspire you. Yet don’t stay there reading, because you can become preoccupied by reading rather than living consciously aware of creating your reality right now, in this moment.

# 5 – Reconnect with your authentic soul powers.

Return to Silence and make the Mental Contact to consciously connect with the Source and your soul just before falling asleep. Include constructive I am declarations of Truth with gratitude.

Like, “I am one with the Source reflecting all the same qualities of Strength, Wisdom, Truth and Love. I am Spirit and Matter in One. Thank You.” This also enters and grows in the subconscious as you sleep and will eventually return to your consciousness and your creative process, and thus your reality.

Your great asset and great burden; the pendulum swings


It is so interesting how we as humans perceive things, and how we as infinite souls do too.

From my experience I am co-creator, as each of us are, of our own reality. Our mind, this thing we want to possess, is a great asset and a great burden, especially since it is the major factor in creating our reality.

Mental Perceptions

Our perception of good or evil, yes or no, up or down,  life or death, still or moving, are human mental perceptions. And, mentally we go back and forth. As soon as we say yes, we think maybe we should have said no.

Love we little understand; fear much, much more so because we live there so much of the time (another human perception). When we declare someone an enemy, they can become a friend over time. It’s a mental perception of the Law of Polarity and Law of Rhythm working on us, helping us establish balance and harmony within ourselves.

Why is there evil?

Disharmony, or evil, the devil within we may call it, exists because of the Law of Harmony. Spirit, Love, Harmony is essential in all things and when we hit against harmony we create disharmony. We co-created that little devil that sits on our shoulder and we sometimes follow. Yet, it is not eternal. It will evolve into something different as we learn. It’s human created with the power of Universal Energy which we perverted. Only the energy is eternal. The frequency evolves.

The finer aspects of mind

The pendulum can be a symbol of the way the consciousness and human mind works. Back and forth, back and forth; a human mental perception. Yet, everything is vibration and what seems opposites, dual, are merely different frequencies of energy. There is a blending of sorts.

If the pendulum swings all the way around there is a circle: Symbol of zero, the sphere, completeness, perfection, of the unknown, of All. It is rotates at different frequencies. For example, the faster it rotates it disappears to the human eye, like the frequency of ultra violet light. And faster still, like electrons and quarks.

So if the pendulum swinging back and forth can represent the human mind, the consciousness swinging back and forth in duality, thinking one is needed to get to the other, they balance each other, then what would a complete circle of the pendulum represent?

It is no longer a pendulum swinging, rather circling, rotating energy. Representing rotary energy or vibration. It symbolically can represent the finer aspects of mind. There is no swinging from right to wrong, good to evil mentally because there is continuous mentally activity without self-righteous judgment.

There is only change in spirit. Only life, rather than life and death, evil and good. All is Spirit! Everything is vibration. Always moving, changing.

And since evolution is also a Universal Law, mind gradually changes, refining to finer frequencies. For which I am grateful! We learn and evolve, don’t you think so?

The finer frequency of the Law of Polarity

So through Mind we return to the Source – ever finer and finer frequencies. The Law of Polarity or duality when viewed from a higher mental realm is no longer a law of opposition rather continual change in evolution and refinement. It becomes the Law of Unity. Harmony. And the same is true of the Law of Rhythm.

  2. Your Higher Self does not impose itself on You. You must be silent and listen for your Inner Voice of intuition with an conscious awareness of Unity. The more you listen to your intuition, do the right thing and are grateful, the more intuition you will receive.

  3. A ‘setback’ in your life can actually pull you forward on your spiritual journey. 

  4. Sometimes the wisest thing you can do is learn what not to do! Pain is a teacher!

  5. The ‘opposite’ sex is not opposite. The male-female principle, the Law of Gender, is part of you and you create your reality with it.

  6. The world may say, ‘don’t discriminate,’ but your soul says, ‘always discriminate.’ That is always use your better judgment with love leading you.

  7.  The more you live a conscious heart, are motivated by tenderness, goodwill, kindness and consideration, the more you reveal your True Strength and Power. You are a positive force, a Light, not only for yourself and others around you, but indeed for the world! And, in that Light is your beauty, happiness and freedom.

  8.  Gratitude is an emotion that opens you to abundance and helps you create more reasons to be grateful!

  9. You have created this moment for yourself. The peculiarity of the subconscious is that it both divides and multiplies. An experience or idea is divided into simple, shorter thoughts thus losing its strength and focus. Then all those short thoughts are left to grow and multiply unnoticed, but in a divided state the entire purpose of it can be forgotten or perverted. Thus, the subconscious shapes the ego.

Like in a reality show we create conflict in our life! But why?

Television dramas and reality shows soar in popularity, especially when there is obvious conflict. We want the characters to bravely face problems and overcome them. We want happy endings and great achievements. But, why are we so attracted to conflict in stories and competitions? And, do we purposefully create conflict in our life?

The Entertainment

Sure, we like to be entertained with games and stories on tv and conflict makes good drama. We are kept in suspense and emotionally invested with anticipation in the hope of them overcoming the challenges they face.  We like the adventure and are attracted to it because we relate it to our own drama.

Our Power of Creation

In reality shows some of the conflict is staged for entertainment. But, in our own reality we create conflict and drama in our life unconsciously because we fall prey to subconscious negative temptations.

Cause and effect modality

When we do fall prey to negative temptations we have chosen to engage in the dynamic of karma. Negative karma can be very painful, yet we may learn some very valuable life lessons.  

Myself as an example

I remember driving and coming to a stop light, when the driver of the car in the parallel lane next to me got very angry that I hadn’t pulled up further. He shouted at me and I quickly replied with a nasty response. Fortunately the light turned green and we moved on. 

I still remember that particular road rage incident, my self-centerness and retaliation, and the pain it caused me from guilt.

Yet, I learned from it –  to care about what I am doing in the moment. And, that even when I make a mistake and it is painful, I can pick myself up and know that I am on the other side of it.

That moment lead me to understand that when we sincerely quest for answers to know ourselves, help and answers will come.

Life lessons

When someone attackes us it is a sure sign they are hurting. And jumping in their pain only adds to it, feeds it, and hurts us too. They have a right to their own mistakes and learning process.

That doesn’t mean we should accept abuse. Love is strong and we can either remove ourselves, get help or report it to proper authorities.

Being conscious, calm and finding our own inner peace will help us release a retaliation response and even if the other person is not conscious of it, it will help the other person too.

We will keep experiencing the same lesson over and over until we recognize our authentic power of a conscious loving mind and manifest qualities of love. 

Pain is a teacher

Pain in problems and conflict is something that we agreed to and created through our thoughts, emotions, and most of all, our behaviors. Yet, what hurts us also hurts others.

Remember!

Next time you face a challenge and are tempted by low-frequency emotions which creates conflict or adds to conflict, to get in a fight, be brave and remember that the greater the temptation, the more importance you have placed on the lesson you have agreed to learn!
