It’s here for You …. the Presence…. right there when we allow it. And it’s easy to make the initial contact when we release the ego even just a bit.
The ego fights, doubts and usually ignorant of its own self-righteous ….. yet even the subconscious ego eventually tries to improve itself and evolve, helping us rise in consciousness. And as we rise in consciousness we gradually release the ego. It’s an enlightening phenomena and oxymoron!
And that’s why you’re here reading this entry according to the Law of Analogy. There are many roads to take, yet they all eventually lead to Source. You’re listening to your Inner Teacher… your Higher, Real Self… the Presence Within. What Is. This particular road is a spiritual one and physical one simultaneously.
Presence is pulling You, us, towards higher and higher levels of consciousness of what we really are. Our Inner Love and Spiritual Heart is attracted to Presence, Source, Universal Life Energy …. what Is and what we are.
The Star Exercise opens our bodies to the inflow of Source Energy, Universal Life Energy. Yet, even this method requires a willingness to allow it …. a mental, conscious choice to allow ourselves to feel Presence.
We cup up our hands to feel what we are …. Universal Life Energy. We pause mentally, emotionally and lookup within to something greater than ourselves…. to allow ourselves to feel Presence, to feel Source as Universal Life Energy.
And we can easily feel It ….. as a tingling or awareness of knowing our hand’s presence and the energy there. Mind pauses and becomes quiet. And in that silence we become aware of something more than thinking ….. that we are connected and one with Presence when we allow it.
It rises our consciousness, harmonizes our mental energies, balances our bodily functions and radiates that harmonious energy to all.
Presence, Source is at your fingertips, in your hands …. so readily available. Consider making the Mental Contact merely by allowing yourself to feel Universal Life Energy flow through You Now. It flows and Is Unconditionally Source.
When we notice that we are conscious…. “I think, therefore, I am,” it is an indication of an opportunity …… of an adventure ….. to travel a spiritual road of awakening to the source of consciousness.
We can travel unlimited roads to being conscious of being a thinking, a watcher, a witness, and something greater…. to Source…. Self. And conscious contact with Universal Life Energy is road less traveled, yet evermore becoming more prevalent in the human mind because the level of humanity is on the rise.
As we begin, we differentiate between illusion of the subconscious ego and Eternal Love. Then as we gradually, or more rarely suddenly, dissolve the ego and consciously rise above duality ….. the spiritual road becomes easier and we become stronger, wiser, truer, more loving and open to Unconditional Love.
We become conscious of what we are more and more …. all the while seeing the terrible turmoil the ego stirs in the world and the suffering of humanity …. yet we know that All is perfect and Harmonious in Spiritual Reality.

Nothing is hidden in a person for very long because sooner or later our thoughts, emotions and behaviors appear in the physical realm. We can see ourselves in others if we look deep enough. We are so connected and similar, essentially one together, that when we know our own character then we can spot similar aspects in others and know their tendencies also.
But ….. the subconscious ego doubts! Most of us are dominated by the ego …. unaware …. more willing to follow the crowd and do what everyone else does. Thus, the purpose of these lessons is to bring Light aflamed with Love to the human mind so we can begin to free our True selves from the ego and false beliefs, propaganda and mass subconsciousness.
With inherent Truth we can perceive Truth. Truth leads us to becoming conscious of the order of things according to Universal Law, according to the Universal Law of Spirit (The FourSquare), Law of Vibration, Law of Unity, and the Laws of Polarity, Rhythm, Gender and Cause and Effect.

Every adversity or opposition, every great and wonderful thing, that we experience is interconnected and synchronized in Universal Laws: Cause and Effect, Gender, Polarity, Rhythm, Evolution and the Law of Unity. And all of the Laws are beneficial, helping us create our strength, freedom and happiness, especially when we work consciously in them ….. when we deliberately synchronize with them.
We always are given the opportunity to be conscious and in harmony with Law. And if we choose otherwise, if we choose the human egotistic road, we are compassionately lead back. The Laws of Cause and Effect, Gender, Polarity and Rhythm help us return to The Law of Harmony. These Laws are are ubiquitous in our world and life.

We all get these occasional pangs of conscience that’s telling us something’s wrong, or telling us that we should feel guilty, angry, victimized or superior. Such temptations can take us to places we don’t want to go emotionally as spiritual aspirants.
Our progression is best served by recognizing the conscience as the universe’s compassionate way of pointing to opportunities for harmonization within us. We all have opportunities to contribute to lifting the human consciousness and condition.
When our conscience hurts and feels guilty look at it as an opportunity to be courageous. We can retreat from thought and choose to observe or witness the content of thought impersonally. Engage your Spiritual Heart by being willing to open to Unconditional Love.
Make the Mental Contact with Universal Life Energy and visualize temptations of the conscience as weeds that you pull out by the roots from the subconscious and burn it with the pure Light of Universal Life Energy, releasing it. You are removing the illusions of the thoughts which set limitations on us.
We can raise our level of consciousness step by step within ourselves. Gradually we lift ourselves from blame to anxiety, up to scorn and into acceptance. Or when tempted to feel victimized it is a wonderful opportunity of empowerment to release and transcend into Unconditional Love.
These processes are engaging both the mind and heart, Mind/Heart coherence. Our Heart is our Seat of Love, yet it is also wise and can raise our level of consciousness, helping us reason and make FourSquare decisions to improve not only our physical life, but also our inner spiritual awareness.
Every compassionate thought, attitude and act not only lifts ourselves, but indeed, it outweighs many negative thoughts held by humanity. It is a motivation of Love that is of spiritual value.

According to sacred numerology this year adds up to #6 and matters of the heart, love and relationships become forefront.
It’s an opportunity for You to be in Love this year and transform yourself! An opportunity to connect with your Spiritual Heart and Unconditional Love that resides there, the sacred chamber of Source within!
On the world stage, #6 energies will encourage social coherence with attitudes of cooperation and compassion, focusing on goodwill and freeing ourselves from past attitudes of fear.
But there are also indications of power struggles and conflict among nations and dictatorial self-righteousness which may cause tempers to flair and acting on impulses instead of thinking things through first. In turn, this could cause mass confusion and distrust of governments and those in power.
We have the freedom of choice to be enthusiastic, aware, sincere and compassionate. Those FourSquare energies attract opportunities to contribute to humanity’s awakening that is now taking place.
We can also contribute to humanity’s awakening by radiating and Giving Healing Energies to the World.
On more a personal level, the energy of #6 is domestic and centers around home. This year we will be blessed with the opportunity to establish calm and harmony within ourselves, home and family.
You will greatly benefit nurturing your existing relationships, letting family and friends know that they are appreciated and Loved. And apply optimistic attitudes to improve relationships at work.
Your emotions are what empower You to create your internal and external reality. Therefore, establish Harmony within yourself! And accept others for who they are and release self-absorbed urgings for control. Love them unconditionally as does Source. However, we should not tolerate any abuse, discriminating as to the best FourSquare course.
Choose to Be enthusiastic, considerate, sincere and Loving. It instills harmony. Now is the time to decide. It’s your spiritual privilege to choose your path in life. When you choose to feel emotionally harmonious within yourself and manifest it in your Individuality and life with the FourSquare, it leads you to success and Joy in Life.
Even if you experience push-back, let your confidence rise and old inhibitions fall away. And that Joy will spread out from you to those closest to you, then out into the world.
Three 2’s may create lively periods that swing from one direction to the other …. from carefree to rebellious, from reason to delusion, from focus to confusion. There may be volatile periods with misuse of power and acting too quickly without reason or consideration. And major disagreements on how to get things done.
Number 2 on the surface portrays polarity through opposites. Be careful of those biding for power. Just notice urges to jump one way or the other without following them.
Urges do not represent the Real You …. rather they stem from the primitive brain and human, subconscious ego conditioning. They are more like a shadow with no real substance.
Your frontal brain cortex and Self consciousness can override conditioning that urges us to join bandwagons that only add fuel to the fire of competition. You have spiritual freedom of choice!
Number 2’s sacred energy is that of Attraction and Love! There is potential for you to contribute to a more compassionate world with the energies of #2.
You can choose to blend intellect with love ….. Establish Mind/Heart Coherence.
You can choose to do acts of kindness rather than getting involved in squabbles.
You can choose to blend your human life with your inner spiritual life, making them the same thing. You and all of humanity will benefit.
Courageously dare to pursue your goals, creating opportunities, rather than identifying with problems this year.
Unburden yourself of needless emotional baggage from past emotional hurts. This will help you Self-actualize and liberate Love from within, cultivating positive, upbeat vibes and sense of joy and humor.
The Light Seeker within can unite with the Light Worker that You are, and reap the rewards.
Aim to be Be FourSquare and let Love lead you; expressing All Energy, Intelligence, Truth and Love.

A person conscious of being a creative artist …… loves the process of creating ….. and aware of what motives them in the present moment. Now some may call this spiritual awareness or even religious devotion ….. and it is in a way, because …… we are becoming conscious of the Divine within ourselves.
It takes courage to go into the gaps ….. to become aware of the silence in-between the streams of thinking. It takes courage to go out of our comfort zone …. to pause, observe the quiet ….. go silent within…… and experience zero thoughts.
Gratitude may arise for the awareness of what is happening. Not for the crisis, problem or opposition, rather gratitude for the awareness of serenity and love always being close at hand. Gratitude for the infinite opportunities in this moment. Gratitude for some higher conscious understanding, that may not be logical, rather something deeper and far reaching ….. life changing.
There is real value in the emotion of smiling because, not only it is an experience of your own reality, but also it sets the tone for positive inception to influence other people’s reality! People relate to us, even in passing, through our body language, facial expressions, words, and tone of voice.
Through the Law of Attraction, we can synchronize with other people’s emotions in their energy fields and auras, unconsciously. Emotions are contagious!
To elevate the human mind to be conscious of our Unity ….. with Spirit ….. with Harmony. To be conscious of – All Life, Intelligence, Law and Love ….. And to Manifest ….. to Be …… in the ever present moment these qualities …… with every thought, every attitude, and every act of ours.
A choice of one uplifting attitude invites an entire field of uplifting attitudes and raises our consciousness.
It’s helpful to realize that the ego is extremely needy and gets energy from negative personality attitudes of predatory self-indulgence ….. like indignation over rights and entitlements, expecting no consequences.
Here are some morning practices that can help us start our day identifying with Spirit and our inner Joy and Happiness …. setting the tone for the day.
