Life of a Tear

Pink flower with dew refined 2

                       Life of a Tear

Tear swells, disguised as hurt, stain of salt, burning

Burden of fear, too heavy to hold, resentment terrible path of learning

Source deep inside, drowns the heart, surfaces to windows of discerning

Release of fear in the form of a tear dries the source, Love returning.

Your Fate and the Laws of Karma and Rhythm

Spiderwisp

Law of Cause and Effect (Karma) and Law of Rhythm

Thought → Emotion → Temptation → Behavior →

Karmic Effect becomes a cause for another cycle → Thought → …

As we educate ourselves to understand the Laws of the Universe we can make conscious choices with our best interest in mind. It’s simple really – we empower ourselves through responsible behaviors or actions.

The choices that determine our fate start in our thinking, which triggers a corresponding emotion. And, since our emotions are empowered by the soul they make a great impact on our behaviors. Our behaviors are the effects of our choices of thinking and emotions, while our behaviors cause further effects physically since we are earthly beings. The frequency of energy in this entire process is what comes back to impact us as karma.

If we are angry (low-frequency energy) that energy will return to cause us harm and others.  If we make empowering choices that are balanced with higher frequency energy – containing enthusiasm, wisdom, sincerity and most of all Universal Love – then that energy will return to benefit us and others.

And, we are habitual creators, repeating our thinking processes and behaviors. We condition ourselves as individuals and as groups, such as in families, friends, communities, nations, politics and religions. We repeat history so to speak and thus cyclic patterns emerge as experienced in the Law of Rhythm.

Yet, the Laws of Cause and Effect and Rhythm are to our benefit and we can make progress through them though it may not appear that way at the time. Experience teaches us, and we can understand, then live in harmony with these laws.

The key is to BE CONSCIOUS with LOVE motivating us, if we aim for no harm to ourselves or others. This is turn harmonizes us all. We flow in harmony with both the Laws of Cause and Effect and Rhythm. (With the help of the Great Law more entries in the future will concern these laws.)

Through conscious awareness we can evolve ourselves to remember the LOVE we are.

We are the masters of our own fate.

“We must change our attitude of mind if we want to produce something better – the change must come from within us. Then the Law of Retribution will become the Law of Reward.”

Eugene Fersen, Advanced Teachings of Science of Being, Volume II, page 200.

Discrimination is a Good Thing!

If we are politically correct we are not supposed to discriminate. Even using that word raises eyebrows. Discrimination is considered a bad thing. But, is that true?

Discrimination

We use our power of discrimination to distinguish between right and wrong, beautiful and ugly, desirable and undesirable, and everything in between.

With discrimination we make distinctions, choices, judgment calls.

Our discrimination and choices determine our future – our fate, because we build our future from our choices in the present moment. Therefore, our discrimination is important for our well-being.

Being a slave

It’s when we are unconscious of our power of discrimination that we fall into superstitions, blind beliefs, subconscious habits, and prejudices. We don’t think about it, but just do it! We’re not really making choices at all! We’re just being a slave to unconscious habits, conditioning and blind beliefs!

Plus, we flock together our prejudices and thinking, gather with friends and others that think the same way we do, which reinforces our habitual patterns. We condition ourselves.

Discrimination can reward us!

We have to be brave to consciously discriminate because we are accepting responsibility for our choices. But, we also reap the rewards.

We liberate ourselves from the whim of fear.

“Our purpose in life is to see Light, to discriminate between right and wrong.”

Dew on Grass

Self-lies overtaking,

Sabotage in the making.

Externalizes pain with excuses

To avoid fear,

To avoid abuse sensation.

Harsh control of childhood-will,

Result – procrastination.

Cognitive behavior, little self-regulation

Squandering Life participation.

Let your tears Love,

Important Fact

Good day beautiful Souls!

Consider this thought for the day:

Joy's Flower

“On our life paths we very often stumble, we may even fall, yet we should never worry about our stumbling or our falling. We should always bear in mind that it does not matter so much that we have fallen over an obstacle. The important fact is that we are on the other side of the obstacle, that we have advanced in spite of it.”

Eugene Fersen, Science of Being, page 222.

Dark, Dark Hole

Dark, dark hole

It’s a dark, dark hole;
The center of our life
At one time
Long dead and decayed,
Remnant of what was,
Yet, decay can be a hotbed for growth.
Harmful weeds,
Poison vines that climb
And come back out
Into consciousness.
No power of discrimination,
And we fall back into conditioned illusion.

A World of Helping Hands

Freedom from Subconscious Enslavement

What’s Really Happening with Pain and Suffering, Part 6

humanity and suffering

Suffering Comes in many Forms

All of us suffer, but most of us do not even know that we suffer on a daily basis! Of course, we are aware of experiencing pain and suffering from illnesses and injuries. And, we are usually aware of  emotional suffering that flattens us with symptoms of loneliness or depression.

However, we tend to be unconscious of experiencing  some of the more common mental and emotional sufferings like boredom, mental exhaustion, impatience, pride, greed and jealousy. They can grow  unnoticed and unchecked in the subconscious, then resurface, morphed into harsher forms of suffering. Even causing physical illness!

Emotions like anger, hatred, worry, jealousy and greed can become habitual without us knowing it and dominate our personality, enslaving us! We can feel like a victim of injustice and tend to blame others or the situation, striking out in frustration, anger or  even violence. Riots start this way.

The subconscious is a horrible burden that causes us to suffer.

What Can We Do?

Our destiny as humans is to align our personality with our Individuality and Soul. To release negative emotions and traits that enslave us and cause us to suffer. To be strong, free and happy.

To heal ourselves there must be Love. Yet, it starts by being conscious or mindful of love in the present moment.

It stands to reason that when we consciously manifest love from our heart we are exercising True Power and fulfilling our destiny as a Soul.

We build to Harmony and alleviate suffering moment by moment, day by day. From a conscious state we can release the emotional pain of traumatic experiences, fear, subconscious temptations and enslaving habits as discussed in this series by several methods. And, they work!

Our heart is the Seat of Love and Center of Attraction. The more we express love the more we are conscious of receiving it. The more we feel connected to everyone else in an aura of goodwill, caring and compassion. The more we feel connected to the Great Principle.

We will as humans continue to be faced with challenges, yet with awareness of Love within us we can face those challenges bravely and without suffering from desires.

And this is the amazing part about manifesting love from our heart, it not only helps alleviate our own suffering, but also helps all humanity. They pass it on and so it circles!

In that intent, a new exercise as been added in which we activate our spiritual heart to help ourselves and the world:

Radiant Heart Exercise

With the help of the Great Law a corresponding practice will also be added in the near future: Conscious Heart Practice!

We become a world of helping hands and hearts!

Until next time consider this quote to reflect upon:

“We are to work, not only for our own improvement, but for the whole of Humanity. If we help one, it benefits all.”

It’s Not Always Pretty!

A spiritual journey is not for the faint of heart because it can mean a great deal of work to know both the personal, human traits and the individual, spiritual aspects of ourselves. Knowledge of the human, personal part is not always pretty, yet it is essential in order to release any part of it that may be holding us back from the success and happiness that is our natural right as souls.

seashells with butt

Our life is our spiritual journey.  And, by looking at our life experiences, the choices we’ve made and our character we can learn about ourselves.

But, some of it – yeah, a lot of it is not pretty! Yet, it is essential to look at that too in order to grow.

“Know yourself and you will know All,” means we have to look at and know what we perceive as ‘the good, the bad and the ugly’ about ourselves.

We often overlook the ‘good’ about ourselves, identifying instead with ‘the bad and the ugly’ more often than not. We suffer from the ugly emotions of traumas and painful situations, identifying ourselves as a victim rather than as an authentic person that’s had terrible experiences. We experience fear unconsciously.

Sometimes we even choose to identify ourselves as ‘bad,’ and act it out. And that is our right as a soul. Yet, that doesn’t mean that abuse should be tolerated – even from ourselves. It should not.

All experiences, even ‘bad and ugly’ experiences have value. Those negative energy ones point out what we are to overcome and can motivate us to reach for our inner strength, wisdom, truth and love in order to heal ourselves. That we might come to know ourselves as a compassionate power and soul.

Finding Beauty – Tender Heart

Tender Heart

Though you’ve known troubles so dark that fear could kill

You are beautiful, kind smile, wise eyes that see the depth of here,

Refined colors within, inspired song of world with goodwill

Tender heart draws compassion, freedom from darkness, to come near.

White Orchids

As spiritual beings we are each beautiful and unique and it is our opportunity as earthlings to bring that forth and improve our condition now.

Orchards and Boats

The orchid signifies different qualities in different cultures, but it can be said that beauty, refinement and affection are predominate. Qualities we all aspire to, and more importantly qualities that are already ours!

Orchids hanging from an eave  along the river is an unexpected combination unless you are in a tropical country like Thailand!
