Even though our egos may convenience us that we want to awaken, that we want to be lifted from our human drudgery and suffering, the ego clings to our established self-identities in fear of losing ourselves. It’s a paradox.
So what can we do to step outside of ourselves? Outside of our ego and make a quantum leap into conscious awakening?
1. Physically contact God, the Great Principle
On on a deep level we want to have physical contact with God, the Creator, but the ego closes us off unconsciously. When you contact Universal Life Energy you are contacting The Great Principle and you can feel IT physically.
Contact with ULE goes far beyond any religious, ego-made sacraments wishing wine is the blood of Christ.
When we reestablish that contact with exercises like the Mental Contact or the Star Exercise not only our bodies absorb It and we can feel IT physically, but It also enlightens our mind.
And even those emotions associated with memories hidden in the unconscious are gradually harmonized. It helps lift the subconscious ego bit by bit.
2. Be brave and let the past die
I highly recommend pausing throughout your day and entering the Silence. Relaxation and Silence is an essential step to overcoming the ego’s paradox.
Relax and enter the Silence, releasing all thought. In a very real way human language is the past. Just Be in Silence. You will begin to feel Universal Life Energy.
When you do return to thought, stay in the present moment. Observe and question every discouraging speck of yourself. Question anxiety, worry, complaints, self-pity, impatience, glamour and stubborn, habitual prejudices. Release them. They are the past.
Pausing in the moment brings me back to consciousness, sanity, because I realize that the ego gets totally lost in believing this human life is all there is. It lifts me and refreshes my conscious awareness and connection to my Spiritual Heart.
A quantum leap happens when you let the past die. Birth happens. Be Now. Experience the new moment.
3. Synchronize your intent with Love, the creative energy of the Universe
Live sincerely and True in the moment forgetting the ego’s personality. Remember that you are everything with the Great Principle.
A sincerely loving intent to remember can manifest immediately because sincerity is the emotional seed of potential in Matter. It happens because sincerity opens the door to your spiritual heart and to Unconditional Love of the Unmanifest, a very creative power. But we normally live and co-create in subconscious human collective time and space, so preserve.
4. Let Love flow from your heart
Commit to unconditional Love. Love life, everything and everyone unconditionally. See beauty in others.
Not until your mind is pervaded with unconditional Love will you raise above the paradox of the ego. The ego can make you believe this step is impossible and that’s its darkness and fear working to hold its power over you, imprisoning Love.
By becoming conscious of Unconditional Love little by little it will help you release doubt or fear that ties you to the past. And any attachments to a possible future or expectations.
Things fall into place
Be childlike, joyful. Wake up each day with an enthusiastic attitude.
Find beauty in the moment and something good in every circumstance, seeing beyond the mundane, pain and suffering. Learn and evolve from it. This lifts the consciousness from the ego’s perception of the Law of Polarity as opposites of good or bad, light or dark, rather than everything blends with seeds in each.
Be grateful for the insight and inspiration, knowing you are part of something greater than yourself.
During your practice of Relaxation and Silence, the Mental Contact and meditations you may experience being Light and make the Spiritual Contact.
Gradually you rise above the ego’s paradox.

Many of us are looking forward to putting 2017 behind us and starting a new year, but 2018 will be highly charged and feelings will run high. Expectations can swing from low to high, and you may feel like you have to constantly adjust. Being able to find and maintain emotional balance is one of the challenges.
The numerology picture reveals that we’ll focus on how to bridge the gap between the old and the new. And, there should be more potential for bringing light to subjects that have been covered up and not dealt with.
2018 = 2 + 0 + 1 + 8 = 11/2
The progression of evolutionary unfoldment vibrates to #11 and #2. While last year was a #10/1 masculine, aggressive energy with an ‘in your face attitude,’this year #11/2 is a feminine energy which means we should be more receptive to change.
Number 11 is considered a Master Number and is not reduced any further, yet the energy of 2 is still taken into consideration. The energy of #11 will make us feel rather nervous and sensitive, yet it will help us be more open minded to the uncharted nature of our intuition.
The energy will be uplifting with more of us questioning our role in the universe. There’ll be a push to bring spiritual principles into physical manifestation. Yet, we’ll also have to adjust to the vacillating energy of #2 which indicates there may be passive lessons concerning relationships and cooperation.
The key word for this #11 year is ‘illumination’
Justice and freedom will be on most everyone’s mind and part of our agenda, not just activists. There may be nit-picking, criticisms and finger-pointing, yet a global quest in the hearts and voice of humanity will be for empathy and to work for the good of all. This quest will be heard even by those that don’t want to hear it.
That does not necessarily mean violence, rather a tendency for things to change very quickly. It’ll feel like we are being tested on what’s good for mankind. Schemes for private profits and benefits may be exposed and rejected by the majority. And, there may be sudden shifts in economic sectors. The way we think about money will continue to change and security on the internet will continue to be an important issue.
It will be up to each of us to hold high the Sword of Truth to illuminate mistakes of the past, then use them as lessons to achieve balance in the present. This is a year of tests and trials of how we live up to the potential of illuminating the ‘good, the bad and the ugly. The energy should also stir us to act and to transform.
As we all struggle to live up to the heightened energy of #11, there will be a demand for self-mastery and overcoming our lesser traits. You may be more inclined to realize and honor your intuitive feelings and be open to decoding the messages of your soul so they can take significance in your human life. This channel between your personal consciousness and higher consciousness can lead to enormous personal and spiritual growth.
There is a tremendous power and energy working for the greater good of all humanity this year. And, in order to empower that energy in our personal lives we should ask:
“How can I truly serve humanity?”

When your ego starts to get too big and you’re heading towards a downfall, remember that within your personal ego is the seed of your soul and Individual spiritual character, the id.
Within both is the spiritual power of Universal Life Energy, however in the human ego the subconscious pervertedly uses that power to solidify your conditioning into your reality, your self-identity. Thus, you tend to automatically react to certain circumstances according to your conditioning, like getting mad when someone criticizes you or feeling superior when someone praises you.

In order to bring your ego into balance with a constructive self-concept and positive self-esteem without self-decimation consider setting aside time everyday for meditation and silence, which helps open your mind and heart to the influx of Universal Life Energy.
The way Universal Life Energy works to harmonize your subconscious ego is the most amazing and mysterious quality of Universal Life Energy that I know of! I have witnessed how Universal Life Energy has been a major influence in the way I think and behave. I am more a peace with myself and the world, happier. With daily meditation and frequent pauses throughout the day I enter the Silence and make the Mental Contact.
Universal Life Energy bit by bit harmonizes mental programming and conditioning you may never be conscious of from deep within the collective human subconscious and past, forgotten lifetime experiences.
It gradually feeds the subconscious with so much positive, creative energy that when previously “negative” programmed thoughts, superstitions, beliefs or habits return to your consciousness you become aware of questioning as to why you should think or act that way!
You learn to discriminate. And as you gradually release conditioning you become independent of conditioning, you become more and more conscious, awake and aware. If you make a mistake you are more likely to be conscious of it and learn from it. And that bit of wisdom is added to the subconscious and ego.
Though the transformation doesn’t happen overnight, it does happen.
You’ll find yourself becoming a watcher of the thinker, mindful. And you become more conscious of unconditional Love and the tenderness of your heart. You are able to consciously discriminate an response to any situation if any is appropriate according to Universal Love. You will feel enthusiastic without fear. You will be able to respond with intelligence and wisdom. And, it will be a harmonizing response because it will bring justice for all.
Daily practices to harmonize the ego
#1. When you have any hints that your ego is growing too big or becoming self-destructive consciously say to yourself, “I am an Individualized ray of the Eternal.” And, mentally swallow it to penetrate into the subconscious ego to help align it with your Spiritual Individuality.
#2. Practice mindfulness and remember that the essence of your human ego is your Spiritual Individuality.
#3. Consider making a commitment to the constructive practice of daily meditation, silence and the Mental Contact to help you align your human ego with your Spiritual Individuality.
#4. And, let unconditional Love flow from the tenderness of your heart, revealing the highest aspect of your soul and Spiritual Individuality.
If we declare war on the ego, that is giving the subconscious more power over our self-identity and our thinking. Though we think we are fighting the subconscious we are gripping it harder and holding on to it tighter.
Remember that there are always more things to learn, more adventures to experience, and more opportunities to constructively create reasons for happiness in your reality. Peace, harmony and continual adventure and unfoldment of your soul is your spiritual destiny!

We have infinite potential BUT, and here’s the brakes – ‘but’ we limit ourselves in an obscure way. Fortunately there are methods to un-limit your potential and become a force in nature!
You are the pivotal point
You are like a two-sided coin. On one side you are the observer of the universe and on the other side you shape the universe. The Source synchronizes you as observer and co-creator.
In a mysterious way the universe forms to the way you understand the meaning of life. Or, more accurately, you see the world through what you are mentally aware of and what you emotionally allow yourself to experience. We live primarily in the subconscious ego, limiting ourselves.
If you think the world is a cruel place and full of suffering, then you shape your own life with that emotional attitude and expectation, creating challenges at every turn. That’s the view I seemed to have born with!
Fortunately the universe is compassionate. Things are always changing and we have opportunities to build a happier reality. For example, if you suddenly find love in your own life you are emotionally lifted and happy! You see the world through the eyes of love and life is beautiful!
If you define the meaning of life with religious beliefs, superstitions or atheistic attitude, then you can limit yourself in that particular tribe’s mindset and expectations, narrowing your vision of possibilities.
You are an unlimited, universal Being. Consider these 4 uninhibited ways to open yourself to unlimited potential:
#1 – The universe is in You
Consider the meaning of life includes everything and You have infinite potential!
When you open your mind and emotions to see the potential for harmony in everything You are synchronizing your mind and emotions to higher realms of unconditional love, peace and harmony and literally refining yourself, physically, mentally and emotionally. As you release negative energy like worry or feeling left out you open yourself to experience the pure energy of creativity in the universe and experience your part in that creativity, taking a more conscious role in shaping your reality.
#2 – Experience yourself as a multi-dimensional Being
You may be an earthly being, yet you are a Ray of the Eternal simultaneously living in other realms you are as of yet aware. There are physical, astral, mental, Buddhic and other planes.
I’ve experienced us as beings of Light where we cast no shadows, but on some levels we have dark spots in our bodies which have as yet been refined. And, the presence of other dimensional beings joining us in meditations likeTransmitting Universal Life Energy and Love to the World.
Think of yourself as 50% Matter and 50% Spirit which will open you to mental expansion and awareness. You are a spiritual Being living in the Spiritual Plane in this moment.
#3 – The cause is the source of the effect
When you look to the cause rather than the effect it gives you freedom to shape your own reality consciously!
You’ll gain insight into yourself when you look to the cause of any effect, or to any possible effect when you are faced with a decision. A simple method I use is to ask myself if am I coming from tenderness or from fear.
You as a soul have an earthly body and living in the human concept of time, yet you are an eternal Being with the privilege of evolutionary unfoldment. Time is a very three dimensional, human concept, so always consider the big picture and long view.
#4 – Balance your male and female genders
Assert your Selfconsciousness.
Being conscious and in the moment is your greatest opportunity for unlimited potential. “I think therefore I am,” is the Self-consciousness beginning to assert itself in your life. Yet to take a leap in potential – be Self-conscious of working enthusiastically, using your intelligence, sincerity and loving consideration. You are balancing both your inner male and female genders, your mind and emotions, bringing your FourSquare soul qualities to the surface of your reality.
Especially be conscious of your spiritual Power. It is incredibility strong, yet tender. When you face trouble, never submit to wrong or weakness. Face it knowing the Eternal is helping you. Say something like, “I am one with the Eternal and with the help of the Eternal it is already overcomed.”

“Spirit is the Soul of the Universe. Our Soul is the Spirit within us.”
Anything that comes to us, we can understand. It is our mind that is to be rebuilt and constructed to rise to higher and higher levels, to deeper and deeper understandings.
The more we listen to our Higher Self, our soul, the more we listen to Harmony. The more we listen to Harmony the more we understand and manifest harmony in our reality.
As humans we have lived for so long in the subconscious ego that we have become in a stupor and we ignore our Higher Self, our intuition and spiritual inspirations. The ego is always busy, constantly circling in mental monkey chatter dripping with unconscious fears. Those fears appear in our nightmares, in our personality and behaviors, being a major factor in our reality.
Try to regain harmony: be still and listen. Breathe Light into your body. Relax into Silence. Experience Beauty in the moment and gradually rise into the vibrations of Love. The Law of Harmony helps You.
This sounds simple because it is, yet the subconscious ego will deny achieving harmony is possible, especially by simple means. Listen to your Soul!

Being conscious of being part of something greater than yourself, things fall into place. You listen to your intuitions and inspirations, knowing your Higher Self guides you.
You feel expansion into more freedom, rather than clinging to a presumed safe, old self-image and habits.
#2 You do whatever you do with passion
You find success in what you love to do. Not necessarily in society’s sense, but in the sense that you feel at peace and in harmony with body, mind and spirit.
You are confident and fearless, feeling like you belong where you are. Rather than being a seeker, You already are the silent watcher within, integrating your inner world with your outer world. You have become conscious of the Divine Road you walk.
#3 You learn from mistakes
If you make a mistake you get up and continue with an optimistic attitude. You are grateful for the wisdom to recognize a mistake and consider it an opportunity to reach up to that part of yourself that has chosen to learn from it.
You trust your connection to the Source, and if you face more challenges then you have insight to know that there is more to learn and experience. Or that you harbor doubt. You are Grateful for the compassion of the Source and unconditional Love.
#4 You release traits that derail you
Passion brings to the surface all that you are: the good, the bad, the ugly and beautiful. You are conscious of how you create your reality with your thoughts, attitudes and behaviors.
Seeing the opportunity to release negative energy and potential causes, you do not deny feelings like anger or impatience. It would be something hanging over you from the past. The silent witness within goes beyond those identities and you are no longer fixed into them.
#5 You are in the moment
Being in the moment, you silently listen and are aware. You surrender in the moment; are free and true to yourSelf, sincere.
You are not racing against the clock, nor wasting time procrastinating because there is always enough time according to your wants and needs.
#6 You co-create opportunities
While paying attention to clues, you know that you must work, rely on yourself, body, mind and soul, to co-create with the Eternal a reality that is fulfilling and harmonious.
You are conscious of the human mind being ruled by fate – the Law of Cause and Effect, Karma and you step forward with your best enthusiasm, intelligence, sincerity and love in what you do.
At the same time, you know that in essence your destiny, through the workings of both the Law of Karma and the Law of Harmony, is the same – to evolve, to refine into finer and finer qualities into spiritual Harmony.
#7 You are committed to Love
You express love in your creative endeavors, which not only benefits you but also others. And you are conscious of the unconditional Love and support of the Great Principle.
Being grateful for Love in your own life, you express your gratitude with goodwill and compassion for the world. You hope the best for others without expecting them to be the way you think they should be. In other words, you are nonjudgmental and love unconditionally.

You become a living magnetic! As Magnetic Energy Universal Life Energy energizes and refreshes every cell in your body, clears and balances your thinking, and lifts you into higher realms of soul awareness.
The physical element of the contact makes it easy. It works because it is based on the physical Law of Attraction. Your soul, heart and Life Center is attracting the LIFE ENERGY from the Universe.
We are made of this energy, but we are unconscious of it and therefore do not derive as much benefit from it as we could. Since we made our original mistake on the mental level with ingratitude, impatience and ignorance, then we must reconnect mentally and an I am declaration of Truth used in addition to the physical position helps us open ourselves.
#2 – Light
You are bringing your presence to the essence of the Source and also contacting Universal Life Energy as Mental Vibrations.
It lights you with finer frequencies of mental energies. And your thoughts become charged with this energy making them even more magnetic and they becomeMind Force!
You become more conscious, better able to discriminate and aware of your intuition. At the same timeIt shrinks the subconscious ego.
A big bonus is when you focus on feeling the energy in your hand you become aware, conscious,and present in the moment. Mindful. Mindfulness stops the ego from circling in thought; stops the continuous monkey chatter, worry, guilt or depression.
And for me, mindfulness enhances meditation and silence. I relax and become calm. Better able to meditate. I’ve become more mindful during the day and more understanding in my relationships.
At work you may notice that your focus improves and you have more stamina.
#3 – Liberty
As you become more mindful and conscious, you will discover that with discrimination you are freer. You begin to live more from the higher aspects of your heart lead by Love.
You see more opportunities for harmony, especially in mistakes. That is because you are aligning with the Universe, with the Laws of the Universe and with the harmony of the Source. You gradually align with harmony, not only through the energy, but also through the lingering mindfulness.
More and more, as you gradually build on your consciousness and spiritual awakening, you create your own freedom in your reality. You create your physical, mental and especially emotional freedom. Freedom from worry, hurry and fear. The ego gets weaker as your unique, spiritual character strengthens.
#4 – Love
You are also contacting Spiritual Energy direct from the Source.
The soul vibrations refine your consciousness into what we may call Superconsciousness, and you become more conscious of your Self as a soul. You begin to balance all of your authentic soul powers of Strength, Wisdom, Sincerity and Love.
You begin to consciously balance yourself in the Universal Laws and align with them. You begin to experience The Laws of Gender, Cause and Effect, Polarity and Rhythm as the Law of Unity, Harmony.
Spirit
You may notice small changes at first, yet as you persevere and continue making the contact everyday you will experience big changes. I’ve found my spiritual practice deepen, become more inspiring, inclusive and loving.
I had a very difficult young life. After performing the Star Exercise for 40 years, my life continues to blossom as a great blessing. I am so grateful for the energy, wisdom, inspirations and most of all Love.
When I look back it seems I’ve experienced so much spiritual unfoldment, yet I know I’ve barely begun the adventure! I’ve had wonderful spiritual teachers for which I am also grateful. Everyone is my spiritual teacher and companion, including You.
In the present moment I know that my Higher Self and soul is my great guide and who I am. It may be the same for You.

It is so interesting how we as humans perceive things, and how we as infinite souls do too.
From my experience I am co-creator, as each of us are, of our own reality. Our mind, this thing we want to possess, is a great asset and a great burden, especially since it is the major factor in creating our reality.
Mental Perceptions
Our perception of good or evil, yes or no, up or down, life or death, still or moving, are human mental perceptions. And, mentally we go back and forth. As soon as we say yes, we think maybe we should have said no.
Love we little understand; fear much, much more so because we live there so much of the time (another human perception). When we declare someone an enemy, they can become a friend over time. It’s a mental perception of the Law of Polarity and Law of Rhythm working on us, helping us establish balance and harmony within ourselves.
Why is there evil?
Disharmony, or evil, the devil within we may call it, exists because of the Law of Harmony. Spirit, Love, Harmony is essential in all things and when we hit against harmony we create disharmony. We co-created that little devil that sits on our shoulder and we sometimes follow. Yet, it is not eternal. It will evolve into something different as we learn. It’s human created with the power of Universal Energy which we perverted. Only the energy is eternal. The frequency evolves.
The finer aspects of mind
The pendulum can be a symbol of the way the consciousness and human mind works. Back and forth, back and forth; a human mental perception. Yet, everything is vibration and what seems opposites, dual, are merely different frequencies of energy. There is a blending of sorts.
If the pendulum swings all the way around there is a circle: Symbol of zero, the sphere, completeness, perfection, of the unknown, of All. It is rotates at different frequencies. For example, the faster it rotates it disappears to the human eye, like the frequency of ultra violet light. And faster still, like electrons and quarks.
So if the pendulum swinging back and forth can represent the human mind, the consciousness swinging back and forth in duality, thinking one is needed to get to the other, they balance each other, then what would a complete circle of the pendulum represent?
It is no longer a pendulum swinging, rather circling, rotating energy. Representing rotary energy or vibration. It symbolically can represent the finer aspects of mind. There is no swinging from right to wrong, good to evil mentally because there is continuous mentally activity without self-righteous judgment.
There is only change in spirit. Only life, rather than life and death, evil and good. All is Spirit! Everything is vibration. Always moving, changing.
And since evolution is also a Universal Law, mind gradually changes, refining to finer frequencies. For which I am grateful! We learn and evolve, don’t you think so?
The finer frequency of the Law of Polarity
So through Mind we return to the Source – ever finer and finer frequencies. The Law of Polarity or duality when viewed from a higher mental realm is no longer a law of opposition rather continual change in evolution and refinement. It becomes the Law of Unity. Harmony. And the same is true of the Law of Rhythm.
