Closing your day: WAYS OF A LIGHTBEARER

When those of us on our spiritual journey consciously close our day…… we are still seeking Light.

We are still in pursuit of adopting the positive that benefits not only ourselves, but indeed for the benefit of all mankind ….. spiritual commitment that transcends the ordinary ego and worldly, to that which is of true value for spiritual progress.

As earthly night approaches consider adapting these effective evening routines that not only set the tone for our evening rest and rejuvenation, but also for the dawning of the day to come.

Make it your intent to feel good before sleep

Your emotions help determine the process of continuous creation in your reality ….. so an evening practice that helps you feel good, do good and Be good before bed bleeds into the night, the next morning and into your reality.

Set aside some wind down time ….. about 30 minutes before bed.

Silence and Meditation

Contact Universal Life Energy, the Supreme Universal Power, to help flow in the natural relaxing energies of our earthly life. Include an evening Relaxation and Silence practice to clear the mind and reconnect with your inner peace.

From Silence enter a few minutes of Meditation as described in Lesson 19 of 27 Lessons in Science of Being to “wipe away the discordant films which obscure expression of the Soul’s higher qualities:”

“Drown your Conscious Self in the crystal Light of your Inner Self, allowing it to dissolve from you the irritating crust of disharmonious memories and experiences….Understand it as the Inexhaustible Spring of its manifestations in you as Life, Mind, Law (Truth) and Love.”

Be a Channel for Healing

We do not have to be fully enlightened beings to be a channel for transmitting Universal Life Energy as in this practice to help heal the world: Giving Healing Energy to the World.

As you project it out to others and the world, the Universal Power flows from one being to another, connecting everyone and everything, and generating an increasingly stronger flow of the healing fire! Yet, remember do not use your own will power, rather the Will of the Eternal will do what is harmonious.

Declarations of Truth

This practice is of prime importance to me as it elevates all of my being, aligning with Truth and Love before drifting off to sleep. I am in a happy place mentally and emotionally, and I sleep very well and am refreshed in the mornings.

While lying in bed taking the Star Position and just before drifting off to sleep make these Declarations of Truth from the spark of Unconditional Love in your Heart as shared by The Teacher, Svetozar:

“Father, Thou art inspiring me on the Spiritual Plane.

Thou art guiding me on the mental plane.

Thou art sustaining and protecting me on the material plane.

I am Thy individualized projection into Thy own Eternal substance.

Indissolubly connected with Thee, manifesting all Thy qualities and Powers.” Thank You.

Avoid excessiveness and techno

Avoid large meals or excessive workouts in the evenings. If your body is still dealing with digesting lots of food or your muscles still experiencing tension, the mind stays active too!

Scrolling the newsfeed or reading messages on our smart devices before sleep keeps our brains alert. Shutting down smart devices, computers and televisions early evening helps eliminate blue light that interferes with the production of melatonin, a sleep hormone.

I have found that if I sit at my computer screen and write into the night that have a difficult time getting my brain to calm down and relax. The thinking mind takes over and just wants to think some more! I have to turn off the computer early evening, then I begin to align with the natural approaching night cycle.

But if you do find your mind racing when in bed there are some things you can do:

1) Focus on your breathing. Placing your right hand on your chest over your heart and the other cupped up consciously receiving Universal Life Energy. Breathe in and exhale slowly. Continue slow breathing as you allow relaxing.

2) Gently acknowledge what you are grateful for.

I avoid evening reviews because I’ve found that thinking about the past can keep me circling in thoughts about how I could have done better. Guilt, regret and self condemnation can subtly creep in primarily because the ego recognizes the Law of Polarity as opposite pairs. Those energies are not helpful for creating your reality, especially before going to sleep.

Whereas, focusing on gratitude lifts our emotions, keeping us in the moment and reconnecting with happiness within that is already there.

3) Try some soothing sounds to drift off to, like gentle nature sounds.

Simple practices to bring your Soul to the surface of your life

Greetings Lightbearers!

As promised from the sister website, included here are some simple ways to become conscious of your soul and bring that awareness to the surface of your life. I use these practices daily and have found them to ground me in conscious awareness throughout the day and into night.

1.First thing upon awakening in the mornings become conscious of Being. Conscious of body, mind and attitude.

Your attitude and emotions are great powers of the soul, with the greatest of these being love and compassion because they encompass the very essence of all of yourself.

Your emotions are the catalysts that spark the Law of Attraction into action. If your thoughts and emotions are of low frequencies or high frequencies, that is what you attract. 

Most important is to be conscious of Being part of something greater than yourself; being part and one with the Source!

2. If you are agreeable with the weather, consider performing the Star Exercise outside. Being in nature with the sunshine, air and earth all contribute to our well-being. Standing and walking barefoot on Mother Earth grounds us; charges our body with electrons which helps heal and renew our cells, while reducing stress. Morning sunshine also charges our bodies with vital vitamin D and awakens our bodies to activity. About 10 minutes in the morning sun is so beneficial.

3.  I usually combine deep breathing and stretching within the quiet of the morning to release any subconscious hidden or lagging stress, including muscle stress and emotional stress. Deep breathing oxygenates your brain and body cells to help you function in a clearer state. It also brings in and charges the body and mind with Universal Life Energy  which helps you better preceive the highest part of yourself and connection with the Source.

4. A few minutes doing several floor stretches for the back in particular is helpful. I’ve found yoga stretches opens the lower chakras so the flow of energy from the kundalini (Life Center) can rise up freely. The root chakra is the Seat of the Soul and dormant soul energies can be freed to flow up to connect with the consciousness and superconsciousness. 5. Relaxation and Silence is the base for meditation and all practices because if you are tense, physically or mentally, then the mind and body shut down. Which essentially means you are functioning from low frequencies, and most likely from the egotistic subconscious. The subconscious ego does not relinquish control easily because we have conditioned it to be that way, however, with persistent practice you can release and enter relaxation and Silence anywhere, anytime.

6. Enter into Meditation for 5 minutes to one hour. A simple meditation is to focus on the breath. Yet also consider this meditation to bring your Soul to the forefront of your consciousness:  Soul Meditation.

7. Slowly come out of meditation with an attitude of Gratitude.

8. Continue your day with an awareness of being in the moment fully. Everything is new, without assumption, habitual thoughts, or worries about the future.

You matter in this Universe; your thoughts, attitudes and behaviors. Everything counts, meaning your choices matter in life and in your day. 

So choose to have compassion for yourself and help yourself relax and enjoy life! And when you do opportunities for your success and happiness open before You!

Uncomfortable has benefits!

Comfort is not always beneficial. When something feels uncomfortable then pay attention – there’s something to learn and benefit from!

Be conscious of your thoughts and emotions from the place of silent observation! You may feel nervous, defensive, or disgusted. Just observe the discomfort in a detached state.   

And if you want to know why you feel uncomfortable ask yourself that question. In a detached observation state you are mentally open to receive answers from your Higher Self. Your Superconsciousness receives wisdom from your spiritual heart. And your spiritual heart is that sacred chamber of the Absolute; your seat of unconditional Love.

Nevertheless in a detached observation state we may still feel a bit uncomfortable. That’s because detachment is not our usual mental state. Or our usual bodily state.

The subconscious ego is very familiar with constant monkey chatter and emotions rather than detachment. It creates attitudes like impatience, worry and guilt which we identify with.  And can create insecurity and self-condemnation generating all sorts of complaints. blames and excuses. Yet remain detached and observe, non-judgmental. 

And consider reaching beyond detachment to alignment with Harmony. Declare the Truth in the present to create beautiful life experiences.

Consideration: “I am. I am enough.” Remember and Know – “I am a projection of The Great All.”

You are connecting your consciousness to Harmony. And feeding your subconscious uplifting energy and thoughts, which will return to your reality. If not in the present moment then eventually since we live in human time.

Are you bad? Fat? Special? 4 ways to construct a positive self-image without self-importance

If you repeatedly think of yourself as having little self-worth, as a special person, as “the exception” or anything in-between, then the ego has become self-decimating. Fortunately mind is a very creative power and we can construct a positive self-image that will help us consciously grow into our True Being and soul.

Consider these 4 methods:

#1 

If you fight against the ego and a self-image you only feed it more energy. 

 When you find yourself thinking of being a terrible person, weak, jealous or superior, pause your thinking. Relax and become conscious of Being in your physical body in the present moment. Become silent, stopping all thinking

You are detaching from the subconscious ego and all its programming and beliefs, especially those of self-image. You are rising out of the subconscious into consciousness. Becoming conscious of your True Being and soul.

When you return to activity it will be easier to remain aware of your inner Being which has no self-judgment, rather calm awareness of Being. This will help you function more effectively in your human reality.

#2 

Being conscious of what you are feeling may be far easier that what you think. You may feel a tightness in the solar plexus or pain in the heart. Both are seats of the subconscious. Look to your feelings for insights, then go silent. Pause. Relax. Observe. Release and Be.

The subconscious functions and thrives on the thoughts, feelings, pain, trauma, memories and conditioning of the past, affecting our thinking and feelings in the present situation. But remember that we can instinctively feel the truth in our heart center because the heart is not only conscious and center of attraction, it is also our seat of Love. 

#3 

When you find you’re self-judging, immediately reject it. Persistently throw it in the mental garbage can. 

The ego also likes to compare itself to others to make you feel better about yourself. So next time you find that you’re comparing yourself, or if someone else judges you, immediately throw it away. It’s an act of Self-Love and for everyone else too!

#4 

 Emotionally lift yourself up with positive thoughts and words of Declarations of Truth like, “I am one with All Energy, Intelligence, Truth, Love, Spirit. I am indissolubly connected with the Great Principle.” Physically speaking words of power and love manifests it in the world now. This also feeds your subconscious with positive thoughts and energy shrinking the ego and building your future.

Also turn up the palm of your hands and consciously contact Universal Life Energy.

Why the ego is not the enemy and a mysterious method of transformation

Yes, our ego is out of control and it can be self-destructive, yet it is not the enemy. The subconscious ego has the very real potential to align with your Spiritual character and Individuality because the essence of your human ego is Spirit. 

Your human ego and your Spiritual Individuality

When your ego starts to get too big and you’re heading towards a downfall, remember that within your personal ego is the seed of your soul and Individual spiritual character, the id.

Within both is the spiritual power of Universal Life Energy, however in the human ego the subconscious pervertedly uses that power to solidify your conditioning into your reality, your self-identity. Thus, you tend to automatically react to certain circumstances according to your conditioning, like getting mad when someone criticizes you or feeling superior when someone praises you.

How ULE transforms your human ego 

In order to bring your ego into balance with a constructive self-concept and positive self-esteem without self-decimation consider setting aside time everyday for meditation and silence, which helps open your mind and heart to the influx of Universal Life Energy.

The way Universal Life Energy works to harmonize your subconscious ego is the most amazing and mysterious quality of Universal Life Energy that I know of! I have witnessed how Universal Life Energy has been a major influence in the way I think and behave. I am more a peace with myself and the world, happier. With daily meditation and frequent pauses throughout the day I enter the Silence and make the Mental Contact. 

Universal Life Energy bit by bit harmonizes mental programming and conditioning you may never be conscious of from deep within the collective human subconscious and past, forgotten lifetime experiences. 

It gradually feeds the subconscious with so much positive, creative energy that when previously “negative” programmed thoughts, superstitions, beliefs or habits return to your consciousness you become aware of  questioning as to why you should think or act that way!

You learn to discriminate. And as you gradually release conditioning you become independent of conditioning, you become more and more conscious, awake and aware. If you make a mistake you are more likely to be conscious of it and learn from it. And that bit of wisdom is added to the subconscious and ego.

Though the transformation doesn’t happen overnight, it does happen.

You’ll find yourself becoming a watcher of the thinker, mindful. And you become more conscious of unconditional Love and the tenderness of your heart. You are able to consciously discriminate an response to any situation if any is appropriate according to Universal Love. You will feel enthusiastic without fear. You will be able to respond with intelligence and wisdom. And, it will be a harmonizing response because it will bring justice for all.

Daily practices to harmonize the ego

#1.  When you have any hints that your ego is growing too big or becoming self-destructive consciously say to yourself, “I am an Individualized ray of the Eternal.” And, mentally swallow it to penetrate into the subconscious ego to help align it with your Spiritual Individuality. 

#2.  Practice mindfulness and remember that the essence of your human ego is your Spiritual Individuality.

#3. Consider making a commitment to the constructive practice of daily meditation, silence and the Mental Contact to help you align your human ego with your Spiritual Individuality.

#4.  And, let unconditional Love flow from the tenderness of your heart, revealing the highest aspect of your soul and Spiritual Individuality. 

If we declare war on the ego, that is giving the subconscious more power over our self-identity and our thinking. Though we think we are fighting the subconscious we are gripping it harder and holding on to it tighter. 

Remember that there are always more things to learn, more adventures to experience, and more opportunities to constructively create reasons for happiness in your reality. Peace, harmony and continual adventure and unfoldment of your soul is your spiritual destiny!

10 Signs you are oblivious to the biggest problem that plagues you. And how in a strange way that problem is also a blessing

Though the ego is very convincing through conditioning and assumptions, there is also great opportunities. Here are 10 sure signs that you are oblivious to the most influential factor dominating your thinking, emotions and behaviors:

  1. You’ve become numb to the sights and sounds of human horrors repeated in media. Yet when you are alone and hear a bump in the night, thoughts of evil are born in your imagination. 
  2. Feelings of being left out and lonely can crop up every once in a while. You feel like you are obliged to please them, to make them laugh, smile, or somehow engaged, otherwise you feel unsatisfied.
  3. Arguing with your spouse or experiencing road rage, you feel stabs of angry and play the blame game, thinking they made me mad, frustrated or impatient.
  4. Your social status or lack thereof is defended by your influence, power, education, career, money, property and possessions.
  5. You complain about the weather, complain about your partner or children, and protest politics.  You can get frustrated if things are not done the way you think they should.
  6. You judge others without seeing them in yourself or yourself in them. And you justify this by thinking, “They’re so clueless, so cruel, so wrong, so privileged, so …”
  7. Experiencing ‘highs and lows’ by situations in your life or events in the news, you get anxious, worried, depressed or become delirious and entranced. You think you are a terrible person at times or have a hard time seeing anything good.
  8. Addictions overpower you and you feel powerless to do anything about them. You think, “Sure I may or may not be addicted to .… (sugar, drugs, sex, excitement), but  I’ll make an exception this one time, I need it this time because….I’m sick, I’m required to, I have nothing else, oh the hell with it, who gives a …”
  9. The world comes first and you just live in it. You think, I’m busy working and taking care of things that must be addressed. I have to do this before I can even consider anything else.”  
  10. And you haven’t a clue as to how you create your own reality. In fact you do not give it much thought at all and doubt your connection to the Source. 

The list above appears to be a subconscious ego bashing fest, yet attacking the subconscious ego is attacking yourself. We have been conditioned to blame the human ego for personal problems and global problems. But when we attack the subconscious ego, we feed it negative energy, making it grow even more. 

There is no issue other than the belief that there is a problem. 

Consider this: the problems you face now are problems only in your egotistic thinking!

Of course, we suffer terrible physical pain and emotional pain. So terrible that we’re consumed by it and even die. Yet even in death of the physical body there is another side of the same coin. Some of us create circumstances unconsciously that accelerate our evolutionary process through stressful circumstances, illnesses, death and dying. Most become more conscious and aware, reaching for harmony and peace.

We spend most of our time in the subconsciousness because we like to be entertained and dream of the future, while clinging to the conditioning and memories of the past. Thus we create our reality and challenges unconsciously in the present moment, believing them to be problems.

Can You mentally swallow this?

When things get tough, when you get stressed remember life is full of opportunities! Consciously create opportunities for your and others happiness. Remember to observe the thinker; be conscious of the ego in a detached manner. Then go to Silence. You are consciously returning to the Source and listening to your True Self, and then to back to Creation. And, you are consciously creating your reality in the moment. 

In the process of co-creating your physical reality, declare Truths about yourSelf: I am Strong, One with All Abundance, Intelligent, Sincere and Caring.

Mentally swallow and let those thoughts and energies seep into the subconscious ego. Eventually those energies return to your consciousness and you will become more aware of opportunities to create peace and goodwill in your physical reality moment to moment.

You can consciously fine-tune the subconscious by releasing those patterns that cause you to suffer like those listed above. And work to fill it with positive energies of love, caring and kindness which will grow and multiply returning to your consciousness and reality.

It hurts so good: The beauty of pain; it’s not for the faint of heart

Behind pain is a mental cause. Mental disturbances can cause emotional anguish and physical illness, yet pain is also a wake-up call, especially when we are conscious of our potential for harmony! A spiritual journey is not for the faint of heart.

Pain is the teacher!

When we are hurting, physical or emotional pain is revealing that we are in the mist of disharmony. Yet, there is beauty in pain. Pain reminds us that Harmony is our natural condition. And, we consciously seek harmony when we experience pain. In the mist of disharmony we seek to align with Harmony.

When we are sick something is wrong that stems from the human mind. We co-create our reality with our thoughts, emotions and behaviors, but we unconsciously dwell so much of our time in ancient subconscious human fear. Any mental disturbance in our life can cause us to circle in that fearful energy. We form false, painful beliefs about ourselves. “I am worried, I am mad.” And it manifests physically in our emotions and body. 

Fortunately, the Law of Attraction compassionately reveals negative energy you are burdened with when you feel physical pain, when you feel emotional pain, when you feel justified for a resentful, jealous or impatient attitude towards someone or guilty and depressed within.

Mindful moment

Notice your thoughts and feelings. Write those down that you want to consciously release.  You can consciously release them in meditation.

And, you can release painful and fearful feelings the moment you become conscious of them. Fearful ideas and emotions are a temporary condition. Being aware of the watcher of the thinker, the observer, is the beginning of releasing a fearful belief about yourself.

Contact Universal Life Energy which lifts you higher in awareness. As I release fearful thoughts there comes Declarations of Truth, I am statements: ‘I am Strong, Wise, True and Loving. I am One with the Great All that inspires me on the spiritual plane, guides me on the mental plane, sustains and protects me  on the physical plane.’ You are aligning your consciousness with the energy and Cause of Harmony. And, since your body, mind and emotions are one, then harmony seeps into them. 

Your right as a Soul

Knowledge about ourselves is not always pretty. When I am sincere and silent in my spiritual purpose and discover that I am being motivated by fear then I am grateful for that realization!

It is our Higher Self, our superconscious and heart, that inspires us to consciously recognize false, painful beliefs in order to release them. And, remember you always have the help of the Eternal.

Each of us are in a personal transformation process of discovering and revealing our Real Self and soul. We are in a creative process – we create our reality  which is a reflection of our original spiritual power of creativity. But we repress  or deny that power of creativity or use it to cause us to be distracted or to misdirect it in negative creations and self-images that cause us to suffer.

We believe we are not smart enough, rich enough, thin enough, fit enough, witty enough, beautiful enough, educated enough. We feel lonely, depressed, worried, left out. Thinking and believing false assumptions until they become our self-concept and identity. We can feel justified for jealousy, hatred, and even take offense against others. These are our creations that cause us to suffer. 

We will reap the effects of our thought, emotions and actions – and it will manifest in our life.

Create your happiness

We create a more harmonious, happy life with positive energy – positive thoughts, emotions, and of course, behaviors and actions. It all starts with our attitude!

Here are some simple ways to create a happier life for yourself, which will touch others also: 

  1. Approach everything as being an opportunity to grow and learn the lesson of love, even during the most trying of times. 

  2. Be conscious and mindful of the watcher of the thinker! Detach from negative thoughts and emotions. 

  3. Be grateful for your opportunity of life and to have come this far.

  4. Listen to your intuition and follow through on the guidance.

  5. Express goodwill, kindness, caring and love from the tenderness of your heart to everyone, including yourself. 

  6. Contact Universal Life Energy to energize and harmonize yourself.

  7. Mentally and emotionally connect to the Eternal with Declarations of Truth just before falling asleep. I am statements like: I am One with the Absolute, All Power, All Wisdom, All Truth, All Love and All Beings.  

  8. Daily practice spiritual exercises, such as, Relaxation and Silence, meditation. 

  9. Create something everyday – like when you were happy and in the moment creating as a child – art, cooking, writing, imaginative beauty – the ways are unlimited! Listen to your Higher Self.

  10. Smile!

Mysterious Sunset

Darkness approached as he swam for the shore,
and the mysterious sunset.
He didn’t know what he was getting into
but he knew it had to be better than swimming around in the dark.
The dark, the dark why am I so afraid of this approaching dark?
He was always questioning himself like that,
but it was for a good reason.
He reminded himself,

My Inner Guide will always answer when I am willing to listen.
But not always in the way he had expected.
The answer came this time too, short and simple:
There is always Light.

He nodded to himself as a thank you to his Inner Guide.
And, with his heart full of trust in an even higher Source
He stepped upon the shore ready to continue on his journey.
Confident, though cautious and facing the unknown future,
he said, “With the help of the Great Law I am brave and I will continue.”
