You can read a person like a book when you pay attention. And even if you aren’t paying attention you read them on some level. Every now and again you can find momentous Love in their hearts. That Love which is perfectly aligned with their Spiritual Being.
And you can learn from them what you need to learn. That Love that comes into view can move your own heart and you can see a reflection of yourself in their eyes. It can stir you to go on an inner journey, awakening your deep desire to know your own Self.
Love is the catalyst. Love starts your journey pulling and energetically awakening spiritual awareness. With both Love and awareness you move from here to there, making progress on your path when the time is right.
The twists and turns, the challenges, the people in your life are your responsibilities, your opportunities for a glimpse of the sacred within. They are accelerants for knowing your Real Self.
When I look at you, you tell many things:
Happy things, disgusting things
Funny things, sad things
Baby things, grownup things,
New things, private things,
And the Best thing!

If you’ve been responding to the calling of your spiritual path, but seem to have slowed or stumbled in your ascending journey, remember that your unfoldment progresses according to Universal Law.
Those of us that recognize our spiritual responsibility for our own awakening and return to Harmony help all of humanity. Though our journeys are unique, we are a projection of Luciferian consciousness.
Why Luciferian consciousness?
Most civilizations have some concept of God which has changed throughout the ages, but blind religious beliefs has made us subservient. The Christian clergy made of Lucifer a devil which is a mental perversion.
Lucifer represents Knowledge aflame with Love. The Lightbearer that inspires us to awaken from the dream of pride, impatience and self-righteousness. To integrate Mind with Love.
The human mind holds unconditional Love captive in the subconsciousness and believes that mind is all powerful, while love and gentleness are signs of weakness. Until we all rise above self-righteousness, pride and impatience and consciously manifest unconditonal Love in our thoughts, emotions, and most of all our behaviors, we continue to create disharmony and suffer. We have to work like Lucifer to return to an awakened state of consciousness.
Why not Christ Consciousness?
Christ Consciousness is the higher realm of consciousness always awake and lead by Love. That is wise without doubt of being an aspect of the Causeless Cause, the Absolute Itself, yet always looking forward to the adventure of continual unfoldment.
There’s a Cause
We would not have believed in God throughout the ages if there is not a cause. Interestingly, as we mentally evolve and understand the causes behind affects, our concepts of God have changed. Knowledge has changed our mental concepts of not only God, but about ourselves and our world.
But knowledge without love is cold. Science alone does not free us from domination of the human subconscious ego and suffering. And it is evident that human religious beliefs, prejudices and habits do not either. Mind needs love to lead it.
Be a Lightbearer
We should endeavor to live as all great spiritual teachers and be wise. Wisdom is the lesson of all humanity’s spiritual teachers. Work in every moment to be conscious; to be optimistic, broad-minded, sincere and true. And sincerity and truth naturally attracts Love. Truth is a door to consciously express Love.
We should realize by now that we cannot compromise with Truth. That is not only mentally logical, but spiritually wise. Truth cannot be compromised; through Law we will naturally become more conscious of Love and express Love.
Wisdom is rooted in Law and comes to fruition through Love. Sincerity, truth and Law naturally attracts Love.

Being conscious of being part of something greater than yourself, things fall into place. You listen to your intuitions and inspirations, knowing your Higher Self guides you.
You feel expansion into more freedom, rather than clinging to a presumed safe, old self-image and habits.
#2 You do whatever you do with passion
You find success in what you love to do. Not necessarily in society’s sense, but in the sense that you feel at peace and in harmony with body, mind and spirit.
You are confident and fearless, feeling like you belong where you are. Rather than being a seeker, You already are the silent watcher within, integrating your inner world with your outer world. You have become conscious of the Divine Road you walk.
#3 You learn from mistakes
If you make a mistake you get up and continue with an optimistic attitude. You are grateful for the wisdom to recognize a mistake and consider it an opportunity to reach up to that part of yourself that has chosen to learn from it.
You trust your connection to the Source, and if you face more challenges then you have insight to know that there is more to learn and experience. Or that you harbor doubt. You are Grateful for the compassion of the Source and unconditional Love.
#4 You release traits that derail you
Passion brings to the surface all that you are: the good, the bad, the ugly and beautiful. You are conscious of how you create your reality with your thoughts, attitudes and behaviors.
Seeing the opportunity to release negative energy and potential causes, you do not deny feelings like anger or impatience. It would be something hanging over you from the past. The silent witness within goes beyond those identities and you are no longer fixed into them.
#5 You are in the moment
Being in the moment, you silently listen and are aware. You surrender in the moment; are free and true to yourSelf, sincere.
You are not racing against the clock, nor wasting time procrastinating because there is always enough time according to your wants and needs.
#6 You co-create opportunities
While paying attention to clues, you know that you must work, rely on yourself, body, mind and soul, to co-create with the Eternal a reality that is fulfilling and harmonious.
You are conscious of the human mind being ruled by fate – the Law of Cause and Effect, Karma and you step forward with your best enthusiasm, intelligence, sincerity and love in what you do.
At the same time, you know that in essence your destiny, through the workings of both the Law of Karma and the Law of Harmony, is the same – to evolve, to refine into finer and finer qualities into spiritual Harmony.
#7 You are committed to Love
You express love in your creative endeavors, which not only benefits you but also others. And you are conscious of the unconditional Love and support of the Great Principle.
Being grateful for Love in your own life, you express your gratitude with goodwill and compassion for the world. You hope the best for others without expecting them to be the way you think they should be. In other words, you are nonjudgmental and love unconditionally.

You become a living magnetic! As Magnetic Energy Universal Life Energy energizes and refreshes every cell in your body, clears and balances your thinking, and lifts you into higher realms of soul awareness.
The physical element of the contact makes it easy. It works because it is based on the physical Law of Attraction. Your soul, heart and Life Center is attracting the LIFE ENERGY from the Universe.
We are made of this energy, but we are unconscious of it and therefore do not derive as much benefit from it as we could. Since we made our original mistake on the mental level with ingratitude, impatience and ignorance, then we must reconnect mentally and an I am declaration of Truth used in addition to the physical position helps us open ourselves.

You are bringing your presence to the essence of the Source and also contacting Universal Life Energy as Mental Vibrations.
It lights you with finer frequencies of mental energies. And your thoughts become charged with this energy making them even more magnetic and they becomeMind Force!
You become more conscious, better able to discriminate and aware of your intuition. At the same timeIt shrinks the subconscious ego.
A big bonus is when you focus on feeling the energy in your hand you become aware, conscious,and present in the moment. Mindful. Mindfulness stops the ego from circling in thought; stops the continuous monkey chatter, worry, guilt or depression.
And for me, mindfulness enhances meditation and silence. I relax and become calm. Better able to meditate. I’ve become more mindful during the day and more understanding in my relationships.
At work you may notice that your focus improves and you have more stamina.
#3 – Liberty
As you become more mindful and conscious, you will discover that with discrimination you are freer. You begin to live more from the higher aspects of your heart lead by Love.
You see more opportunities for harmony, especially in mistakes. That is because you are aligning with the Universe, with the Laws of the Universe and with the harmony of the Source. You gradually align with harmony, not only through the energy, but also through the lingering mindfulness.
More and more, as you gradually build on your consciousness and spiritual awakening, you create your own freedom in your reality. You create your physical, mental and especially emotional freedom. Freedom from worry, hurry and fear. The ego gets weaker as your unique, spiritual character strengthens.
#4 – Love
You are also contacting Spiritual Energy direct from the Source.
The soul vibrations refine your consciousness into what we may call Superconsciousness, and you become more conscious of your Self as a soul. You begin to balance all of your authentic soul powers of Strength, Wisdom, Sincerity and Love.
You begin to consciously balance yourself in the Universal Laws and align with them. You begin to experience The Laws of Gender, Cause and Effect, Polarity and Rhythm as the Law of Unity, Harmony.
Spirit
You may notice small changes at first, yet as you persevere and continue making the contact everyday you will experience big changes. I’ve found my spiritual practice deepen, become more inspiring, inclusive and loving.
I had a very difficult young life. After performing the Star Exercise for 40 years, my life continues to blossom as a great blessing. I am so grateful for the energy, wisdom, inspirations and most of all Love.
When I look back it seems I’ve experienced so much spiritual unfoldment, yet I know I’ve barely begun the adventure! I’ve had wonderful spiritual teachers for which I am also grateful. Everyone is my spiritual teacher and companion, including You.

That embarrassing reflection in the mirror of yourself is your Friend and Spiritual teacher if you are insightful, kind and have a sense of humor.
Your Higher Self does not impose itself on You. You must be silent and listen for your Inner Voice of intuition with an conscious awareness of Unity. The more you listen to your intuition, do the right thing and are grateful, the more intuition you will receive.
A ‘setback’ in your life can actually pull you forward on your spiritual journey.
Sometimes the wisest thing you can do is learn what not to do! Pain is a teacher!
The ‘opposite’ sex is not opposite. The male-female principle, the Law of Gender, is part of you and you create your reality with it.
The world may say, ‘don’t discriminate,’ but your soul says, ‘always discriminate.’ That is always use your better judgment with love leading you.
The more you live a conscious heart, are motivated by tenderness, goodwill, kindness and consideration, the more you reveal your True Strength and Power. You are a positive force, a Light, not only for yourself and others around you, but indeed for the world! And, in that Light is your beauty, happiness and freedom.
Gratitude is an emotion that opens you to abundance and helps you create more reasons to be grateful!
You have created this moment for yourself. The peculiarity of the subconscious is that it both divides and multiplies. An experience or idea is divided into simple, shorter thoughts thus losing its strength and focus. Then all those short thoughts are left to grow and multiply unnoticed, but in a divided state the entire purpose of it can be forgotten or perverted. Thus, the subconscious shapes the ego.

Television dramas and reality shows soar in popularity, especially when there is obvious conflict. We want the characters to bravely face problems and overcome them. We want happy endings and great achievements. But, why are we so attracted to conflict in stories and competitions? And, do we purposefully create conflict in our life?
The Entertainment
Sure, we like to be entertained with games and stories on tv and conflict makes good drama. We are kept in suspense and emotionally invested with anticipation in the hope of them overcoming the challenges they face. We like the adventure and are attracted to it because we relate it to our own drama.
Our Power of Creation
In reality shows some of the conflict is staged for entertainment. But, in our own reality we create conflict and drama in our life unconsciously because we fall prey to subconscious negative temptations.
Cause and effect modality
When we do fall prey to negative temptations we have chosen to engage in the dynamic of karma. Negative karma can be very painful, yet we may learn some very valuable life lessons.
Myself as an example
I remember driving and coming to a stop light, when the driver of the car in the parallel lane next to me got very angry that I hadn’t pulled up further. He shouted at me and I quickly replied with a nasty response. Fortunately the light turned green and we moved on.
I still remember that particular road rage incident, my self-centerness and retaliation, and the pain it caused me from guilt.
Yet, I learned from it – to care about what I am doing in the moment. And, that even when I make a mistake and it is painful, I can pick myself up and know that I am on the other side of it.
That moment lead me to understand that when we sincerely quest for answers to know ourselves, help and answers will come.
Life lessons
When someone attackes us it is a sure sign they are hurting. And jumping in their pain only adds to it, feeds it, and hurts us too. They have a right to their own mistakes and learning process.
That doesn’t mean we should accept abuse. Love is strong and we can either remove ourselves, get help or report it to proper authorities.
Being conscious, calm and finding our own inner peace will help us release a retaliation response and even if the other person is not conscious of it, it will help the other person too.
We will keep experiencing the same lesson over and over until we recognize our authentic power of a conscious loving mind and manifest qualities of love.
Pain is a teacher
Pain in problems and conflict is something that we agreed to and created through our thoughts, emotions, and most of all, our behaviors. Yet, what hurts us also hurts others.
Remember!
Next time you face a challenge and are tempted by low-frequency emotions which creates conflict or adds to conflict, to get in a fight, be brave and remember that the greater the temptation, the more importance you have placed on the lesson you have agreed to learn!

These paths in the arid forest of Sedona led to native dwellings thousands of years ago, built along the rock formation in the first photo. The landscape and energy in the area is so invigorating that it is easy to get a sense why anyone wants to live in the area. And, you can get a real appreciation for the people of the past living there, their courage and fortitude.
The earthy juniper and pine fragrance is so amazing in the early morning. With a few deep breathes it grounds you to the earth, to your body, and inspires you to look up within! While I was there getting up early was the best part of the day because I would go outside and just breathe, then look at the beautiful mountains.
The best part at night is the opportunity to see the Milky Way since it is so dark and the city lights are kept low.
Looking into the Milky Way you can get a real sense of the vastness of the universe. And, in turn it makes me wonder about what infinity truly means in my life and for all of us.
I think about my own life, the hardships, the joys, the ups, the downs. Wasted time and hopes for days to come, with the help of the Great Law. And, how I have gained some insight into my own spiritual journey.
And, in that mindful moment I know that no moment has been wasted, especially viewing it with some perspective. There are infinite opportunities to come and with the Power of the Infinite behind me, supporting me and all of us, so much, much more joy, peace and purpose.
It’s humbling! And, gratitude fills me.

The raging storm of terror that is generated by hatred, fear and self-righteousness is also unconsciously fed by associated fear-based traits like worry, prejudice, impatience, pride and ignorance. An impersonal analysis of the situation can help us calm the turbulent tempest in our thinking, free us to be in the moment, and with the help of the Eternal begin to enact inner peace.

Unconscious of fear
Terrorists use religious and self-righteous claims as a means to unconsciously cover up their own fear and to abet hatred. We don’t know what terrorists as individuals have been through to get this way, yet terrorism is an attention-getter that is really a cry for love. It is the ego that doesn’t know how to cope with the stress of change and is afraid.
Being conditioned, they have cut off reasoning and consciousness. Their egos feel threatened and powerless, so in trying to empower their egos they fall further into hatred with a responsive belief that they are doing the right thing. With so much negative energy circling they become a slave to it.
It is the fall of mind. In self-righteous, fear and guilt they lose their empathy for others.
The fear boomerang
People join terrorist out of fear. Wanting their cause to grow, terrorists use negative energy to attract others. And it works. An individual’s fear and guilt for not meeting the desires of self-righteousness, can be attracted to the terrorists’ group fear energy. Fear attracts more negative energy.
It does not stop there because that fearful energy boomerangs back to the originators, burgeoning, attracting what they fear – retaliatory attacks and subjugation. It terrorizes them to the point of desperation and thus they attack again.
The energy builds as it circles the human mental atmosphere. Fear cycles, boomerangs round and round, growing world-wide, attacking anyone that unconsciously feeds it with worry, prejudice, antagonism or other fear-based traits.
All this because of doubt. As discussed in Part 1, we experience fear because we doubt our connection to and the support of the Great Principle. We feel separate from each other and the Great All, forgetting our unity.
Raise above doubt
Let us be brave and remember that we have the support of the Eternal, and enact unconditional Love instead of fear within ourselves, our heart. That we are conscious and aware of those individuals that fear and hate, yet they know not that they hurt themselves.
Just like a child that hits its mother. What does a mother do? She holds them, tight to her heart so the child doesn’t hit, until they return to their natural condition and consciousness. It is an attitude of unconditional Love. This can help us all to face the situation with courage, while not tolerating hatred, prejudice and egotistic self-righteousness.
Also consider these methods to return to calm and concordant thinking:
Exercises like the Radiant Heart and the Mental Contact to surround yourself in unconditional Love. It is a protection. Fear does not exist in Love.
And remember, by being mindful and in the moment we live now. Our thoughts turn away from fear. We interrupt dwelling in negative energy. We let go of resentment and trying to get back at others, knowing that holding on weakens us.
And, we can turn towards the creative aspect in our thinking, in our speech, attitude and actions. Positive creativity builds our inner happiness and joy. Your individual positive creativity can take infinite forms from helping others, the arts, physical sports, exercise, dance, to just being silent.
