Energy Suckers, Part 2 – Bad Reactions and how to reestablish Harmony

During our daily spiritual journey there are energy suckers from within that can distract us from our intents meant for strength, success, happiness, and spiritual unity.

And the easiest way to become conscious of subconscious traits that derail us and cause things to go sideways is to observe our reactions concerning someone else. Others can act as a mirror to see ourself.

And, if any negative traits surface, like resentment, guilt or dread, remember it is a real spiritual opportunity!

Troubling reactions

Since everyone is different, then different notes may be aroused when we interact with others. When you begin to notice something bothersome stirring within, pay attention and notice without getting involved, thinking and feeling thoughts. Remember they are energy suckers that distract you from your core of harmony.

Some destructive energies can be subtle like impatience, resentment, pride, defensiveness, boredom, or comparison. Or appear as strong pulls toward anger, hate, disgust, sadness, jealousy, regret, or fear.

Just notice any traits that are triggered without harsh judgment, remembering that they are temporary thoughts and feelings that will pass. Negative traits are not the real you.

Listen to your Intuition and begin to fight for your harmony.

The Present Moment is empowering!

I have found it essential to pause. I take some deep, slow breathes and silently go within. In advantageous conditions I close my eyes.

Both body and mind begin to relax. And when the mind relaxes its attachment to thinkingness relaxes. Let sensations, thoughts and feelings flow by without giving them attention. It becomes natural for mind to gravitate to peace and silence that is always there.

When you become Silent within, then it’s an opportunity to become conscious of the ubiquitous Universal Energy field. In that contact with Universal Life Energy you are countering the undesirable trait with All Positive Energy and the other qualities of Intelligence, Truth and Love.

You are choosing and allowing uplifting energies and your character and experiences will eventually change as those qualities surface in your consciousness.

More Positive Responses

Calmly negate any destructive thoughts and feelings like anger throwing them in a mental trashcan. Instead reach for Positive qualities that are naturally within your Heart like Gratitude, Optimism, Understanding, Compassion and Love.

Deliberately change discouraging thoughts to allow more uplifting, feel good thoughts that will attract more uplifting thoughts. For example, if you observe jealousy rise its head, deliberately allow yourself to be happy for the other person. And this attracts more uplifting thoughts and emotions like gratitude and compassion.

I have experienced first hand negative, low frequency personality traits surface repeatedly that sucked optimism right out of me. I’ve found resentment very subtle, but when it cropped up I quickly focused on gratitude in silence.

Live in the Present Moment. Use it. And act to re-align with your spiritual intents using the FourSquare as a map to happiness.

The Core

It’s a process of being courageous enough to be honest about ourself, releasing negativity and remembering what we truly are. I have repeatedly fought for harmony and have come to know the core of what I am. And so can you.

3 Energy Suckers Leading, Part 1-Destructive Urges and how to become Empowered

Most of us experience energy suckers within that we avoid harmonizing for one reason or another even though they may cause things to go wrong. Yet they serve as wakeup calls to eliminate from our character and win back Harmony. 

ONe Inner energy sucker is annoying, harmful habits with overpowering urges, cravings, and desires

Understanding any destructive habit is vital because Ignorance, Fear and Apathy are pushy traits that originate in the human mind and holds us in limbo. But our Soul seeks expression in our life and we are here to develop ourselves and eliminate the walls that imprison that which we are. And destructive habits are walls and energy suckers.

Indulging mindlessly

The longer we delay in eliminating destructive conditions the more trouble is drawn to us because of the Law of Attraction. But wishing it away is useless. And denial keeps us in the same condition or worsens it.

So we may try using will power, but human will is limited, and it’s easily observable. We may start the day saying we aren’t going to do a certain thing, but our programming takes over and we indulge in some disadvantageous habit.

And, what’s so amazing is we can indulge without even being aware of what we had promised ourselves until much later! We had become so programmed subconsciously that old brain patterns engage and we mindlessly indulge.

It could be something like easily loosing our tempter, road rage, procrastinating, binge eating, constantly checking the mobile phone, watching porn and staying up late. We just do it automatically, then perhaps regret it later.

Lizard Brain

Research has shown that habitual urges are established programs and patterns in the most primitive part of the brain. Some call it the lizard brain. The subconscious has been programmed and grown unnoticed! Every time you give into an urge it only reenforces the brain pattern that makes it stronger.

Eventually it is gone

The habit has no power over you unless you choose it. Observe the temptation as just that ….. only a temporary, mental urge. And remember that thoughts, feelings, urges are not you!

You can choose to dismiss an urge and accompanying thoughts and feelings, by negating them. And without acting on an urge repeatedly, it eventually fades until no more.

We can pause, take some deep breathes to relax physically and mentally. Remember to contact Universal Life Energy and we begin to change the way we think and behave because we are beginning to change brain patterned programming too. We are choosing the unlimited positive!

This is the most beneficial act we can choose ….. to consciously unite with Universal Life Energy to admit the healing power of Love, the highest aspect.

When any dark urge surfaces remember that it’s an opportunity to eliminate it and harmonize. Contact the Power and let It emphasize the positive and harmonize the negative.

Helpful

Again…. remember that every destructive urge is an opportunity in the present moment to harmonize ourselves and reach for Love.

I’ve found it very helpful to write down the harmful habit and accompanying thoughts and feelings, so I can become more aware, alert and conscious of the freedom of choice when urge voices surface again. And the voices will surface again!

I also write any positive actions/intents in a journal daily to set intents and be conscious of them, especially when urges come to the surface. It’s one day at a time and building on it. There is the opportunity to choose a positive, constructive response rather than obey the negative, destructive urge.

Empowered!

Conscious realization of freedom of choice is empowerment! It’s wisdom, from within. And the more we choose uplifting responses and negate destructive urges, the sooner those urges leaves us.

Urges, cravings, desires, and all thoughts and feelings are fleeting; they’re temporary. So we can pause and let them pass without acting on them, living in the moment. And freely choose uplifting thoughts like gratitude, appreciation, compassion and joy.

Today’s consideration: Light In then Light Out

We are attracted to the Light of Universal Consciousness from Higher Consciousness within us and from our Spiritual Heart. And we can Light up with conscious, Spiritual Love, then radiate It out.

To start simply, the first exercise in Science of Being is Relaxation and Silence to open ourselves to the inflow of Universal Life Energy, which is the Light of All Energy, Intelligence, Truth and Love. And thus we let Light in, and that Universal Life Energy flowing to us, in us, through us and then automatically returns back throughout the universe.

We come Lightbearers and construct our reality by consciously letting Light in and letting Light out……contacting Universal Life Energy and by letting it out…..by expressing FourSquare. That is by: Expressing Universal Life Energy in our reality as Enthusiasm, Wisdom, Sincerity, and Love in a balanced manner. With consideration.

It can be a as simple as genuine smile, a gentle embrace, or a conscious breath. Or as shared in Giving Healing Energy to the World.

Light in and then Light out.

How should we fight evil in the world?

When things get really though in world affairs we can become entangled with the negativity and it can drag us down. We’ll look for advantages to sooth ourselves, but we can get trapped and stuck in our negative conditioning. 

So what should we do to help ourselves and the world?

We’re tempted to do this …

We should not be blind to the evil in the world, rather we should be conscious and mindful of it without feeding it more negative emotions. War on evil only feeds evil.

Everyone has negative aspects of the egotistic personality that can surface. We can be tempted to exhibit behaviors that are immature, unhelpful and even worst ….. like becoming afraid, worried, depressed, aggressive and even violent. 

To Help Ourselves and Others …

We are tied into the problems of the world, but we must begin harmonization by relying on ourselves. 

That is to be conscious and aware of our own selves first! By being aware of our strengths …… our Inner Four Square qualities of Strength, Intelligence, Truth and Love and Compassion.

You can truly help yourself and help all humanity by fighting to be more compassionate and non-judgmental, without involvement of the ego’s opinions. We can be loving and generous in our attitudes without attachment to humanity’s emotional dramas.

Our spiritual Being …. what we become with focus on lovingness helps all humanity.

You are part of the emerging Universal Consciousness! We are becoming more and more conscious of the vastness of the universe and the beauty and wonder of it. And that is evidence of the evolution of humanity’s consciousness.

Reliance on the Source

You are on the path of enlightenment! Let us have faith that things will work out according the Law of Harmony.

In earthy reality, things work out according to the laws of: Cause and effect, Polarity, Rhythm and Gender. All things work out for the greater good!

We open ourselves to the protection of the Great Principle when we have faith and trust in the Source, in the Laws of the Universe.  Say and feel something like: “With the help of the Great Principle I have the power to meet the situation.”

Once you make a choice Source will help you accelerate in that direction! And no matter if your decision is based in subconscious conditioning, conscious reasoning, or superconscious inspiration, the Law of Evolution will ultimately accelerate your awareness and spiritual unfoldment.

All paths ultimately further your evolution,

even those that create a temporary downfall, which results in more challenging conditions for yourself and those around you. Unfortunately sometimes we have to hit bottom before we look up.

You live Your spiritual journey

We live in times of great spiritual opportunities ….. to unfold because we are becoming more aware of the negative temptations of the ego and of evil in the world. 

If you agonize or worry over your choices it means you are being influenced by conditioning from past experiences.

Consider the process of making decisions an opportunity to open yourself to the Universe and ask for help. Make the Mental Contact with Universal Life Energy which opens you to tremendous help.

Be reasonable and logical, but also listen to your intuition. It is the voice of your soul.

And, remember you also have the help of unknown individuals around the world and of those in higher realms. 

This is when we as observers can observe in a detached manner with clarity yet without harsh judgment.

Remember that some of us choose more challenging paths of spiritual unfoldment. Yet, everyone is a spiritual being and on their spiritual journey.

Let us take the opportunity …

to work on lifting ourselves up by manifesting qualities of our heart, our Spiritual Heart. Let us be Enthusiastic, Intelligent, True and have Goodwill for ourselves and others. And, we change the world!

You are on the cusp of evolution ….. pulling us into the future! Your cooperation  with Harmony accelerates your awareness and spiritual unfoldment, and indeed the world’s.

I have best hope for peace in your creative endeavors now and always!

Sure fired ways to create Happy Days!

The subconscious ego can hold us in frustration, lack, and unhappy times, yet a simple decision to rise above it can change everything and our reality can transform.

We are the creators of our reality …. with our attitudes, thoughts and behaviors. Your greatest asset for creating a happy life is yourself ….. your Inner spiritual will and Authentic Self. Remember that the Eternal is always within You, endlessly working for your happiness. You only need to allow it ….. allow all the uplifting Energy, Intelligence, Truth and Love to be in your consciousness and life.

And remember that everything …..everything we think, decide, or do returns to us! And this is also what we attract more of.

Here are some simple ways to create happy days …..

Start your day …….by going within! Take some time to be with yourself and know your loving heart, conscious awareness and inner strength. Do some deep breathing and contact Universal Life Energy, which works to harmonize body, mind and emotions.

Do an attitude check! If you start with an uplifting attitude it can stay with you throughout your day, motivating positive thoughts and behaviors. So consider telling yourself that today is full of happy potential ….. it’s an awesome day! Smile! You are activating the Law of Attraction!

Paint visualizations in your mind of your Happiness ….. what makes you happy and feel it as if it is right at this moment. Know for certain and write it, say it, be in that energy now. This is what you attract and create.

Have an attitude of gratitude. View challenges as opportunities to learn from and improve your well-being. And learn from your mistakes rather than circling in them.

Throughout the day allow yourself to be in the present moment. Accept the moment as it is. See the good in it. That simple decision can change your brain’s neurochemistry to a positive direction. Obsessive worry or constantly thinking the same thoughts, especially of the past, can keep us stuck in that frequency.

Listen to, dance to, sing to ….. feel good music ….. for example, “Happy” by Pharrell,I Got You (I Feel Good)” by Brown, “Marriage of Figaro” by Mozart,Largo al factotum’ by Rossini. It’s amazing how uplifting great music can be!

Dance ,,,,, exercise, eat healthy, and get plenty of sleep. When you feel good on one level it manifests in other levels ….. so if we eat healthy, exercise and get plenty of rejuvenating sleep it benefits our attitudes and behaviors to feel good and be happy!

Clear the clutter …… a simple environment helps release you from past energies, attitudes and memories, opening paths before you with fresh, uplifting energies.

Make the decision to listen to your Heart and be lead by Love. Live FourSquare – be enthusiastic, wise, accurate and loving in all that you do. It’ll build your self-esteem, confidence and attract more feel good opportunities for successes.

See the good in yourself and others. Be a Light in the world. Lend a hand, heart and mind to help others. Give the healing Energy to the world.

WE are all governed by Law and …. our alignment with Law, Universal Law …. is the key to our Happiness. So this entry is a simple reminder for myself and all of You that are here and Now to take the opportunity to become conscious, alert and engaged in creating our own happiness!

According to Universal Law …. there are only degrees of ‘good!’

LIFE, MIND, TRUTH, LOVE, SPIRIT IS ALL IN ALL ….

This is called the Law of Spirit or Unity in Science of Being.

When we are in harmony with the Law of Life, Law of Mind, Law of Truth, Law of Love and Law Of Spirit … each one as important as the other and balanced with the others …. we establish harmony in the moment and are creating a cause for our future moments.  

Law of Life

The Law of Life is doing our duty at the right moment … being enthusiastic, energetic, strong …. realizing that we are One and inseparable with All Life.

Law of Mind

The Law of Mind is the call to be Self Conscious, aware of living in multiple dimensions …. conscious of living in the visible world of Matter and the invisible universe of Spirit.

Realize we are One with Cosmic Consciousness … aware of levels of mind, emotions, behaviors …. of Superconsciousness, Consciousness and subconsciousness within us.

Organize our day, yet not get fixed or caught up in detail.

Law of Truth

The Law of Truth is to always be honest and say what we mean, keeping our promises. Being sincere.

We should look at the big picture, simplify our life without getting drowned in details. Always accurate without assuming.

Stand for Truth in our life. Create within and manifest Truth in our reality. And realize we are One with All Truth …. All Law.

Law of Love

Living the Law of Love is to meet everyone and every situation with Love leading us. That is …. love impersonally and as unconditionally as possible …. without living in past personal histories.

Live manifesting Love from our Hearts, our Seat of Love. For more link Conscious Heart Practice.

The Law of Love is The Law of Attraction. We attract those energies of what we put out with our thoughts, attitudes and behaviors …. hence conscious FourSquare, loving intents add to our betterment and others.

And when we realize we are One with All Love …. we are One with the Soul of the Universe.

Law of Spirit

The Law of Spirit is the Law of Unity …. realize the best we can that we are One with each other … One with All Beings …. and One with the Infinite Universe, One with Universal Life Energy. Cosmic Intelligence, The Great Law and Infinite Love, also known as the FourSquare

Facing fear Square on- The Power of Emotion to Change Your Life, Part 3

Facing fear Square on! 

The Universe compassionately works to help us come into our soul and wholeness. Fearful emotions that are circling the globe is very stressful for everyone, yet there are simple steps to center yourself squarely in your soul’s power to help you confront every fear that can negatively impact not only the present, but also your future.

Emotions can be learned
We are conditioned to react emotionally to certain conditions like what we face in the world now. We’re taught to react with fear unconsciously through childhood experiences, in the media and in society. We even condition our self by transferring our emotional reactions from similar experiences of the past to the present.

If negative reactionary emotions are learned and conditioned, then it stands to reason that you can learn to respond to any situation positively.

STEPS to face fearful temptation Square on

 1 – When you are faced with temptation to act on any negative feelings, like striking out from anxiety or anger or fall into despair, the first step is to take a deep breath, exhale and relax. Deep breathing evokes a relaxation response and release, so it will immediately adjust your attitude.  

2 – Make the Mental  Contact with Universal Life Energy to help You harmonize not only your mental energies, but also your emotional and physical. 

3 – Look up within to raise your consciousness to observe ‘the thinker,’ synchronizing body, mind and emotions, bringing yourself into the present moment.

Observe your thinking in a detached state; without judgment or entanglement. But  stay here long because we can easily start circling in the same troubling thoughts and emotions that trapped us in the first place!

4 – Then ask yourself the question: Am I coming from a place of fear or love?  

 If it is fear, then just let it pass you by. Release it and with a thought like, It was only a temporary temptation and illusion of the subconscious ego, and I am grateful to realize that. I am Strong, Wise, Sincere and Loving. 

5 Deny that any temptation of fearful thoughts or emotions have any power over you. Negate fear. Remember and realize that You are a law unto yourself on the mental plane!

The key is to feel sincere. Sincerity opens the door to your Soul heart and Real Love, calming the mind and emotions. 

6 Use your free will to choose to attract more high-frequency energy and focus your thoughts with uplifting energies like gratitude and appreciationFurther open your heart to feel Love.

These are the energies you want to engulf yourself in, spend time in – appreciation, gratitude, goodwill, consideration, respect and love. Appreciate those wonderful people, and situations in your life. Appreciate the air you breathe, the sunshine, the grass and trees. Even appreciate the beneficial things in your immediate environment. You know what is good in your life. Feel appreciation and love in your heart. You will be amazed at the results! 

You are creating an uplifting mental/emotional state which will eventually manifest more benefits in your reality! All those energies attract more of the same energies through the Law of Attraction. 

7 – You’ve worked to change your energies mentally and emotionally, but you’re also a physical being. Manifest a positive emotion physically in the moment. It may be change in your body language, a smile, a kind word or helping others. 

Moving can disperse hormonal chemicals like adrenaline, which is why some people jog or exercise, to help release stress. 

You and Universal Power

I’ve used the above methods many, many times to release negative energy and center myself in authentic power of Love. I can definitely see patterns. Thank the Great Law the patterns are changing for the better.

Through sincerity and making the choice to come from a place of compassion and love emotionally, you can bring peace and happiness into your life and to those around you. You establish new neuron paths in the brain, and each time it will be easier to make the choices that are uplifting, wise, sincere and loving; that are FourSquare

You have authentic Power and are stronger than any negative temptation because you are a powerful Soul.

Tempted to do something bad? Don’t trust your feelings!

When we are tempted to do something “bad” but it feels like a “good” idea at the time….don’t trust your feelings. However there are great potential energies for us!

Emotionally we may feel righteous with a undertow of doubt. It’s all good because it’s a sure sign that we have some conscious awareness of our Inner Being! A sign that we have some inkling of the subconscious ego’s pull on our feelings. It’s a sign of conscious awareness and if we pause and quiet our thoughts then we can observe it all as a detached observer.

The detached observer is conscious and alert without judgment, while the subconscious ego wants attention, tempts us to do “bad” things, is self-righteous and judges harshly. We may also experience it as doubt, sadness, loneliness, or some other emotion based in the past.

Yet, when we feel a darkness, like self-righteousness or doubt about doing something bad, it is a sure sign … a wonderful sign … to reach up mentally and emotionally to Be and relax … accept the moment as an opportunity to Know Light and Love and our connection with Source. To feel Life in our hands … Universal Life Energy, That is God.

It’s something like this…

If I become aware of really disliking someone … I become quiet and just observe myself… I observe myself without disliking myself though I’m very tempted to put myself down because of past conditioning….instead I observe all of this as if above it … without judgement for myself and therefore without condemnation for the other person too because if I judge them harshly I’m judging myself harshly.

Then I mentally surround myself with Universal Life Energy, Light and Love and send it to them too. This is creating an attitude of non judgment and atmosphere of acceptance. It is trusting Source because Source creates Strength, and opportunity for our Freedom, and happiness. Then I drop it and leave the rest to Source.

Trust

There’s a big difference between trusting our feelings and trusting our intuition. Our Inner Being always feels good and harmonious, and when we are conscious we can get guidance from our superconscious Inner Being or soul. This guidance may appear as intuition and it will always feel calm, harmonious and uplifting but not righteous. There may be feelings of caution, but not fear. Consideration, but not doubt.

Our Inner Being knows because of Love, but the subconscious doubts because of fear. The subconscious ego pushes in doubt because it fears making a mistake. Or fears being unlovable, or being rejected, or being left out. And all these fears are rooted in the past and conditioning.

We can observe fear from a place in our Inner Being that is without judgment. And that is a place of consideration, which is love.

In a deeper sense there is only love because within fear is the potential for love because love has become a prisoner of subconscious fear.

 

Simple!

Only the present moment exist for us, but what we generate now we attract more of. Therefore it’s simple. We can ask ourselves what we want more of. By generating thoughts, intentions, and behaviors of light and love… or having an active, uplifting imagination of them we attract more of the same.

Choosing Light and Love is taking the High road, the Spiritual road… yet on this road there are challenges too… because the subconscious fights against Harmony, Light, Love.

Yet this road gets easier as we travel it. We realize, experience and know the Help behind us and with us … Source and our Inner Being.

Too busy to meditate…it’s a paradox!

We may feel so busy in our home and work life there doesn’t seem enough time to meditate even though it feels like a virtuous thing to do. But if we experience relentless stress, worries or depression then we may consider finding a way out of the uncomfortable.

Yet part of us can still stubbornly resist what can help us discover our inner calm and strength. It’s a paradox that we may unconsciously let dominate us!

Consider this: even though we may believe we don’t have time for meditation, we do what is important to us don’t we? 

Within the eye of the storm of our life is calm, and we can rest, recharge and rejuvenate our minds and hearts. We can reconnect with the tenderness in our hearts, even when our hearts have been broken. 

Within each of us is the Universe. It’s very expansive Universal Life Energy … God…Om! With a few minutes a day meditation can help you face life’s challenges and appreciate the joys with strength, confidence, and uplifting energies.  

And you will discover that you can Trust your Inner guru, your Higher Self. It will guide you to those insights you (your consciousness) are open to. And to those that are helpful and enlightening. You are protected in the Light of your Higher Self.

When I was a little girl about 5 years old my mom took a snap shot of me sitting on the front steps of our house with my elbows on my knees and fists under my chin. I had a horrific pout on my face, with my lower lip sticking out so far that it practically covered my chin! My mom tried to get me out of that mood, but couldn’t. So instead she took a picture of me that way. At the time I was too stubborn being a victim to know the real reason she did it.

You always reveal the Truth 

We don’t always want to see things about ourselves that others do. Nor do we always WANT to free ourselves. The ego wants to cling to desires and the past, yet that attitude freezes us, making us blind to  present Harmony. We loose site of harmonious opportunities.

Becoming conscious of the Truth about ourselves, the good, the bad, the ugly, is a vital step on our spiritual journey and cooperation with Harmony. We become conscious of disharmony in order to release it. And we recognize Harmony within ourselves and the Universe in order to consciously unify ourselves with IT.  

When our thinking and attitude aligns with Harmony then it follows that our behaviors and conditions will also, through the Law of Unity. 

Conscious detachment includes:

1. Even when you are in a room full of people, pause within. Observe in a detached state your body language, facial expression, attitude, letting any self-judgments or concepts pass you by.

2. Observe your thinking and expectations in a detached state. Observe how you may have considered playing a role or expect others to be a certain way, letting them drift by. Let temptations of feeling left out, lonely, special or self-righteous drift by. 

3. Take a deep breath, breathing in the freshness and uncertainty of the moment. Feel that Life Energy enter your mind and thinking. Then exhale any preconceived ideas, releasing any desire for things to be different. Change is inevitable. 

4. Have friendly attitude, accepting the moment as it is. 

 Having a friendly attitude with the moment is Trusting Life and aligning with the Universe. You are consciously bringing love forward  in your thinking, letting Love and Harmony lead you in your infinite choices. 

5. Step into the Present Moment. And as you accept the moment, the gift of Life and Love in the moment, also circulate the gift of Life and Love back into the moment. 

What you give is what you receive. Hope the best for others.

Find that spot within your heart that feels grateful for Life and let it spread into the moment, blending with the Truth of what already is. Circulate and give to others and the Universe caring, appreciation, love and compassion.

I smile and feel the love in my heart, knowing my mother took a picture of that little kid pouting on the front porch steps so many, many years ago so I could see what she saw. So that I might grow out of that toxic attitude! Her Love is a manifestation of Universal Love and Harmony. And so is Love from your Spiritual Heart. It helps us all. 

To Love is natural. Pouty attitudes, resentment, self-righteousness is the past.  You can freely embrace the moment, and make choices that create a better reality for yourself … and the world.
