Reading this is an indication that you are ready

Even though we all live complicated human lives, we all are on our Spiritual journey! If you are reading this entry then it’s an indication that you are in the process of awakening to who you are!

Life on earth is a great spiritual opportunity to purify our bodies, mind and emotions. Release the past, the old, the dead and embrace the present. To learn deep lessons, lift our consciousness, open our Hearts, and rise our frequencies.

Time is speeding up and there are opportunities all around us in every second to help us awaken and remember ourselves as Enlightened Beings Now!

Thinking that is only in some far off future time is the ego dreaming a dream to hold us fixed in it’s grip.

Here are some of tools to help remember your enlightened nature:

1- Study Spiritual Wisdom that expands your conscious awareness.

I have found over the many years of studying and sharing the teachings of Science of Being that deeper and deeper understanding comes and old conditioning released. Practice of studying spiritual wisdom can gradually lift our consciousness when we let it sink into our subconscious and absorb it. Eventually the light of wisdom returns to our consciousness as Light and Love.

2- Think less.

We have grown a huge ego and subconscious that strives on thinking, over thinking and all the side issues we get tied up in. Silencing the thinking is essential for lifting our consciousness. Consider practicing   Relaxation and Silence…. then become the observer of the thinker.

Pause throughout your day and become silent. Observe body, mind and emotions. You can get insights and apply the spiritual lessons you’ve learned in the present to release concepts of self-identity, desires, and old wounds.  Contemplation, reflection, and meditation can help give us insights and deeper understands.

3- Connect with your Heart.

Your heart is your connection to multi-dimensions and to your Higher Self, Superconsciousness. Within your heart is that sacred chamber of The Eternal Unmanifest. If you let it, your Spiritual Heart will lead you to  ever-expanding awakenings, inspirations and Higher realms.

You can easily connect with the wisdom and Light of your Spiritual Heart by placing your hands over your physical heart, becoming silent and going within. Feel the Power of the Universe pumping into you and through you.

Your heart is your Seat of Love and it helps you observe your thinking in a detached state. This will elevate your mind so you can listen to the guidance of your Superconsciousness firmly rooted in the higher frequencies and Light of your Heart.

4-  Manifest your Heart and enlightened Mind in your life.

Most of us get lost in the human world and become busy, busy with our work and family responsibilities.  Yet all of our responsibilities and challenges are stepping-stones to Higher realms! And those stepping-stones can become leaps that light up our minds and connect us with our hearts when we find the light within all our responsibilities and challenges.

Be grateful and express that gratitude in your actions and you will be circulating that light. As you circulate light you blend with All Light, awakening to your Unity with the eternal moment. You begin to transcend polarity and find that constant change is constant Unity.

“It is time now to awaken ourselves as much as we can. We must be awakened to the increased smoke coming from the battle between our Superconsciousness and our subconsciousness. The battle rages usually on the mental plane, but affects the physical plane.”

Today’s consideration of water and fear

Today’s consideration in your meditation or discrimination:

We are in the fluid world of change and we are given the opportunity to embrace it. Change is constant and eternal, a quality of Nature and the Absolute because everything is vibration. Change gives us the opportunity to learn, improve our conditions and state of happiness. A chance to evolve.

Yet many of us fear change, resent change, and want things to remain the same. Those that remain fixed will suffer as if their feet are frozen in ice.

Interestingly, water is a symbol of mind and a characteristic of water is change.  It moves and changes states. Ice can melt. Water can evaporate and rise into a finer state.

Shouldn’t we embrace change and celebrate it when it lifts us? And if that change doesn’t lift us shouldn’t we examine ourselves to better understand why?

Today’s consideration: You embarrassed?

Photo by Ambar Simpang on Pexels.com

Shadow energies make themselves known through our feelings.

We don’t always know why we feel the way we feel. Yet, becoming conscious and observing our feelings in a detached matter can shed some light. And, bringing detached consciousness to embarrassed feelings may defuse negative energy.

In meditation or detached discrimination consider:  Is any embarrassment stemming from conditioning? Are subconscious ego beliefs dominating? Does the subconscious ego fear not being lovable?

And next time you are tempted to get embarrassed consider stopping and connecting with your Heart. Place your hands over your physical heart. Your heart is your Seat of Love.  Feel the Love that You are. Let Love lead you in your awareness and feelings.

In the hope You find Love close at hand, PortiaSLB

Pouty lips and spiritual possibilities

Stepping into the moment of Truth
Photo: Stepping in the Moment, PSLB

When I was a little girl about 5 years old my mom took a snap shot of me sitting on the front steps of our house with my elbows on my knees and fists under my chin. I had a horrific pout on my face, with my lower lip sticking out so far that it practically covered my chin! My mom tried to get me out of that mood, but couldn’t. So instead she took a picture of me that way. At the time I was too stubborn being a victim to know the real reason she did it.

You always reveal the Truth

We don’t always want to see things about ourselves that others do. Nor do we always WANT to free ourselves. The ego wants to cling to desires and the past, yet that attitude freezes us, making us blind to  present Harmony. We loose site of harmonious opportunities.

Becoming conscious of the Truth about ourselves, the good, the bad, the ugly, is a vital step on our spiritual journey and cooperation with Harmony. We become conscious of disharmony in order to release it. And we recognize Harmony within ourselves and the Universe in order to consciously unify ourselves with IT.

When our thinking and attitude aligns with Harmony then it follows that our behaviors and conditions will also, through the Law of Unity.

Conscious detachment includes:

1. Even when you are in a room full of people, pause within. Observe in a detached state your body language, facial expression, attitude, letting any self-judgments or concepts pass you by.

2. Observe your thinking and expectations in a detached state. Observe how you may have considered playing a role or expect others to be a certain way, letting them drift by. Let temptations of feeling left out, lonely, special or self-righteous drift by.

3. Take a deep breath, breathing in the freshness and uncertainty of the moment. Feel that Life Energy enter your mind and thinking. Then exhale any preconceived ideas, releasing any desire for things to be different. Change is inevitable.

4. Have friendly attitude, accepting the moment as it is.

Having a friendly attitude with the moment is Trusting Life and aligning with the Universe. You are consciously bringing love forward  in your thinking, letting Love and Harmony lead you in your infinite choices.

5. Step into the Present Moment. And as you accept the moment, the gift of Life and Love in the moment, also circulate the gift of Life and Love back into the moment.

What you give is what you receive. Hope the best for others.

Find that spot within your heart that feels grateful for Life and let it spread into the moment, blending with the Truth of what already is. Circulate and give to others and the Universe caring, appreciation, love and compassion.

I smile and feel the love in my heart, knowing my mother took a picture of that little kid pouting on the front porch steps so many, many years ago so I could see what she saw. So that I might grow out of that toxic attitude! Her Love is a manifestation of Universal Love and Harmony. And so is Love from your Spiritual Heart. It helps us all.

To Love is natural. Pouty attitudes, resentment, self-righteousness is the past.  You can freely embrace the moment, and make choices that create a better reality for yourself … and the world.

In the hope You find stepping into the moment an adventure, PortiaSLB

“The Soul, by the successive putting on and leaving off of its different bodies, creates more and more perfect vehicles for its expression, until it finally reaches a stage where its body becomes as perfect and indestructible as is the Soul itself.”

Eugene Fersen, Science of Being, page 96.

Uncomfortable has benefits!

gentle voice of intuition

Comfort is not always beneficial. When something feels uncomfortable then pay attention – there’s something to learn and benefit from!

Be conscious of your thoughts and emotions from the place of silent observation! You may feel nervous, defensive, or disgusted. Just observe the discomfort in a detached state.

And if you want to know why you feel uncomfortable ask yourself that question. In a detached observation state you are mentally open to receive answers from your Higher Self. Your Superconsciousness receives wisdom from your spiritual heart. And your spiritual heart is that sacred chamber of the Absolute; your seat of unconditional Love.

Nevertheless in a detached observation state we may still feel a bit uncomfortable. That’s because detachment is not our usual mental state. Or our usual bodily state.

The subconscious ego is very familiar with constant monkey chatter and emotions rather than detachment. It creates attitudes like impatience, worry and guilt which we identify with.  And can create insecurity and self-condemnation generating all sorts of complaints. blames and excuses. Yet remain detached and observe, non-judgmental.

And consider reaching beyond detachment to alignment with Harmony. Declare the Truth in the present to create beautiful life experiences.

Consideration: “I am. I am enough.” Remember and Know – “I am a projection of The Great All.”

You are connecting your consciousness to Harmony. And feeding your subconscious uplifting energy and thoughts, which will return to your reality. If not in the present moment then eventually since we live in human time.

That’s my hope for you; for all of us, PortiaSLB

The Best!

Photo: Cannes 2018 PSLB

This moment is the best …. the only moment of our Life!

Love it and You open your heart and mind to the Universe – to the Unmanifest and inspiration, guidance, abundance, harmony, protection. This moment is God manifest!

This form of the moment limits us….. when we resist it. When we resist what is. The ego wants things different than what they are because of its perceived self-superiority and knowing what’s better! So the subconscious ego complains, protests and fights against what is.

The egotist mind perceives things as bad, good, right, wrong, dark, light. We work in perceptions because we must work in mind now…to learn… to remember …. to Be aware of The Unlimited in our human limits.

Limits are perceptions of the human mind. The ego is conditioned to fight what it perceives as limits. Be friendly with the moment and Space opens to You. And that Space is Unlimited perception.

That is allow Life, rather than fight against life. Allow the Silent existence of Being Now. Pause and be still. Enter into Silence and be in the moment to align with the moment. This moment is unique and beautiful. And it is expansive as the Universe.

Your mental separation becomes the dream of human form. Be it form of thoughts, emotions or the physical. There is a merging, aligning with All that is and All that is Unmanifest also. And it is a freedom.

You and life becomes a Blessing rather than the little “me” that experiences life burdens.

Are you bad? Fat? Special? 4 ways to construct a positive self-image without self-importance

Photo: PSLB at Key West

If you repeatedly think of yourself as having little self-worth, as a special person, as “the exception” or anything in-between, then the ego has become self-decimating. Fortunately mind is a very creative power and we can construct a positive self-image that will help us consciously grow into our True Being and soul.

Consider these 4 methods:

#1

If you fight against the ego and a self-image you only feed it more energy.

When you find yourself thinking of being a terrible person, weak, jealous or superior, pause your thinking. Relax and become conscious of Being in your physical body in the present moment. Become silent, stopping all thinking

You are detaching from the subconscious ego and all its programming and beliefs, especially those of self-image. You are rising out of the subconscious into consciousness. Becoming conscious of your True Being and soul.

When you return to activity it will be easier to remain aware of your inner Being which has no self-judgment, rather calm awareness of Being. This will help you function more effectively in your human reality.

#2

Being conscious of what you are feeling may be far easier that what you think. You may feel a tightness in the solar plexus or pain in the heart. Both are seats of the subconscious. Look to your feelings for insights, then go silent. Pause. Relax. Observe. Release and Be.

The subconscious functions and thrives on the thoughts, feelings, pain, trauma, memories and conditioning of the past, affecting our thinking and feelings in the present situation. But remember that we can instinctively feel the truth in our heart center because the heart is not only conscious and center of attraction, it is also our seat of Love.

#3

When you find you’re self-judging, immediately reject it. Persistently throw it in the mental garbage can.

The ego also likes to compare itself to others to make you feel better about yourself. So next time you find that you’re comparing yourself, or if someone else judges you, immediately throw it away. It’s an act of Self-Love and for everyone else too!

#4

Emotionally lift yourself up with positive thoughts and words of Declarations of Truth like, “I am one with All Energy, Intelligence, Truth, Love, Spirit. I am indissolubly connected with the Great Principle.” Physically speaking words of power and love manifests it in the world now. This also feeds your subconscious with positive thoughts and energy shrinking the ego and building your future.

Also turn up the palm of your hands and consciously contact Universal Life Energy.

Conscious Observation: 6 mind blowing expansions that impact your life

mindful observation cafe 4

Photo taken in Europe, PSLB

There on my tongue, even before I swallow is an orange grove with sunshine, a soft breeze and a faint hint of sweet fragrance in the air. The taste stirs me to dive deeper into the cool liquid. I become mindful of the tree roots in the rich soil that absorbs the rain from the clouds in the sky. There are people and machines working the orange grove, pickers, packers, truck drivers, retailers and buyers like me. One is connected to another until everything is within the juice.

Conscious observation can lead to mind blowing expansions. I’m referring to your consciousness expanding to make major constructive impacts in your reality! Consider these 6:

#1

Though you are in this world and deeply connected to everyone and everything you are also part of something greater and expansive as the universe. The present moment becomes an opportunity to create a depth of happiness and harmony that expands and grows into future possibilities.

#2

When you mindfully observe and go “inside a person’s skin” and “walk in their shoes” then you get insights to the reasons they are the way they are. Some reasons are easier to spot than others, such as physical illnesses and weaknesses. Yet, you may get insight into their conditioning and type of experiences that hold them in subconscious habits. And, even causes for more subtle personality traits, such as being very sensitive, easy to snap or being generally irritable. And, in that understanding you may find you are able to release any resentment and blame you may have felt towards them.

#3

In mindful observation of another you see their suffering and their beauty. And compassion naturally arises. You may begin to see yourself within them! I experience this often because we are all so much alike and connected. Recognition stirs a longing and hope for them to suffer less. To enjoy life instead. For them and ourselves. And you begin to see ways to brighten their day. It may mean a genuine smile or some other compassionate act. In mindful observation you can feel compassionate energy spring from your heart, touch them and eventually return to you increased even though you expected nothing in return. It’s the Laws of Attraction and Compensation being factors in your reality.

#4

You come to understand that your process of easing suffering in others also eases suffering within ourselves. And the other way around, with the help of the Great Principle. You recognize your interconnection with everyone and everything expanding your consciousness and the radiance of your heart. This naturally leads  to gratitude and ways to express it.

Consider Transmitting Universal Life Energy and Love to the World meditation to help. It is also a bridge to your soul.

#5

You come to realize you are the master of your life. That there is no comprise with Truth. And no matter how tempting negative urges may be, like revenge and impatience, you are able to detach from urges.  You observe then release because you develop foresight of the consequences working through the Law of Cause and Effect.

Sometimes I still choose a revengeful verbal attack. I know it immediately because of what it feels like. I recognize the mistake and return to observe the ego in a detached state, grateful for the help of my Higher Self. Our Higher Self, the detached observer, helps us return to sanity and Love because it recognizes Truth and tells us through intuition, gut feelings, instinct and even reason.

#6

Conscious observation can open you to awareness of your True Self and soul. To the strength it provides, expanding your creative power to act constructively making positive impacts in your own life, in others lives and indeed the world.

The key to rekindle love when when you place the blame on them!

rosebush

Every spring I would enjoyed a rose bush I had planted. It would grow more beautiful every day and I was so proud of how beautiful it was.  But one spring the rosebush gradually begin to yellow and eventually died. I didn’t blame the rosebush. I tried to figure out what went wrong.

Relationships thrive on sincere affection. Like a rosebush relationships grow more beautiful and rewarding with the proper conditions. But if we place blame on someone for problems it causes problems to get worst.

The watcher within

When things go wrong at my house I pause and come to the moment and sincerely ask myself: Am I taking things personally? And am I feeling loving or resentful? I must admit so many times the ego overpowers my emotions and I get angry and I go for revenge and place blame. It causes more trouble.

Our heart center

We live in a conditioned egotistic mindset of duality, right or wrong, yes or no, so it appears to the ego that we have two choices: love or fear. Yet, when we truly come to the moment and you become calm you may realize that the roots of love are deep.

The subconscious ego would rather point a finger at someone and be right than take responsibility for itself. It’s self-righteous that way because it takes everything very personally. And, the ego gets angry because of fear, causing pains and troubles of the heart.

When things flair up in a relationship within it is a great spiritual opportunity to know your True Self. If you experience troubles consider being totally in the moment. Without blame and prejudices of the past. Just be in the moment and aware of your motivation. Know your purpose. Know the tenderness your own heart. It can give you strength.

Our heart is our Seat of Love. It is also our Center of Attraction since attraction is a quality of love. So when we place blame in self-righteousness  then that energy attracts similar energies and accumulates in the lower frequencies of the heart chakra. Our chest hurts or we can feel broken hearted. And the relationship is in more trouble.

 Take these steps

Consider the rosebush when you are experiencing troubles. Place no blame, rather try to figure out how to bring harmony and love to the forefront within yourself.

Pause.  Come to the moment by bringing your awareness within your body. Take several deep breathes. This helps you clear the emotional charges and take in the harmony of Universal Life Energy.

Relax and release. If you still feel negative charges in your heart chakra or solar plexus visualize releasing them.

While considering how beautiful a rose is, open to the beauty of the moment, your life and the beauty of the relationship. And ask yourself what is your motivation. There in that moment you may find the healing strength of love.

We repudiate any baits

that relates to falling fates

to narrates, necessitates and aggravates!

We resonate with the

Beauty, the rhythm and music

that reverberates in our spiritual heart.

We oscillate and equate

To the nature that mates

Elevated mind, emotions, bodily states!

Waterfalls facilitate, delegate

Release of hates, imitates and other ego baits.

They Inspire and impart
