Karma and the Law of Rhythm

Thought → Emotion → Temptation → Behavior →  

Karmic Effect becomes a cause for another cycle → Thought → …

These are the cycles, the rhythms of our lives.

We are emotional beings and our emotions power our thoughts and behaviors. One emotion can generate a thoushand thoughts. All those thoughts affect our behaviors and our reality. And with the Law of Rhythm we repeat history!

What we feel, think and how we behave, attracts like into our reality ….. in our bodies and health, our physical reality ….. family, work, society at large. and it’s cyclic because of the swing of the pendulum.

Like the waves of the ocean we ride the wave forward, then there’s an undertow drawing us backwards. When we are moving forward it is for our own benefit to take advantage of it and ride the wave forward with gusto! Enjoy it and put our full effort into whatever project we have in mind.

When we feel the undertow starting to come into play then it is an indication to slow, stand strong and refuse to be pulled backwards, mentally acknowledging that it has no power over us …… use negation. This period is beneficial because it gives you time to recharge, refocus and refine your objectives. 

It’s simple

As we educate ourselves to understand the Laws of the Universe we can make conscious choices with our best interest in mind. It’s simple really – we empower ourselves through uplifting emotions and thoughts, and responsible behaviors.

The key is to BE CONSCIOUS with LOVE motivating us. If we aim for no harm to ourselves or others it helps harmonize us all. We flow in harmony with both the Laws of Cause and Effect, Karma and Rhythm. 

We are the masters of our own fate.

Trying to cope? Stress is addictive! Here comes relief with RRS

So many of us are feeling stressed! …. especially during these times of covid and social unrest. Many people are doing double duties ….. parents working from home and simultaneously schooling their children! Some of us have been been laid-off but still have mortgages and bills to pay.

 We’ve become stress, if we weren’t already, but stress blocks us from our peak performance! It’s a habit of survival mode! We don’t purposely become addicted to stress, but it’s something known to us ….. familiar. We may even believe we should be stressed …. it’s our reputation on the line after all! Yet …..  stress is actually abnormal. 

And though stress has physical symptoms and even produces hormones like cortisol that can make us physically ill and fat ….. stress is a mental consciousness issue. Calm, collected and confident is our natural state, which puts us in top performance condition. And we can return to our natural state with conscious intent.

Relaxation will give limited relief of stress, but we must get to the source of stress ….. which is emotional ties like anger, fear and resentment ….. in order to rise above it.

Consider these 4 simple methods to get relief!

# 1 – The simplest thing to do when we are tempted to get stressed is to do the opposite. Breathe in the calm and loving energy of Universal Life Energy. Mind is unable to stop itself from circling in thoughts and feelings even if we tell it to “stop thinking!” We need higher help.

If you felt the pressure of stress come from someone else, like your boss, coworkers or partner, send them Light filled with loving, compassionate thoughts. And mentally negate stress by saying and aligning with something like, “Stress has no power over me. I am calm, collected and loving.”

#2 – Do something else physically:  Move ….. walk to a quiet place if possible ….. preferably in nature. Pause ….. take a deep breathe …. several. Deep breathing naturally induces relaxation ….. and calms the mind and emotions. Moving the body and coming into it mentally by breathing takes the energies from thoughts and feelings.

#3 – Contact Universal Life Energy. IT is a great gift of Our Father. It can help us surrender to Unconditional Love that is within us before we may even remember it.

#4 – Move into a higher level of consciousness with sincere intent from pride into courage ….. by mentally envisioning dropping stress ….. release stress like you would a pencil from your hand, or like a block you burn in the pure fire of Unconditional Love of Universal Life Energy. 

And to release the deeper emotional causes of stress consider the method below.

We have been unconsciously programmed …

like a computer and conditioned to stress because of our mental naivety …. perhaps for thousands of years. We’ve seen adults experience it when we were children. We’ve seen co-workers experience it. It may be programmed in our DNA and cell memories that still causes us “fight, flight, freeze” reactions. This is when contact with Universal Life Energy is invaluable because it naturally harmonizes fear, the deeper emotion. 

Even though others, our boss and co-workers can become stressed, remember …… no-one can make us stressed ….. just like no-one can make us mad….. it’s what we allow. Be conscious of  emotional contagion! The energies of stress can enter the subconsciousness to grow unconsciously making us feel uneasy most of the time!

Questions to get to the bottom of it! 

If we face it ….. the job or issue at hand itself doesn’t cause stress ….. it’s the meaning we give to it! It’s our own internal feelings about it. It’s personal! And we feel personally obligated to fulfill expectations.

The mind created this problem of stress ….. but can’t control it. We can’t control our thoughts ….. our feelings! One emotion can cause a thousand thoughts! We want to get to the bottom of the emotion that causes all the thinking ….. recognition, release and surrender ….(RRS  …  🙂

To begin recognition: Take a deep breathe, relax, go silent and make the Mental Contact. Come into the present moment and observe in a detached state ‘the thinker’ before questioning.

These questions are more of what rather than why ….. mostly because why questions are abstract and we can get blogged down in memories and associated feelings. What questions can lead back to the base emotion without entanglement!

Questions like: For what? So what? Of what? Then what? 

What does it feel like? What are the physical symptoms? Sometimes simply observing the physical symptoms or sensations and labeling it like ‘pressure around the heart’ or ‘difficult to take deep breathes’ (the one I often experienced) makes it easier to recognize! Pressure for what? For what purpose?

The primary question:  What’s the payoff?

The ego will fight tooth and nail at this point! It feeds on the belief of stress and hyped up emotions to keep it alive and kicking!

What’s the payoff for feeling stressed? …. To feel better about ourselves? …. To feel like we’re at least doing something?

Does it fill the hole of low self-esteem? What for? To compensate for insecurities, shame, guilt, fear? 

Fear of what? ….. Fear of not being good enough ….. not being fit to be loved, lovable?

Staying in self-analysis and question mode is not the objective and we could circle and get trapped there if we dilly dally ….. so consider moving to more beneficial steps!

Try this …..nothing has any meaning other than what we give to it!

It may helpful to look at A Course in Miracles which is viewed by most spiritually minded people, It has Christian connotations, but can be used by anyone! You can listen to YouTube explanations to learn what the coarse is all about.

There are 365 lessons …. one practice for each day of the year. Hence, I am sharing the first 10 lessons in the workbook, which I found to be very helpful to release arrogance and ‘know it all’ attitudes which are related to stress:  so practice thinking and realizing as per instruction several times a day!

 – Lesson 1, Day 1 – Look at any object in the room or outside and say/realize – “Nothing I see in this room (on this street, from this window, in this place) means anything.” …. page 23 of workbook.

– Lesson 2 – “I have given everything I see in this room (on this street, from this window, in this place) all the meaning that it has for me.”

– Lesson 3 – “I do not understand anything I see in the room (on this street, from this window, in this place).”

– Lesson 4 – ” These thoughts do not mean anything. They are like the things I see in the room (on this street, from this window, in this place).”

Lesson 5 – ” I am never upset for the reason I think.”

– Lesson 6 – ” I am upset because I see something that is not there.”

– Lesson 7 – “I see only the past.” (It takes at least a split second for anything we see to travel to the brain and process! Hence …. a true statement. And stress and expectations are based in the past!)

– Lesson 8 – “My mind is preoccupied with past thoughts.”

– Lesson 9 – “I see nothing as it is now.”

– Lesson 10 – “My thoughts do not mean anything.”

It may be helpful to write these down and keep a journal to record realization of release of subconscious conditioning programmed from the past.

Release and surrender

Recognition of stress and release of emotional causes are essential processing, yet the primary one is surrender ….. surrender ourselves ….. our thinking and emotions ….. our expectations …… to Unconditional Love. When we allow ourselves to recognize, release and surrender to Love …… we discover our innate courage and real security!

There is sureness and gentleness rather than hurry when we release stress because we are conscious that there is always plenty of time to do what is essential. We trust in the Great Law!

What we gain 

We can view stress, or any other emotional issue, by finding the value in it …. by giving it new meaning …. by viewing it as an opportunity to learn and grow.

The release of stress gives us the opportunity to surrender to Unconditional Love ….. and regain our peace of mind. This is a great gift ….. because we have also lightened the burden of defensiveness, resentment anger, and self-punishment. We are less vulnerable and fearful.

We are calmer, happier and more powerful.

A State of Mind

It’s amazing how the beauty and power of Alaska can be captured on an iPad! Yet, it is also amazing that there is so much beauty in this world to enjoy. It out weights the dross. And, everything, everything – says something about our earthly condition. It speaks to us in deep and profound ways and all we have to do is be conscious and aware of it.

The Law of Analogy is such a powerful law to help us understand ourselves and of great benefit for those on a conscious spiritual journey. The law Itself is beautiful.

Glacier MeltThe different states of water can be used to symbolize the different states of mind. The liquid state is like the lively, discriminating consciousness, while the frozen state is like the fixed ideas, beliefs and habitual behavioral patterns of subconsciousness.

The subconscious freezes and imprisons the beauty and Love of Mind, dominating our emotions and behaviors with traits like irritability, worry, guilt or greed if we let it. 

Being frozen is hell for us, because the Great Law says Life is constant vibration, change and gradual evolution.

Just like the way the sun can melt a 10,000 year old glacier in Glacier National Park so can unconditional Love of Universal Life Energy melt and change the frozen misconceptions of the subconscious. 

We may think we don’t like change, but everything else about us says that we do. That’s an analogy that can help us be courageous in challenging situations!

Fearful emotions that are circling the globe is very stressful for everyone, yet there are simple steps to center yourself squarely in your soul’s power to help you confront every fear that can negatively impact not only the present, but also your future.

Emotions can be learned
We are conditioned to react emotionally to certain conditions like what we face in the world now. We’re taught to react with fear unconsciously through childhood experiences, in the media and in society. We even condition our self by transferring our emotional reactions from similar experiences of the past to the present.

If negative reactionary emotions are learned and conditioned, then it stands to reason that you can learn to respond to any situation positively.

STEPS to face fearful temptation Square on

 1 – When you are faced with temptation to act on any negative feelings, like striking out from anxiety or anger or fall into despair, the first step is to take a deep breath, exhale and relax. Deep breathing evokes a relaxation response and release, so it will immediately adjust your attitude.  

2 – Make the Mental  Contact with Universal Life Energy to help You harmonize not only your mental energies, but also your emotional and physical. 

3 – Look up within to raise your consciousness to observe ‘the thinker,’ synchronizing body, mind and emotions, bringing yourself into the present moment.

Observe your thinking in a detached state; without judgment or entanglement. But  stay here long because we can easily start circling in the same troubling thoughts and emotions that trapped us in the first place!

4 – Then ask yourself the question: Am I coming from a place of fear or love?  

 If it is fear, then just let it pass you by. Release it and with a thought like, It was only a temporary temptation and illusion of the subconscious ego, and I am grateful to realize that. I am Strong, Wise, Sincere and Loving. 

5 Deny that any temptation of fearful thoughts or emotions have any power over you. Negate fear. Remember and realize that You are a law unto yourself on the mental plane!

The key is to feel sincere. Sincerity opens the door to your Soul heart and Real Love, calming the mind and emotions. 

6 Use your free will to choose to attract more high-frequency energy and focus your thoughts with uplifting energies like gratitude and appreciationFurther open your heart to feel Love.

These are the energies you want to engulf yourself in, spend time in – appreciation, gratitude, goodwill, consideration, respect and love. Appreciate those wonderful people, and situations in your life. Appreciate the air you breathe, the sunshine, the grass and trees. Even appreciate the beneficial things in your immediate environment. You know what is good in your life. Feel appreciation and love in your heart. You will be amazed at the results! 

You are creating an uplifting mental/emotional state which will eventually manifest more benefits in your reality! All those energies attract more of the same energies through the Law of Attraction. 

7 – You’ve worked to change your energies mentally and emotionally, but you’re also a physical being. Manifest a positive emotion physically in the moment. It may be change in your body language, a smile, a kind word or helping others. 

Moving can disperse hormonal chemicals like adrenaline, which is why some people jog or exercise, to help release stress. 

You and Universal Power

I’ve used the above methods many, many times to release negative energy and center myself in authentic power of Love. I can definitely see patterns. Thank the Great Law the patterns are changing for the better.

Through sincerity and making the choice to come from a place of compassion and love emotionally, you can bring peace and happiness into your life and to those around you. You establish new neuron paths in the brain, and each time it will be easier to make the choices that are uplifting, wise, sincere and loving; that are FourSquare

You have authentic Power and are stronger than any negative temptation because you are a powerful Soul.

Tempted to do something bad? Don’t trust your feelings!

When we are tempted to do something “bad” but it feels like a “good” idea at the time….don’t trust your feelings. However there are great potential energies for us!

Emotionally we may feel righteous with a undertow of doubt. It’s all good because it’s a sure sign that we have some conscious awareness of our Inner Being! A sign that we have some inkling of the subconscious ego’s pull on our feelings. It’s a sign of conscious awareness and if we pause and quiet our thoughts then we can observe it all as a detached observer.

The detached observer is conscious and alert without judgment, while the subconscious ego wants attention, tempts us to do “bad” things, is self-righteous and judges harshly. We may also experience it as doubt, sadness, loneliness, or some other emotion based in the past.

Yet, when we feel a darkness, like self-righteousness or doubt about doing something bad, it is a sure sign … a wonderful sign … to reach up mentally and emotionally to Be and relax … accept the moment as an opportunity to Know Light and Love and our connection with Source. To feel Life in our hands … Universal Life Energy, That is God.

It’s something like this…

If I become aware of really disliking someone … I become quiet and just observe myself… I observe myself without disliking myself though I’m very tempted to put myself down because of past conditioning….instead I observe all of this as if above it … without judgement for myself and therefore without condemnation for the other person too because if I judge them harshly I’m judging myself harshly.

Then I mentally surround myself with Universal Life Energy, Light and Love and send it to them too. This is creating an attitude of non judgment and atmosphere of acceptance. It is trusting Source because Source creates Strength, and opportunity for our Freedom, and happiness. Then I drop it and leave the rest to Source.

Trust

There’s a big difference between trusting our feelings and trusting our intuition. Our Inner Being always feels good and harmonious, and when we are conscious we can get guidance from our superconscious Inner Being or soul. This guidance may appear as intuition and it will always feel calm, harmonious and uplifting but not righteous. There may be feelings of caution, but not fear. Consideration, but not doubt.

Our Inner Being knows because of Love, but the subconscious doubts because of fear. The subconscious ego pushes in doubt because it fears making a mistake. Or fears being unlovable, or being rejected, or being left out. And all these fears are rooted in the past and conditioning.

We can observe fear from a place in our Inner Being that is without judgment. And that is a place of consideration, which is love.

In a deeper sense there is only love because within fear is the potential for love because love has become a prisoner of subconscious fear.

 

Simple!

Only the present moment exist for us, but what we generate now we attract more of. Therefore it’s simple. We can ask ourselves what we want more of. By generating thoughts, intentions, and behaviors of light and love… or having an active, uplifting imagination of them we attract more of the same.

Choosing Light and Love is taking the High road, the Spiritual road… yet on this road there are challenges too… because the subconscious fights against Harmony, Light, Love.

Yet this road gets easier as we travel it. We realize, experience and know the Help behind us and with us … Source and our Inner Being.

The Joye in surprise – I am meditation

Our Inner Being only sees Light and experiences Love in all situations, but humanly we don’t always experience it that way. The human perspective is polar or dual, and we experience them as good or bad, fearful or loving experiences. We usually are unconscious of how we attract and create our reality with our thoughts and emotions in this dual perspective, but we can be. And Life can surprise us in very enjoyable ways when we allow it!

Co-creating joyful adventures!

Like for me today…..I was meditating on joy and happiness realizing it is our natural state. And the Declarations of Truth were: “My Inner Being is in complete harmony with Source. I am in complete Harmony with Source.”

And feelings of gratitude and love filled my Being.

Afterwards I remained open to the realization that thoughts, and more importantly that emotions, are a base, a beginning for creation. Vibrational energy of thoughts and emotions attracts the same vibrational energy.

And later I experienced a reflection of the same vibrational energy in my human reality. A little girl named Joye captured my attention with her enthusiasm and joy for life right in the moment that she was. And it radiated out to touch everyone nearby… if they allowed it. And I did. She did. Her parents did. And we became friends then and there, enjoying each other. It was a great adventure.

Attracting your Joy

And everyday we can experience an enjoyable adventure …. when we allow it. Meditation can help us focus on and remember joyful, loving innate energies within ourselves, which will attract more of those energies.

You can try it for yourself. In meditation consciously allow yourself to feel the joy, gratitude, tenderness and love that naturally resides in your heart. Include them in your Declarations of Truth or make them like those above. Then drop any expectations, leaving it to Source. Do not try to control any outcomes. Trust and remain open to the unlimited possibilities in the Universe!

Co-creating undesirable experiences

But we can also be very unaware of our emotions, because so many are conditioned and programmed unconsciously. Our body can react to situations with unconscious emotions, like the knee jerk reaction to something that startles us. And though it may be temporary, we experienced the fearful flight reaction in our body.

If we are unconscious of our emotions and feelings we can be down, frustrated or anxious without knowing we attract more of the same energies. Like the other evening at dinner I became distracted when a person at the next table in the restaurant started coughing. I had this this urge to get away.

I realized then that I unconsciously reacted with dislike. But instead of releasing the dislike and find the tenderness and love in my heart right then, I continued to be unconsciously distracted in the situation.

Sure enough, the next morning I experienced some physical discomfort in the throat. Realizing it was my thoughts and emotions that initiated the situation in myself, I quickly had the thought and happy emotion that I am in perfect health! And I felt I had turned a corner as emotions of enthusiasm, engagement, sincerity and loving trust arose to the Truth within.

Then I left it to the Great Law of Attraction and Great Principle without expectations, trusting that it will work out harmoniously according to Universal Law. And this experience was a great adventure too!

The great gift

We can be surprised by the unexpected when we flow in the creative energies of Source without expectations. Those surprises awaken us a bit more to our Inner Powers unity with Source. And as we awaken and become more and more conscious of our Inner Being we see Light and experience Love in our reality.

And that is a great gift is it?

In 2020 we are on a cosmic journey to establish a base for stability, improvement and reliability not only for the coming year, but also for the coming decade.

2020 = 2 + 0 + 2 + 0 = 4

The energies of 2020 = 4 indicates additional strength for commitment to creating a foundation for something of real value. For putting things in order and for organizing. For work. And for figuring out our responsibilities and role in the world order.

This year there will be a boost in energy to help us cultivate new levels of Inner Self-realization and personal growth.

Four is a very spiritual number and lucky number. Four represents the foundation that we all stand on, Spirit. It is the dense form of #1, spiritual creativity manifested in physical reality as Energy, Intelligence, Law and Love.

The year 2020 has two 0’s, which indicates there may be foundations laid for new cycles or trials with far-reaching consequences. There are indications of redistribution of energies and powers, and mass consciousness resistance to new ideas and world altering changes.

20/20

The year 2020 also has two 2’s which is double feminine energies, pointing to cooperation, peace and unity. There is Power in recognizing 2 sides of every situation and person, outer appearances and inner spirit. True insight reveals 2 sides of the same coin as being 1. And #1 represents Source. Within everything is Source and there is always something beneficial.

Two can awaken our minds to the tenderness and wisdom in our hearts, our Seat of Love. Therefore no matter what situation you may face intuitively look inward with the intent to rise your own vibrational state of mind to cooperation and unity with Source. Opposition to the situation feeds more opposition through the Law of Attraction. While unity with Source draws more goodwill and harmony to not only yourself, but also to the situation.

The uplifting energies of 2020 are giving us the opportunity to build a base of consideration, goodwill and cooperation within ourselves which is the base for peace in the world.

______This year has far reaching potential for us to make a quantum leap in consciousness, recognizing that our thoughts and emotions manifest and shape our reality. That it’s not only our actions that matter. Our intents, our minds and hearts are major factors. And when our thoughts, intents and behaviors are in the Flow of Source and Harmony then we attract a harmonious reality.______

In order to create something of real value we will have to come to a new level of understanding and activity of our inherent Powers One with Source. Meditation can help us do that. And so can living in the moment with gratitude. These 2 methods give us a chance, an opportunity, to go in the flow of Source because we quiet our minds, our thinking and are open to the potentiality of All.

And consciously focusing FourSquare intents in all the we do, especially our thoughts and emotions, is actually manifesting Source in our reality now.This method is practical manifestation!And it is life changing with far reaching effects!

Organize but cultivate flexibility and patience to support your plans, because it will require discipline and perseverance to overcome intolerance and volatility of the mass subconscious ego.

The year 2020 has two 0’s, which indicates there may be foundations laid for new cycles or trials with far-reaching consequences. There are indications of redistribution of energies and powers, and mass consciousness resistance to new ideas and world altering changes.

The year 2020 also has two 2’s which is double feminine energies, pointing to cooperation, peace and unity. There is Power in recognizing 2 sides of every situation and person, outer appearances and inner spirit. True insight reveals 2 sides of the same coin as being 1. And #1 represents Source. Within everything is Source and there is always something beneficial.

Two can awaken our minds to the tenderness and wisdom in our hearts, our Seat of Love. Therefore no matter what situation you may face intuitively look inward with the intent to rise your own vibrational state of mind to cooperation and unity with Source. Opposition to the situation feeds more opposition through the Law of Attraction. While unity with Source draws more goodwill and harmony to not only yourself, but also to the situation.

The uplifting energies of 2020 are giving us the opportunity to build a base of consideration, goodwill and cooperation within ourselves which is the base for peace in the world.

This year has far reaching potential for us to make a quantum leap in consciousness, recognizing that our thoughts and emotions manifest and shape our reality. That it’s not only our actions that matter. Our intents, our minds and hearts are major factors. And when our thoughts, intents and behaviors are in the Flow of Source and Harmony then we attract a harmonious reality.

In order to create something of real value we will have to come to a new level of understanding and activity of our inherent Powers One with Source. Meditation can help us do that. And so can living in the moment with gratitude. These 2 methods give us a chance, an opportunity, to go in the flow of Source because we quiet our minds, our thinking and are open to the potentiality of All.

And consciously focusing FourSquare intents in all the we do, especially our thoughts and emotions, is actually manifesting Source in our reality now.This method is practical manifestation!And it is life changing with far reaching effects!

When you hear, “Don’t look!”  It’s like when Perseus was warned about Medusa’s snakes for hair that could turn a man to stone. It’s almost impossible not to look! Or when you hear someone say, “Don’t be afraid.” It’s like your heart drops and you’ve heard, “Be afraid, be very afraid!” It’s a subconscious mind trick.

The subconscious ego will take us emotionally and mentally on rides to places to support its own programming. It’s self-righteous and dislikes being bossed around because of fear. And it’s programmed to keep us mentally busy, chatty and inattentive in our thinking so we are constantly being entertained. We follow its trails of thoughts.

The subconscious is entertained by the primary word of the thought rather than the word not or n’t. The word not or n’t seems to disappear from our attention and we follow a familiar trail of thoughts from the primary word.

And we are all good with that until we start to consciously wake up.

When we start to wake up we realize it’s  a challenge to become conscious and in the present moment. All of our past history, stories, beliefs and habits are like alluring trails that lead us to the familiar.

Yet there is a simple awakening practice. And this works when talking to yourself or when speaking with others.

Consciously choose the appropriate words as directives to the subconscious.

If the goal is to remember, rather than saying, “don’t forget,” say, “remember.”

When speaking to yourself, mentally swallow remember in order to program the subconscious to remember. This is using the Law of Gender, because you plant an idea in the subconscious to grow and return to the consciousness. 

I’ve used this method so many times when I feel it is critical to remember something, like where I parked the car in a parking garage.

Be conscious of the words you choose. And remember the way the subconscious works. Consider saying, “Look away,” rather than, “Don’t look!” And, “Be brave,” or “Be courageous,” rather than, “Don’t be afraid.” 

Your Superconscious speaks to you through intuition and leads your power of discrimination when you allow it. So listen to your intuition. You know what to do and what not to do and are conscious and in the moment. 

Inevitably there are times it seems appropriate to use not. Like, “This does not mean…” Just follow that thought with what it does mean.

When I was a little girl about 5 years old my mom took a snap shot of me sitting on the front steps of our house with my elbows on my knees and fists under my chin. I had a horrific pout on my face, with my lower lip sticking out so far that it practically covered my chin! My mom tried to get me out of that mood, but couldn’t. So instead she took a picture of me that way. At the time I was too stubborn being a victim to know the real reason she did it.

You always reveal the Truth 

We don’t always want to see things about ourselves that others do. Nor do we always WANT to free ourselves. The ego wants to cling to desires and the past, yet that attitude freezes us, making us blind to  present Harmony. We loose site of harmonious opportunities.

Becoming conscious of the Truth about ourselves, the good, the bad, the ugly, is a vital step on our spiritual journey and cooperation with Harmony. We become conscious of disharmony in order to release it. And we recognize Harmony within ourselves and the Universe in order to consciously unify ourselves with IT.  

When our thinking and attitude aligns with Harmony then it follows that our behaviors and conditions will also, through the Law of Unity. 

Conscious detachment includes:

1. Even when you are in a room full of people, pause within. Observe in a detached state your body language, facial expression, attitude, letting any self-judgments or concepts pass you by.

2. Observe your thinking and expectations in a detached state. Observe how you may have considered playing a role or expect others to be a certain way, letting them drift by. Let temptations of feeling left out, lonely, special or self-righteous drift by. 

3. Take a deep breath, breathing in the freshness and uncertainty of the moment. Feel that Life Energy enter your mind and thinking. Then exhale any preconceived ideas, releasing any desire for things to be different. Change is inevitable. 

4. Have friendly attitude, accepting the moment as it is. 

 Having a friendly attitude with the moment is Trusting Life and aligning with the Universe. You are consciously bringing love forward  in your thinking, letting Love and Harmony lead you in your infinite choices. 

5. Step into the Present Moment. And as you accept the moment, the gift of Life and Love in the moment, also circulate the gift of Life and Love back into the moment. 

What you give is what you receive. Hope the best for others.

Find that spot within your heart that feels grateful for Life and let it spread into the moment, blending with the Truth of what already is. Circulate and give to others and the Universe caring, appreciation, love and compassion.

I smile and feel the love in my heart, knowing my mother took a picture of that little kid pouting on the front porch steps so many, many years ago so I could see what she saw. So that I might grow out of that toxic attitude! Her Love is a manifestation of Universal Love and Harmony. And so is Love from your Spiritual Heart. It helps us all. 

To Love is natural. Pouty attitudes, resentment, self-righteousness is the past.  You can freely embrace the moment, and make choices that create a better reality for yourself … and the world.
