Green Art and what it does for You

Green Art

Memories lost but residue still ripples life’s pond

Mind’s walls separate, while Love’s bridges tie together

Natural forces take us home to calm and peace, to the present untethered.

Even photos of nature can connect us with the calming frequencies in nature through our imagination and mental vibrations. We are made of the same stuff, but plants and animals live more in harmony with the Great Principle and the Laws of Nature. Everything in nature can inspire us! The energy in nature and Mother Earth energizes, renews us and helps raise our conscious frequency and awareness.

What we can perceive

Many things speak to me through analogy in this setting. The natural plant growth, trees, rounded stones, ripples in the water and the endless, open sky. The ingenious human use of water, the split rail fence and stacked stone walls, and the reflection of the mill in the pond.

It’s interesting that when we look at the reflection of the mill in the pond it appears upside-down to us. With water being a symbol of mind, it is an analogy that we can mentally perceive things in a polar condition, dual or upside-down. Yet, we can also perceive both the illusion and the cause, and know the difference.  We can see beyond the substance and feel the spirit and be inspired.

The benefits

This setting calms me and I can rest in the serenity. Green plants in nature normally have a very healing energy with soothing vibrations, a quality of open living, abundance, growth and love. From the analogy of their presence, they are very connected to the Life of the Universe, Universal Life Energy, and rooted in the present moment of living their soul purpose.

Interestingly, the heart chakra is associated with the frequency of the color green. With an open and tender heart we are abundant in love, giving and receiving love and life energy. In  a natural condition it is the center of our life; we feel through it. But, the heart chakra can become overburdened with subconscious negativity and become damaged. Being in nature can help cleanse, heal and inspire us because we are emotionally reconnecting with our natural heart state.

We have house plants because they are alive and inspire us in more ways that providing oxygen. We line city streets with trees and make gardens on terraces. We cultivate an attitude of conservation of our forests, wildlife and oceans. Green is vital for our life!

The gift of art and what it does for You

I took this photo on the Blue Ridge Parkway in Virginia, USA. It’s called Mabry Mills and You are welcomed to use it for your own creativity and art. Creativity is a quality of Love.

Art is a creative expression, communication and statement. Art also gets us to think, ask questions, wonder. It can inspire us to be conscious of feeling something which manifests in our behavior. So, art can inspire us to create too! Great art inspires us to lookup within to our Higher Self and Love.

One of my spiritual teachers gave a wonderful lesson on –I am the artist.’ Think about it! Creativity is a natural expression of our soul. It’s a self-help type of thing if we are conscious!

We like to know secrets – the inside story. We want to know the secret to attracting the things we want, love in our life and our happiness. Secrets are a human, mental concept which gives us a big clue to the secret for achieving our fulfillment and happiness.

Our mental condition determines our state of being, especially our happiness. But our mind is usually in an inconsiderate state of constant chatter. We also experience emotions like in fear, hatred, anxiety, worry, hurry – which feeds more busy thinking.

Yet it is also through our thinking that we can find our happiness and fulfillment. An easy way to be more aware of your thinking and quiet the mental chatter is to bring your mental focus to be in your body now and breathe. Feel your presence in your body – that is being conscious and mindful of your soul and a vaster realm of mind beyond human mental chatter. It’s an amazing awareness of Being. And, a big bonus is that you get a glimpse of unconditional Love.

These glimpses of love calms and harmonizes our thinking. And as we awaken to being motivated by kindness, consideration, goodwill and caring, then we become conscious of experiencing love. And, through experience we come to know that we are more and more in a mental condition of love. And in that condition we find, we realize, that we are happy and fulfilling our life purpose.

Being lead by Love is the secret to our human refinement and purpose of life here on earth – it’s not a secret at all

“MAN IS THE INDIVIDUALIZED PROJECTION OF THE GREAT PRINCIPLE INTO ITS OWN ETERNAL SUBSTANCE, PROCEEDING FROM THE GREAT PRINCIPLE AND INDISSOLUBLY CONNECTED WITH IT, MANIFESTING ALL ITS QUALITIES AND POWERS.”

Eugene Fersen, Science of Being, page 47.

You are the only one …

No one can

We reveal the beauty of our soul when we are sincere and open ourselves to the tenderness of our heart and love. When we see the good and beauty in others and think well of them, even when we see the negative too. When give of ourselves in service for our partners, our children, our parents, our friends and others. When we do acts of kindness. When we create works of encouragement and caring through our words, our actions and our constructions. When are truly grateful. When we are at peace. When we are present and are just being.

We reveal the beauty of our soul unconsciously in every part of us, every minute cell of us. Yet, we normally are not conscious of that beauty, of love. We fear it, thinking it a weakness rather than strength. Yet…

The more you become conscious of your intent to be sincere, tender and loving, and practice that intent, the more you reveal your True Strength and Power. And, in that beauty comes your happiness and freedom.

No one else can do it for You.

“Your human intelligence is that within you which must learn the lesson of love. You are saturated with Love, made up and sustained by It; Love is the Foundation on which you are based. But you must realize this, perceive it to be so, and by thought and action build up a superstructure of Love and Harmony on the very Foundation of Love which Nature gave you at birth.”

This May Sting!

busy bees smooth

Okay, you may not like this entry, or at least the ego may not. It can sting.

Most of us are dissatisfied with who we are or the way we are. We don’t trust ourselves, and even think we’re a terrible person at times. We’re also impatient in our dissatisfaction, but we’ve got our pride. We cannot change into something different, transcend this unwanted personality  until we get a good look at it.

The personality is primarily created by the subconscious ego. We allow ourselves to be dominated by the ego which is self-serving, fearful and dualistic. We create a troubled reality because of it.

To regain control over our lives, our personality and create a more positive reality, we must be mindful and conscious in the moment – in a state of consciousness that we take responsibility for. But, the ego doesn’t want us to be conscious, mindful, or listen to our intuition and discriminate – it’s self-centered like that! We battle our conscience. It’s a vicious cycle.

How Did We Get Here?

The subconscious is our storage box of memories, thoughts, desires, and habitual emotional traits like fear, doubt, worry, loneliness, shame, and resentment. We’ve been conditioned to follow its dictates. It is a major factor in shaping our personality, or parts thereof, that we are dissatisfied with. We identify ourselves with subconscious traits and emotionally empower them as behaviors! “I’m mad, I’m lonely, I’m ashamed.”

The ego lacks discrimination and supports ignorance. After centuries of history repeating itself we should be able to see the truth in that. We don’t know ourselves. But, we must know ourselves in order to free ourselves of those parts that cause us pain and suffering.

Our personality, our reality, is something we created and agreed to. Fortunately, even from the darkness of the subconscious ego, it is our destiny to evolve and harmonize ourselves and become fully empowered.

Conscious Intent in Action!

It is our deepest desire and hope to align our personality with our soul. As we courageously make a conscious intent and live the qualities of love like consideration, kindness and caring we bit by bit gain control of our life, transforming our personality. As we consciously release negative egotistic traits we integrate personality and soul, becoming beings of Light here on earth. We transform our reality.

We may still experience pain, because we all suffer, but our inner happiness, peace and joy are not dependent on it.

The ego dislikes such information, but I hope you got a smile out of it!

Complain, Complain, Complain – taking it personal

We can be complainers. It’s a pattern with most of us. We see someone’s faults and we complain about them when it affects us. Unbeknownst to us however, when we complain about others faults we are aligning with the same energy we are complaining about! Complaining about them weakens us.

rain3 animated

Why Complain

We complain about the weather, the traffic, the government, and awful people. We’ve taken it personal!

Complaining says that we’re frustrated and feel like we’re inadequate to deal with it. Feeling powerless, we want to blame our aggravation on conditions or others and feel like a victim. We propagate reasons to  procrastinate and avoid responsibility even if we could do something.

We’re miserable and miserable to be around.

The Effects

Complaining keeps us dwelling on the negative, reinforcing it – attracting the very thing we are complaining about!

Most of us are unconscious of how much we complain because we can make such a habit of it. We may think we are just repeating what everyone else thinks or said, that we’re just venting, or maybe we feel like it is right to complain – like it’s an observation and we’re right!

But, like any thought, emotion or behavior, complaining is a real creative manifestation. And, therefore we are creating negative energy in our own reality! Plus, we attract more negative energy to us through the Law of Attraction. We create a less rewarding life, a less satisfying and happy one. And, eventually even our health can be adversely effected.

The emotional energy behind the complaint is also contagious! That low-frequency energy can spread first to those close to us like our family and friends trapping them too, making them feel frustrated and even powerless. They start to complain like we do. Or, our habitual complaining can push others away, affecting our relationships and our job.

Breaking the Habit

Fortunately, we can break the complaining habit!

1. Be Conscious/Mindful

First of all, we have to be conscious of complaining, have a positive intent to recognize that we are tempted to complain, or that we have complained! Be ‘the watcher of the thinker’ and observe unattached, without harsh judgement and taking things personal.

2. Take Responsibility

Being conscious in that moment is when we are becoming aware of our authentic power as a soul. We are consciously taking responsibility for ourselves.

I ask myself a simple question that I have shared before to help me recognize my true motivation: Am I coming from a place of fear or love?

3. Let it Go

When we recognize the temptation to complain or even that we have complained, then we still have the opportunity to let that thought go – to mentally step back from it. The ego may also want us to feel guilty or even hate our self, but is an illusion, because it too is only a temporary temptation and not from our true Self.

4. Choose a Positive Motivation/Emotion

In that moment of temptation to complain we can see it as an opportunity to choose an attitude coming from love instead of fear. Our attitude is emotional power and fearful ones of complaining hold us in that energy, making us feel even more unhappy and despondent.

Calm consideration lightens our load. Kindness does. Gentleness does. Appreciation does. Respect does. Seeing the good in others helps us! We free ourselves to search for solutions.

Sometimes we really don’t have any control over things, like the weather. Then we can change our focus to gratitude! Gratitude is an emotion that opens us to abundance and creates more reasons to be grateful!

 Reality Transformation

We are far more familiar with the ego than the tenderness of our heart and inner love. Yet, when we are conscious of ourselves, our inner love, we can also be conscious of the temptation to complain without being negativity influenced by it. And, we don’t take complaints personally, or let it hurt our ego because we are centered in love.

Consider being conscious of any temptation to complain and use the steps described above for the next 3 weeks and you will have established a new brain pattern that changes your reality!

We can change our mind, our attitude and our reality!

They Test our Patience!

what 6

We’ve all been there. Some people just have a knack for pissing us off! There will be occasions at work, at home, or while we are standing somewhere, when someone triggers an uneasy feeling in us. It can get our dander up!

Until we consciously address fearful emotions they will continue to plague us making us anxious or hard. They become habitual, part of our personality and disposition.

And, we can lose a sense of our True Self.

So What Can We Do?
It’s a matter of mental regulation – recognizing that every unpleasant emotion is a spiritual opportunity and synchronicity, where nothing happens by chance. It’s an opportunity we have set up for ourselves to release the burdens of the subconscious ego and align with our True Self and Love.

Most of us are unaware that the real source of our uneasiness is from fear that is rooted in the subconscious. It can grow there unnoticed only to resurface sooner or later as contentious emotions like anger, apprehension, worry, and hatred causing us bigger problems, even physical illness.

How to Start
When you start to feel some uneasiness, be fully conscious in the moment. Pause your thinking, take a deep breath, relax and quiet the mental chatter; be still. Consider making the Mental Contact with Universal Life Energy (Cosmic Energy, chi, prana, Life Force) to help you relax and refocus.

Be the ‘watcher of the thinker’ from a higher consciousness. Impersonally observe your body language, facial expressions, thoughts and attitude, drawing them into you and feeling them fully without harsh judgment.

Be courageous and very sincere in your examination. Sincerity opens our heart and mind to the inspiration of our Higher Self.

Keep in mind that people who challenge us emotionally are also on a spiritual journey, seeking ways to release the burden of the subconscious. Think of them as facilitators of spiritual synchronicity.

A Deeper Understanding
The reasoning, conscious mind can go only so far in understanding. That’s when we reach for inspiration from our Higher Self by asking questions of ourselves. Questions like:

  • Why am I feeling impatient?
  • Why is it so important to me that I am attached to it?
  • Am I coming from a place of fear or love in my heart?

If we recognize we are tempted by fear, we can let it pass us by, release it and choose another path – Love.

We will still move in our thinking and emotions, therefore, we can further abet release of the temptation by:

  1. Opening ourselves to a positive emotion like gratitude. A positive emotion negates a negative one.
  2. Manifesting a positive emotion physically in our behavior with a smile, a kind word or stillness.
  3. Changing our body language which can help us move into a positive emotion. Moving can disperse hormonal chemicals like adrenaline. It can take up to 90 seconds ——— to disperse negative energy.
  4. Make a sincere effort to see the Divine. When we see the Divine in another we are also invoking the power to see the Divine within ourselves!

A thought of Love and connection to Harmony destroys negative thoughts within us and we will feel a relief. This frees us from fixed ideas about attack, retaliation, correction and other fearful defenses.

When we choose Love we are transforming our thought process in our everyday life from fear to Love, thereby, breaking addictive, fearful patterns.

Consider this quote for reflection:

“The guidance of our Higher Self is the best way we can define our Destiny.”

Living a Conscious Heart

Every moment we are conscious of some quality of love, it heals ourselves and the world. Living a Conscious Heart is being mentally conscious of the qualities our innate, unconditional Love and manifesting it in our life. While we are at work, doing errands, at home, anywhere.

Though we may still have challenges, because we all do, the spiritual practice of living conscious heart helps us have the courage to face them head on with confidence and peace within ourselves.

We refine ourselves and all humanity.

Enjoy the Moment

Consider these ways to be more conscious of living unconditional love in your life:

 1. Consciously think well of others

Find the beauty and see the good in others. Focus on their positive qualities rather than complaining or gossiping about them. And, if the opportunity arises express appreciation for them.

That does not mean that we are ignorant of negative traits or support them, rather we are encouraging their positive qualities and ours.

This sounds so simple and it is, but it is something we don’t normally do! We forget to consciously appreciate others.

Start with those closest to us first like your partners, children, parents. Widen the circle to include acquaintances, then those in your neighborhood, and others you many not even know as in passing. And wider still, to include all humanity and all earthlings.

2. Hope the best for others

Genuinely hope the best for others; that they find happiness, health, success and inner peace. Even those that we consider difficult!

We each have to make our own efforts for happiness and peace, and we can not make it happen for others even in small ways unless they agree to it. Yet, by sincerely hoping happiness for them we are opening ourselves to manifest opportunities for love and compassion for ourselves and the world.

Start with those closest to us first like our partners, children, parents then widen your awareness.

3. Do acts of kindness

Compassion means love in action. So do acts of kindness. For those closest to you first, and to those you consider strangers. Offer your help; they can always refuse it!

Especially unexpected acts of kindness can warm a person’s heart. What may be considered small things like giving a person your place in line or offering a person a dollar for something like a tip at the airport when they suddenly find they are short in cash.

Acts of kindness propagate! I’ve seen it happen! Though I didn’t know the origin of it, I knew it is a pay it forward type of thing when I experienced it!

4. Radiate the Light of Love & Universal Life Energy

What we all really want is to know Love, to be loved and to be loving, therefore be conscious of your goodwill for others.

When you are standing in line, sitting in traffic, being served in a restaurant have the intent to consciously radiate love from the tenderness of your heart. Send those around you Universal Energy and Light of Love without using your own will as to how you think others should be. Rather feel loving and generously radiate Universal Life Energy from your heart impersonally.

Consider practicing an exercise like the Radiant Heart to send that Energy and Love to the world unconditionally.

5. Be conscious of your motivations

Whenever you are tempted to jump into a negative emotions like anger, recognize it for what it is – a temporary temptation. We can ask ourselves a simply question: Am  I motivated by love or fear?

Release the temptation and recognize your tender and loving heart within. Be grateful that you are conscious; it is your Higher Self helping you recognize that you are out of alignment with the Real Self and soul. Then act being motivated by tenderness, goodwill, kindness, consideration.

6. Be sincere

Be honest and choose your words wisely, accurately reflecting your intent. Truth is sincere, and so is Love.

Sincerity is the key that opens the door to Love within us because of the power of emotion to change our life! That feeling of sincerity draws Love into our consciousness and heart, which will spread to others and the world.

 7. Express gratitude

When you are truly grateful you can feel the tenderness in your heart and this radiates out.

8. Be in the moment

Breathe deep, relax and be conscious! In this way we can consciously guard the entryway to our subconscious and reject negative energy from entering to grow into negative personality traits of the ego.

Consider meditating daily. We can connect with our Higher Self and receive inspirations and insights; most of all feel inner peace and joy because we are getting a glimpse of the Source within.

9. Trust in the Great Principle

Remember that you are not alone. We are One with the Universe and the Strength, Intelligence, Law, Love, Spirit of IT, the Source. That remembrance helps us open to trust the abundance and protection in the Universal Laws of Justice and Love. The Great Principle is always working to help us unfold and align with Universal Harmony. We can have faith in IT.

10. Smile!

Through your genuine smile others receive the unconditional love that you feel in your heart. A smile that is motivated by love is a precious gift! And, genuine smiles are contagious!

When one of us becomes conscious of  that spark of Love and compassion within us it can ignite Love and compassion in someone else. Then they can pass it on too. Which is amazing!

And, even more amazing – when we are conscious of beauty and love in others we are becoming more conscious of the beauty and love within ourselves. And, so it circles.

We become a world of helping hands and hearts!

Your Fate and the Laws of Karma and Rhythm

Spiderwisp

Law of Cause and Effect (Karma) and Law of Rhythm

Thought → Emotion → Temptation → Behavior →

Karmic Effect becomes a cause for another cycle → Thought → …

As we educate ourselves to understand the Laws of the Universe we can make conscious choices with our best interest in mind. It’s simple really – we empower ourselves through responsible behaviors or actions.

The choices that determine our fate start in our thinking, which triggers a corresponding emotion. And, since our emotions are empowered by the soul they make a great impact on our behaviors. Our behaviors are the effects of our choices of thinking and emotions, while our behaviors cause further effects physically since we are earthly beings. The frequency of energy in this entire process is what comes back to impact us as karma.

If we are angry (low-frequency energy) that energy will return to cause us harm and others.  If we make empowering choices that are balanced with higher frequency energy – containing enthusiasm, wisdom, sincerity and most of all Universal Love – then that energy will return to benefit us and others.

And, we are habitual creators, repeating our thinking processes and behaviors. We condition ourselves as individuals and as groups, such as in families, friends, communities, nations, politics and religions. We repeat history so to speak and thus cyclic patterns emerge as experienced in the Law of Rhythm.

Yet, the Laws of Cause and Effect and Rhythm are to our benefit and we can make progress through them though it may not appear that way at the time. Experience teaches us, and we can understand, then live in harmony with these laws.

The key is to BE CONSCIOUS with LOVE motivating us, if we aim for no harm to ourselves or others. This is turn harmonizes us all. We flow in harmony with both the Laws of Cause and Effect and Rhythm. (With the help of the Great Law more entries in the future will concern these laws.)

Through conscious awareness we can evolve ourselves to remember the LOVE we are.

We are the masters of our own fate.

“We must change our attitude of mind if we want to produce something better – the change must come from within us. Then the Law of Retribution will become the Law of Reward.”

Eugene Fersen, Advanced Teachings of Science of Being, Volume II, page 200.

Discrimination is a Good Thing!

If we are politically correct we are not supposed to discriminate. Even using that word raises eyebrows. Discrimination is considered a bad thing. But, is that true?

Discrimination

We use our power of discrimination to distinguish between right and wrong, beautiful and ugly, desirable and undesirable, and everything in between.

With discrimination we make distinctions, choices, judgment calls.

Our discrimination and choices determine our future – our fate, because we build our future from our choices in the present moment. Therefore, our discrimination is important for our well-being.

Being a slave

It’s when we are unconscious of our power of discrimination that we fall into superstitions, blind beliefs, subconscious habits, and prejudices. We don’t think about it, but just do it! We’re not really making choices at all! We’re just being a slave to unconscious habits, conditioning and blind beliefs!

Plus, we flock together our prejudices and thinking, gather with friends and others that think the same way we do, which reinforces our habitual patterns. We condition ourselves.

Discrimination can reward us!

We have to be brave to consciously discriminate because we are accepting responsibility for our choices. But, we also reap the rewards.

We liberate ourselves from the whim of fear.
