Mindful as the Open Sky

image

Looking towards the distant line of the horizon,
Becoming silent,
Found some peace there
by watching clouds

Above the heads of man,
Changing shapes at will,
Floating in their free
And impermanent way.

Like the sky
that is above us,
it is also right around us
and in us.
We are one
with the open sky,
just as we are one
with our soul.

Being mindful and looking up into the sky can help us look up within ourselves to find inspiration from within, from our Higher Self, our Superconsciousness. And inspiration can always be found when we are silent, grateful, ask and listen. We merge consciously with our authentic selves.

The photo is interesting in that when I use my imagination there seems to be a Being with mouth open, speaking, giving me guidance!  Nature is the Eternal manifested.

Mindful Silence

Enter the Silence in order to

release mental tension.

You will get a glimpse into your own mind.

Listening is a quality of Love, an inner feminine gender.

The ego likes to talk rather than listen and gets caught up in ‘monkey chatter.”

Yet, when we are conscious we can live in the moment. Be silent and enjoy life now, releasing the urge to jump into the monkey chatter thinking about what we have to do next or what just happened!

Which charka do you live in?

alignment-of-the-chakras-walks-within

It’s not only about sex, Law of Gender you’ve probably never been conscious of, Part 6

Our Light body and chakras is a living matrix containing the energies of our body, mind, emotions and spirit. It is who and what we are. It connects us to the flow of energies from the Source, Universal Life Energy and Mother Earth. But, the subconscious ego assumes much, ignores more and locks us from consciously experiencing all of our Light body, because we usually live from a particular chakra most of our life.

What are chakras?

There are many, many chakras in our bodies, including in our hands and above our head that opens us to higher dimensions. Chakras are points, discs of energy, vortexes in our electromagnetic, bioenergy field and aura. Energies spiral up and down through the central light channel to the chakras and through the meridians, glands and body receiving and returning Universal Life Energy (prana, chi, Life Force) to and from Mother Earth and Father Universe.

We usually are mentally focused in a particular chakra and create our reality with our thoughts, attitudes and behaviors in that energy that cycles outward and back in. All the chakras are potentially balanced in both genders of masculine and feminine energies, both Consciousness and Love. But, because we get out of balance manifesting low thoughts, emotions and energies our chakras can get warped, blocked and dark causing our mental and physical condition to deteriorate.

Chakras as levels of consciousness

1st chakra

When we are an infant we mentally live in the first chakra, the root chakra. We are focused on surviving in the earthly, material world and naturally receive essential Universal Life Energy balanced in both genders. Though we radiate an aura of innocence, roundness and feminine qualities of love, being a soul new in the world we have a new brain and bodily centered on breathing and eating.

As we grow into childhood, we enjoy playing and living in the moment, generally without anxiety, worries and concerns if we’ve not experienced traumas. We are connected to Mother Earth and the energies of enthusiasm, adventure and creativity. If we do get impatient or angry we don’t stay there long or hold on to it. We’re happiest creating something.

The root chakra is at the base of the spine, the coccyx and the Life Center. The kundalini Life Energy lays static there, which is a very creative Power meant for our life. It is the energy connecting us to Mother Earth, the Material body that we are. This center attracts Universal Life Energy, from both the feminine character of Mother Earth’s Love,  and the masculine energy of the Sun and Universe. Masculine and Feminine, Mind and Love are in essence One, and the root chakra connects us with All.

2nd chakra

As we master survival in the root level we begin to explore our world and seek out more contact with others. We start to live more in our second chakra, becoming more independent. Mentally and emotionally we start to identify our sexual energies. And, though we have within us both genders we usually have one sexual gender that we identify with not only because of our physical sexual gender and our conditioning, but also because of  our soul’s choice.

As a soul we create a body and sexual gender with the help of the Great Principle that best suits our life purpose. Our body’s gender, our family, environment and potential conditioning help us learn life lessons and create opportunities for our own happiness and evolution and potentially for others too.

The 2nd chakra is just past the pubic bone, centered in the gonads and focuses our sexual energies. When we are mentally focused here we view our world through relationships, sexuality, career, power and money.

3rd Chakra

As we continue to mature and accumulate experiences, we begin to want to know more so that we can control and manipulate our reality. We start to ask questions. Why this and why that. We are conscious of three dimensions, linear time, of being more than a body, but we’ve been conditioned, intellectually educated, and established in the world.

We connect with the civilized world, take up our roles in society or fight against them. But, we begin to believe we are the way we think and identify as it. Our confidence and self esteem, or lack there of colors our reality. We pursue happiness, experience it, but happiness is fleeting and we pursue it again. This make us anxious too.

The 3rd chakra is focused in mental energy, located in the solar plexus area, around the navel. In Science of Being it is also considered the seat of the subconscious along with the back of the brain (feminine gender). It is the reservoir, the collecting vortex of energies, thoughts and emotions that can get stuck there and grow unnoticed.

If those energies are low frequency then it can be a source of problem for us. We create a personality and ego with these energies, believing things like we are lonely, hot tempered, special, damaged. We’re mad, sad and worried. We’re stressed, hurried and tired. And, these low frequency energies can also manifest in the physical body as dis-eases and illnesses (as covered in Parts 1 and 2).

Most of us get stuck the remainder of our life and live in the 3rd chakra mentally, not interested or aware that there is the possibility of higher levels of consciousness. We slowly experience chakra lessons that nothing is every lost, it will eventually return. Our life goes through cycles of a few steps forwards and then seemingly a few backwards. As soon as we are determined to do something we seem to meet opposition. And relationships come and go, and things are always changing.

4th chakra

I am feeling, and many of us are, that a change is coming; a transition for us. We are beginning to awaken to the possibility of reaching higher, more refined frequencies and consciousness. Some of us have studied spiritual wisdom and practiced mindfulness, meditation and conscious living for years. Humanity is consciously awakening to frequencies of the 4th chakra, to heart consciousness and the power of our emotions; especially to the tenderness of our heart.

The 4th chakra is located in the heart area and is an emotional chakra. Our emotions can run high! And, it is a very magnetic center that attracts ‘like’ frequencies. We view our world from feelings love or fear, because we can be in the higher or lower emotional levels. Though we may be unconscious of it, we feel our emotions in our heart. We feel happy or sad, broken, afraid or compassionate in the chest. We can experience heart issues and heart disease when out of balance. It is the center where we feel the expansiveness of gratitude, and both personal love and impersonal, unconditional Love.

As we begin to consciously live in the higher emotional levels of the heart chakra, we have conscious thoughts, attitudes and behaviors of Love.  We refine our character, releasing and burning away the negative energy and traits that had been stuck in the subconscious ego and 3rd chakra. We become more aware of Universal Life Energy, our Higher Self, our Light body and how we create conditions for our own happiness and for others through our attitude, motivation, intent, awareness and behaviors.

5th, 6th, and 7th+ chakras

The chakras continue up through the body and even above. The 8th chakra (higher in a 13 or more chakra system) is experienced in other dimensions, but for this entry we are focusing on those of our material, earthly existence. We normally do not primarily live in these chakra energies, yet they are us, Light and Love. We perceive our world through them too.

  • The 5th, throat: power of expressing Truth, communication and sound.
  • The 6th, pituitary:  self-consciousnessness, power of perception, wisdom, higher mental thoughts.
  • The 7th crown, pineal:  spiritual power, connection to All and Higher Self, spirituality, Unity.
  • The 8th, above the head: ascension into higher dimension.

Harmonizing the chakras

The emotion of Love and the expression of Love is key to unlocking the higher frequencies of consciousness as we begin to live in our Heart chakra. Love is a feminine energy that opens our heart to our Higher Self and we live in attitudes of gratitude, compassion, and personal and impersonal Love.

Other helpful practices:

  •  During meditation contact and focus Universal Life Energy in each individual chakra, letting the Source bring harmonization, purification and balance in each.
  • See the Light of Universal Life Energy moving up and down your central Light channel pouring in from both the root chakra and crown chakra, energizing and balancing each chakra, then returning to the Source.
  • Visualize Universal Life Energy in the root chakra, the kundalini, awakening, brightening and raising up through all the chakras. Begin in the Root chakra and feel the Light raising up to the 3rd chakra, purifying it, moving further up to the Heart chakra and brightening and expanding.
  • When you have a feeling of intuition, listen consciously, act on it and be grateful for the guidance!
  • Meditation, mindfulness, the harmonizing frequencies of sound and rhythms of Tibetan singing bowls and other frequency music, light, touch and Reiki therapies are also helpful.

When Mind and Love are balanced

our Male and Female energies are balanced.

In the next entry we will discuss more ways to raise our consciousness to live in the 4th, heart chakra with the help of the Great Principle.

“The Outer Aura reaches sometimes a thickness of several feet in certain individuals with a very strong mental or spiritual development. In the latter case, the whole nature of the human Aura is changed. Such individuals seem to be surrounded by rays of light, of very beautiful and changing colors. Their Auras are not only very beautiful to look at, but are also very soothing and healing to an appreciable degree. It is often sufficient merely to be in the presence of such people in order to be benefited in every way, physically, mentally, and morally.”

Light from the heart?

clemitis 2016Hatred is a perversion of Love. And, it is an absence of light in consciousness. Someone that is attracted to hatred is limited consciously. And, once they are immersed in hatred it begins to feel normal to them. Yet, hatred causes us all to suffer.

Hatred is coming to our world consciousness through the media and personal experiences because of terrorism and tragic acts of violence. And, being conscious of hatred can be the beginning of understanding of what hatred is, what is the result and what we can do to help bring light.

From the heart

Hatred is the absence of Light, the Light of consciousness. And, the Light of consciousness is wisdom dominated by Love. Not a limited love or limited consciousness. Rather a creative, intelligent, principled and energetic love. Love is not a passive energy, rather an active, creative energy.

To me, the personal me, I find it difficult to forgive myself when I realize I am impatient, resentful, or anxious. I realize I’m resentful because of deeper feelings of fearful energy from within myself and from others. And, this can be true of many of us because of our upbringing and conditioning.

However, I aim to release hatred not only because because I reach for the authentic power of my soul, but because it is logical. Hatred causes us all to suffer. When one person experiences hatred, it affects another person, and another, until each of us is affected.

How can we forgive when we hate and hurt so much?

In order to release hatred, we find the tenderness in our heart and forgive ourselves. We begin by being mindful and love ourselves.

Forgiveness, or rather I call it release, is an expression of Love. Forgiveness is a releasing of our inner negativity, negative energy. We can choose to learn from the experience of hatred, yet not cling to the emotional baggage. When we release there is no regret, guilt or resentment because we release our attachment to all the associated emotions too.

A Zen question

We should do our best to protect ourselves and others from hatred. I feel in my bones and soul that we will all reach the Light of our soul and become the enlightened beings that we already are, yet have forgotten. Yet, we have to work for it, to consciously know ourselves and consciously express the best of ourselves, the tenderness of our heart. And help each other.

There is always help for us.  There are other beings of Light on earth, in other dimensions and the Eternal is helping us return to Harmony, Home.

We can contact a higher help in Universal Life Energy, which can help harmonize what we are unconscious of! Oh! There’s an answer to a Zen question – How can we harmonize something within that we are unconscious of?

“The more you hate the more hateful you are yourself; the more contemptuous you feel, the more contemptible you are. If you are indignant about something, that something is in you.”

Eugene Fersen, “The Teacher,” Volume 1, page 58.

Beautiful creatures

sit be quiet

People are beautiful.

Sometimes I just sit and people watch. When we people watch we are looking at ourselves.

People are beautiful, but we can also be so frighteningly ugly because we strive for external power in the world.

That unconscious desire and fear makes us do terrible things and causes us to suffer. Yet, if you look deep beyond the fear and emptiness, there is the beauty of the soul that is striving to express internal creative power of cohesion with everyone else and the universe.

How can that be true?

Even in the trouble we cause, the negative behaviors, the painful karma we create, we are in the process of unfolding our soul and our beauty. We may think – how can that be true in all that pain, suffering and ugliness?

We’ve created the subconscious ego that believes it rules the world. And, so we choose modes of learning in which we use negative energy, harmful energy, and thus create negative karma.

The Great Principle is eternally compassionate

We’ve fallen and think we can’t get up. We’ve lost conscious awareness of our soul.

Yet, we are educating ourselves, and becoming more conscious of the Universal Laws. When we make a mistake it hurts and we think – perhaps we shouldn’t do that again! When I stumble and hurt, emotionally or physically, I always ask myself ‘why.’

Mentally we have separated ourselves from the Infinite and Source. That is a big mistake, yet not an eternal one. But, because of the Universal Laws, including the Law of Gender, time becomes a factor in our minds when we consider our spiritual journey back to full realization of who we are and unity with the Great All.

Mentally we’ve turned away from Love and Beauty. When we think of other people as beautiful we are relating to the Eternal, the Source of Beauty. When we love, including human love for a partner, child or pet, we are expressing an awakening to unconditional Love and Love of the Eternal.

We are harmonizing, healing ourselves.

Morning Greeting

arid forest path 3

As I awaken in the moment, the day coming fast,

Fragrant notes of the cypress, juniper, piñon pine

Greet me as I enter the arid forest path

Singing such a sweet melody of earthly design

In such abundant giving

Can only come living

With no regret and humble thankfulness express,

My heart purified and to infinite Spirit I do acquiesce.

∞∞∞∞

These paths in the arid forest of Sedona led to native dwellings thousands of years ago, built along the rock formation in the first photo. The landscape and energy in the area is so invigorating that it is easy to get a sense why anyone wants to live in the area. And, you can get a real appreciation for the people of the past living there, their courage and fortitude.

The earthy juniper and pine fragrance is so amazing in the early morning. With a few deep breathes it grounds you to the earth, to your body, and inspires you to look up within! While I was there getting up early was the best part of the day because I would go outside and just breathe, then look at the beautiful mountains.

The best part at night is the opportunity to see the Milky Way since it is so dark and the city lights are kept low.

Looking into the Milky Way you can get a real sense of the vastness of the universe.  And, in turn it makes me wonder about what infinity truly means in my life and for all of us.

I think about my own life, the hardships, the joys, the ups, the downs. Wasted time and hopes for days to come, with the help of the Great Law. And, how I have gained some insight into my own spiritual journey.

And, in that mindful moment I know that no moment has been wasted, especially viewing it with some perspective. There are infinite opportunities to come and with the Power of the Infinite behind me, supporting me and all of us, so much, much more joy, peace and purpose.

It’s humbling! And, gratitude fills me.

Calming the turbulent tempest; Fear of Terrorists, Part 2

The raging storm of terror that is generated by hatred, fear and self-righteousness is also unconsciously fed by associated fear-based traits like worry, prejudice, impatience, pride and ignorance. An impersonal analysis of the situation can help us calm the turbulent tempest in our thinking, free us to be in the moment, and with the help of the Eternal begin to enact inner peace.

image

FreeDigitalPhotos.net, Stuart Miles

Unconscious of fear

Terrorists use religious and self-righteous claims as a means to unconsciously cover up their own fear and to abet hatred. We don’t know what terrorists as individuals have been through to get this way, yet terrorism is an attention-getter that is really a cry for love. It is the ego that doesn’t know how to cope with the stress of change and is afraid.

Being conditioned, they have cut off reasoning and consciousness. Their egos feel threatened and powerless, so in trying to empower their egos they fall further into hatred with a responsive belief that they are doing the right thing. With so much negative energy circling they become a slave to it.

It is the fall of mind. In self-righteous, fear and guilt they lose their empathy for others.

The fear boomerang

People join terrorist out of fear. Wanting their cause to grow, terrorists use negative energy to attract others. And it works. An individual’s fear and guilt for not meeting the desires of self-righteousness, can be attracted to the terrorists’ group fear energy. Fear attracts more negative energy.

It does not stop there because that fearful energy boomerangs back to the originators, burgeoning, attracting what they fear – retaliatory attacks and subjugation. It terrorizes them to the point of desperation and thus they attack again.

The energy builds as it circles the human mental atmosphere. Fear cycles, boomerangs round and round, growing world-wide, attacking anyone that unconsciously feeds it with worry, prejudice, antagonism or other fear-based traits.

All this because of doubt. As discussed in Part 1, we experience fear because we doubt our connection to and the support of the Great Principle. We feel separate from each other and the Great All, forgetting our unity.

Raise above doubt

Let us be brave and remember that we have the support of the Eternal, and enact unconditional Love instead of fear within ourselves, our heart. That we are conscious and aware of those individuals that fear and hate, yet they know not that they hurt themselves.

Just like a child that hits its mother. What does a mother do? She holds them, tight to her heart so the child doesn’t hit, until they return to their natural condition and consciousness. It is an attitude of unconditional Love. This can help us all to face the situation with courage, while not tolerating hatred, prejudice and egotistic self-righteousness.

Also consider these methods to return to calm and concordant thinking:

  • Exercises like the Radiant Heart and the Mental Contact to surround yourself in unconditional Love. It is a protection. Fear does not exist in Love.
  • And remember, by being mindful and in the moment we live now. Our thoughts turn away from fear. We interrupt dwelling in negative energy. We let go of resentment and trying to get back at others, knowing that holding on weakens us.
  • And, we can turn towards the creative aspect in our thinking, in our speech, attitude and actions. Positive creativity builds our inner happiness and joy. Your individual positive creativity can take infinite forms from helping others, the arts, physical sports, exercise, dance, to just being silent.

Use Your Nightmares to Realize Your Happiness, The Power of Emotions to Change Your Life Part 9

nightmare visions

It’s the worst kind of nightmare, jotting wide awake, with heart pounding, scared near to death and out of breath nightmare. The one that causes you to carry around this terrible dread all day long after. That’s the nightmare, or any bad dream, that can help you realize your happiness!

Why Nightmares?

The base of a nightmare is subconscious fear surfacing to consciousness. It’s bringing something to our attention, some issue that needs to be addressed. Or reoccurring dreams may be about something we are anticipating or have to make a decision about. Nevertheless, they are about issues to address.

Post-traumatic nightmares that are repeated may be the subconscious recycling in the trauma and we are being re-traumatized, even though the event is unlikely to reoccur. Through nightmares we are becoming conscious of fears that’s been stuck in the subconscious, circling causing us to suffer emotionally and even physically since emotions are such a powerful force in our reality. The consciousness is giving us an opportunity to realize self-autonomy and self-determination, rather than being a slave to the ego.

Types of Dreams?

I’ve had what felt like post-traumatic dreams from a past-life experience; a remembrance of that reality. The dream gave me insights to questions I’d had about a situation and relationship. It doesn’t matter if the dream was truly a remembrance of a past-life or not, and it is not something that I know happened. Yet it was beneficial in that it gave me some insight about my attitude stuck in the subconscious concerning  another person, and from that insight came compassion for us both and our relationship was harmonized.

There are many types of dreams and nightmares, which occur for many different reasons. There may be medical reasons for night terrors, such as illnesses or medications or there may be deep psychological reasons, for which we should consult medical professionals. Yet for most of us, our nightmares are pointing out issues to address. Of course, those issues may come through symbolism, in which case dream interpretation can become a means of self-analysis.

Analyzing your dreams

There are many dream interpretation websites and books available to help those that are not familiar with symbolism in dreams. The two references I use are: In Your Dreams, The Ultimate Dream Dictionary by Mary Summer Rain and Dreams, Your Magic Mirror with Interpretations by Edgar Cayce by Elsie Sechrist.

Yet, the information on the websites and in books is only a guideline for possible interpretation of your dreams. Everyone is different. A nightmare with a snake may symbolize an attack or retaliation to you, while it may symbolize wisdom to someone else, and temptation to another.

Over time you will come to know how to piece together the key elements in your dreams and their representation. Consider keeping a dream journal near your bedside to write down your dreams as soon as you awaken, since the subconscious also likes to forget. We start thinking about our day and our dreams fade away.

What to do about a Nightmare

If you can use your dream to solve an issue with conflict thinking within yourself then all the better for you to make a decision and draw to yourself what you need to enact it by your positive energy, thoughts, emotions and behaviors.

For those nightmares in which there is no logical resolve then visualization can help bring you into positive emotions. In a silent and reflective state visualize a positive and empowering outcome of the dream. You are putting positive energy back into the subconscious with your thoughts and emotions to change your attitude, empowering yourself to create a happier reality.

Another practice to consider that I do is just before you fall asleep is to make positive I am Declarations of Truth. This sets the tone and frequency of our thinking before going unconscious. Sleeping is beneficial for us in this stage of our evolution because the body uses it to regenerate since it is in a relaxed state, releasing stress.

Think of Air as Power. Breathe deep and take the Star position in bed, consciously contacting Universal Life Energy. Universal Life Energy is the first physical manifestation of the Eternal, connecting you with All Power, All Intelligence, All Truth, All Love and All Harmony. Consider an I am Declaration of Truth. The one below is taught in Science of Being:

Father, thou art inspiring me on the Spiritual plane. Guiding me on the Mental plane. Sustaining and protecting me on the Physical plane. I am an individualized projection into thy own Eternal substance. Proceeding from and indissolubly connected with thee, manifesting all the same qualities and powers. Thank You.

Living in the moment

Sometimes we do things we are not proud of, and it troubles us, which can go into our subconscious to grow and cause us to have nightmares or effects our behaviors without knowing why we act the way we do. Or we experience something that troubles us. And, it could have happened long ago, even when we were a child. Your consciousness can retrieve the images from nightmares and dreams and use it to release negative energy.

We can choose to be happy rather than carry around fear through the methods described above and those in other entries (specifically as described in the series Releasing False Beliefs about Yourself and Gaining Control over Negative Emotions).

The best thing we can do for ourselves is to live  in the moment being lead by unconditional Love, releasing egotistic temptations.
