What are your first thoughts and impression of the photo and poem? You reveal yourself.
Humanity as a general rule does not like to look at the evil in the world, our wrong, the terrible things we do. We want to talk about Love. We don’t want to talk about our negativity; it’s not a popular thing to talk about, write about, discuss. We’d rather ignore it for as long as possible until it causes us so much pain that we have to do something about it. It scares us. Yet, that is exactly what we have to look at.
We talk about Love so that we might be conscious of it and align with Love in our thoughts, emotions and behaviors. We talk about negativity so that we might be conscious of it, release it and align with unconditional Love. Doing both we learn to be fearless.
Is there evil in the world? … Yes. Why?… Because it is the collective and accumulated subconscious negative energy from all humanity. And, it is very contagious.
We do evil things. We are not evil, we are temporarily insane. We’ve lost reasoning, logic, common sense, consciousness. We’ve fallen into a dark, dark hole. Into the subconscious ego of negative energy, that generates more negative thoughts and emotions of hate and fear.
Deep inside we know that we are responsible for our own condition, our own creations of negative, evil. And that is very scary to us because we have to take responsibility for it and eventually do something about it.
There is no little devil on our shoulder or satan making us do horrible things and giving us a reason to say, “The devil made me do it.” Nor, is there a vengeful, selective god. The Great Causeless Cause is ubiquitous rather than selective. It is negative traits in our subconscious ego, which we created, that tempts us to do negative, harmful things.
It’s almost unbelievable how little we think of ourselves – and even fear about ourselves! The more I observe, it becomes evident that we unconsciously fear that we are incredibly powerful, incredibly creative, beautiful, loving. We fear it because it is unknown to us, that we wouldn’t know what to do with all that power and love. We’ve forgotten how beautiful and loving we are.
We doubt that we can love unconditionally.
Be brave. If we want to experience happiness, peace, become fearless and fulfill our soul purpose then we have to actually do something to harmonize ourselves. The more we try to understand the negative, the terrible things we as humans do the better. We face negativity so that we might release it.
When you begin to feel scared consider staying there in uncomfortable. It takes practice for most of us to stay there and before we can release it. Uncertainly is the promise, the adventure, of life. And contrary to conventional belief it is also the promise of Love.
There is the Light of Wisdom and Love upon Your path showing You the way! Love is the great harmonizer. We have the help of the Eternal backing us. And, we have the help of our fellow ‘man,’ and other Beings of Light radiating unconditional Love to us.
Through Courage, Wisdom, Sincerity and most of all Love we become fearless. And a spiritual warrior. It’s very contagious!

We can go through our day and even through our life without appreciating the grass beneath our feet, the trees that defy gravity to grow upright, or the clouds above our heads full of life giving water particles. Yet, they are an integrate part of our life, and they add beauty to our life. Nature inspires us if we are willing to be aware and conscious of it.
The beauty of these small pink orchids fascinate me and stir my imagination. They’re like little fairies with wings that sparkle from natural luminescence.
They’re about 2-3 inches across, and most of their petals are very sheer, while the center is bright yellow with tiny fuzzy looking growth. They have an aura of gentle eloquence and refinement. Yet, in their gentleness they also have a very strong presence. Unique and beautiful.
A friend had these orchids in a pot at her house in Thailand on the deck. She said that any orchids she tries to keep outside get eaten by the squirrels! Yes, squirrels any where in the world can be aggravating when they eat our stuff! I suppose that’s an analogy that it’s not our stuff – but Mother Nature’s!

Even photos of nature can connect us with the calming frequencies in nature through our imagination and mental vibrations. We are made of the same stuff, but plants and animals live more in harmony with the Great Principle and the Laws of Nature. Everything in nature can inspire us! The energy in nature and Mother Earth energizes, renews us and helps raise our conscious frequency and awareness.
Many things speak to me through analogy in this setting. The natural plant growth, trees, rounded stones, ripples in the water and the endless, open sky. The ingenious human use of water, the split rail fence and stacked stone walls, and the reflection of the mill in the pond.
It’s interesting that when we look at the reflection of the mill in the pond it appears upside-down to us. With water being a symbol of mind, it is an analogy that we can mentally perceive things in a polar condition, dual or upside-down. Yet, we can also perceive both the illusion and the cause, and know the difference. We can see beyond the substance and feel the spirit and be inspired.
This setting calms me and I can rest in the serenity. Green plants in nature normally have a very healing energy with soothing vibrations, a quality of open living, abundance, growth and love. From the analogy of their presence, they are very connected to the Life of the Universe, Universal Life Energy, and rooted in the present moment of living their soul purpose.
Interestingly, the heart chakra is associated with the frequency of the color green. With an open and tender heart we are abundant in love, giving and receiving love and life energy. In a natural condition it is the center of our life; we feel through it. But, the heart chakra can become overburdened with subconscious negativity and become damaged. Being in nature can help cleanse, heal and inspire us because we are emotionally reconnecting with our natural heart state.
We have house plants because they are alive and inspire us in more ways that providing oxygen. We line city streets with trees and make gardens on terraces. We cultivate an attitude of conservation of our forests, wildlife and oceans. Green is vital for our life!

Art is a creative expression, communication and statement. Art also gets us to think, ask questions, wonder. It can inspire us to be conscious of feeling something which manifests in our behavior. So, art can inspire us to create too! Great art inspires us to lookup within to our Higher Self and Love.
One of my spiritual teachers gave a wonderful lesson on – ‘I am the artist.’ Think about it! Creativity is a natural expression of our soul. It’s a self-help type of thing if we are conscious!

This scene is so beautiful I thought I would share it with You. I took this photo in Virginia on the Blue Ridge Parkway. It’s now a historic site called Mabry Mills, but they used to grind corn on a stone mill inside powered by a stream turning the water wheel.

Mortal to Immortal Man: deeper into Matter, Higher into Spirit, man redefined.
We like to know secrets – the inside story. We want to know the secret to attracting the things we want, love in our life and our happiness. Secrets are a human, mental concept which gives us a big clue to the secret for achieving our fulfillment and happiness.
Our mental condition determines our state of being, especially our happiness. But our mind is usually in an inconsiderate state of constant chatter. We also experience emotions like in fear, hatred, anxiety, worry, hurry – which feeds more busy thinking.
Yet it is also through our thinking that we can find our happiness and fulfillment. An easy way to be more aware of your thinking and quiet the mental chatter is to bring your mental focus to be in your body now and breathe. Feel your presence in your body – that is being conscious and mindful of your soul and a vaster realm of mind beyond human mental chatter. It’s an amazing awareness of Being. And, a big bonus is that you get a glimpse of unconditional Love.
These glimpses of love calms and harmonizes our thinking. And as we awaken to being motivated by kindness, consideration, goodwill and caring, then we become conscious of experiencing love. And, through experience we come to know that we are more and more in a mental condition of love. And in that condition we find, we realize, that we are happy and fulfilling our life purpose.
Being lead by Love is the secret to our human refinement and purpose of life here on earth – it’s not a secret at all.

When give of ourselves in service for our partners, our children, our parents, our friends and others. When we do acts of kindness. When we create works of encouragement and caring through our words, our actions and our constructions. When are truly grateful. When we are at peace. When we are present and are just being.
We reveal the beauty of our soul unconsciously in every part of us, every minute cell of us. Yet, we normally are not conscious of that beauty, of love. We fear it, thinking it a weakness rather than strength. Yet…

The ever-present now is the timeless conscious nature of I Am, but as humans we have also conditioned ourselves to be swayed by human dictates, including the human calendar.
According to the Gregorian calendar this is the year 2016, and it has a particular vibrational frequency which can give an indication of the character and potential of this year’s cyclical pattern.
Nine represents the end of a nine year cycle and a turning point. Next year will be a #1 year and the start of a new cycle according to numerology. This year signifies some fulfillment or attainment of the cyclic pattern we’ve been in. It’s a year of reckoning for all that has passed.
The number 9 also represents Man on the evolutionary vibrational spiral. All Matter is the Manifestation of God, the Unmanifest, with Man being a Divine Soul in the Logos. So with this year being represented by #9 it will be focused on human group and world concepts.
It may be a difficult turning point for us if we are unwilling to face our responsibility for the harshness and suffering in the world. Groups and governments have been trying to exert more power over the people, but the people have resisted, resulting in widespread emotional unrest. And, this will most likely continue this year.
But, some of the harshness can start to dissolve if we are willing to face our accumulated repository of intolerance. We’ve been stuck here for a very long time. We dream of tolerance and compassion in the world, but cling to self-righteousness and fear. So we must learn to detach, forgive and promote the brotherhood of mankind. We do have the opportunity to free our altruistic nature, to raise our consciousness and inspire the world to heal.
This year’s #9 energy can help us recognize the Unity of Life
and Universal Brotherhood of Man.
With the winds of change in the air, it can mean more uncertainty. There may be a variety of events this year, with inexplicable and exciting opportunities in our life stream. This indicates we will have to be more innovative and improvise in uncertain times.
With all the unrest and a troubled global economy the drive for more meaning in our life will gather speed. We will generally devote more time to humanitarian causes and spirituality.
Number nine, being a number of fulfillment, attracts success and money. But there are always yin and yang influences, and things can change very quickly.
Overall, towards the end of this year we can find some relief from all the emotional ups and downs, if we consciously endeavor for equanimity and finish up odds and ends. Gratitude for what we do have and allowing ourselves to enjoy life can help us turn things around.
It is time to plan ahead, to learn lessons and gain wisdom through our conscious experiences during our earthly sojourn. And, if we willingly end this 9 year cycle with some understanding and tolerance for each other and Mother Earth, we can enter the next 9 year cycle with confidence in our ability for positive creativity.
May you find Light, Love and Peace this year and all the years to come!
