Too busy to meditate…it’s a paradox!

We may feel so busy in our home and work life there doesn’t seem enough time to meditate even though it feels like a virtuous thing to do. But if we experience relentless stress, worries or depression then we may consider finding a way out of the uncomfortable.

Yet part of us can still stubbornly resist what can help us discover our inner calm and strength. It’s a paradox that we may unconsciously let dominate us!

Consider this: even though we may believe we don’t have time for meditation, we do what is important to us don’t we? 

Within the eye of the storm of our life is calm, and we can rest, recharge and rejuvenate our minds and hearts. We can reconnect with the tenderness in our hearts, even when our hearts have been broken. 

Within each of us is the Universe. It’s very expansive Universal Life Energy … God…Om! With a few minutes a day meditation can help you face life’s challenges and appreciate the joys with strength, confidence, and uplifting energies.  

And you will discover that you can Trust your Inner guru, your Higher Self. It will guide you to those insights you (your consciousness) are open to. And to those that are helpful and enlightening. You are protected in the Light of your Higher Self.

Reading this is an indication that you are ready

Even though we all live complicated human lives, we all are on our Spiritual journey! If you are reading this entry then it’s an indication that you are in the process of awakening to who you are! 

Life on earth is a great spiritual opportunity to purify our bodies, mind and emotions. Release the past, the old, the dead and embrace the present. To learn deep lessons, lift our consciousness, open our Hearts, and rise our frequencies.

Time is speeding up and there are opportunities all around us in every second to help us awaken and remember ourselves as Enlightened Beings Now!

Thinking that is only in some far off future time is the ego dreaming a dream to hold us fixed in it’s grip. 

Here are some of tools to help remember your enlightened nature:

1- Study Spiritual Wisdom that expands your conscious awareness.

I have found over the many years of studying and sharing the teachings of Science of Being that deeper and deeper understanding comes and old conditioning released. Practice of studying spiritual wisdom can gradually lift our consciousness when we let it sink into our subconscious and absorb it. Eventually the light of wisdom returns to our consciousness as Light and Love.

2- Think less.

We have grown a huge ego and subconscious that strives on thinking, over thinking and all the side issues we get tied up in. Silencing the thinking is essential for lifting our consciousness. Consider practicing   Relaxation and Silence…. then become the observer of the thinker.

Pause throughout your day and become silent. Observe body, mind and emotions. You can get insights and apply the spiritual lessons you’ve learned in the present to release concepts of self-identity, desires, and old wounds.  Contemplation, reflection, and meditation can help give us insights and deeper understands.

3- Connect with your Heart.

Your heart is your connection to multi-dimensions and to your Higher Self, Superconsciousness. Within your heart is that sacred chamber of The Eternal Unmanifest. If you let it, your Spiritual Heart will lead you to  ever-expanding awakenings, inspirations and Higher realms.

You can easily connect with the wisdom and Light of your Spiritual Heart by placing your hands over your physical heart, becoming silent and going within. Feel the Power of the Universe pumping into you and through you. 

Your heart is your Seat of Love and it helps you observe your thinking in a detached state. This will elevate your mind so you can listen to the guidance of your Superconsciousness firmly rooted in the higher frequencies and Light of your Heart. 

4-  Manifest your Heart and enlightened Mind in your life. 

Most of us get lost in the human world and become busy, busy with our work and family responsibilities.  Yet all of our responsibilities and challenges are stepping-stones to Higher realms! And those stepping-stones can become leaps that light up our minds and connect us with our hearts when we find the light within all our responsibilities and challenges.

Be grateful and express that gratitude in your actions and you will be circulating that light. As you circulate light you blend with All Light, awakening to your Unity with the eternal moment. You begin to transcend polarity and find that constant change is constant Unity.

Are you bad? Fat? Special? 4 ways to construct a positive self-image without self-importance

If you repeatedly think of yourself as having little self-worth, as a special person, as “the exception” or anything in-between, then the ego has become self-decimating. Fortunately mind is a very creative power and we can construct a positive self-image that will help us consciously grow into our True Being and soul.

Consider these 4 methods:

#1 

If you fight against the ego and a self-image you only feed it more energy. 

 When you find yourself thinking of being a terrible person, weak, jealous or superior, pause your thinking. Relax and become conscious of Being in your physical body in the present moment. Become silent, stopping all thinking

You are detaching from the subconscious ego and all its programming and beliefs, especially those of self-image. You are rising out of the subconscious into consciousness. Becoming conscious of your True Being and soul.

When you return to activity it will be easier to remain aware of your inner Being which has no self-judgment, rather calm awareness of Being. This will help you function more effectively in your human reality.

#2 

Being conscious of what you are feeling may be far easier that what you think. You may feel a tightness in the solar plexus or pain in the heart. Both are seats of the subconscious. Look to your feelings for insights, then go silent. Pause. Relax. Observe. Release and Be.

The subconscious functions and thrives on the thoughts, feelings, pain, trauma, memories and conditioning of the past, affecting our thinking and feelings in the present situation. But remember that we can instinctively feel the truth in our heart center because the heart is not only conscious and center of attraction, it is also our seat of Love. 

#3 

When you find you’re self-judging, immediately reject it. Persistently throw it in the mental garbage can. 

The ego also likes to compare itself to others to make you feel better about yourself. So next time you find that you’re comparing yourself, or if someone else judges you, immediately throw it away. It’s an act of Self-Love and for everyone else too!

#4 

 Emotionally lift yourself up with positive thoughts and words of Declarations of Truth like, “I am one with All Energy, Intelligence, Truth, Love, Spirit. I am indissolubly connected with the Great Principle.” Physically speaking words of power and love manifests it in the world now. This also feeds your subconscious with positive thoughts and energy shrinking the ego and building your future.

Also turn up the palm of your hands and consciously contact Universal Life Energy.

4 Essentials to step outside the ego’s paradox

Even though our egos may convenience us that we want to awaken, that we want to be lifted from our human drudgery and suffering, the ego clings to our established self-identities in fear of losing ourselves. It’s a paradox.

So what can we do to step outside of ourselves? Outside of our ego and make a quantum leap into conscious awakening?

1. Physically contact God, the Great Principle

On on a deep level we want to have physical contact with God, the Creator, but the ego closes us off unconsciously. When you contact Universal Life Energy you are contacting The Great Principle and you can feel IT physically.

Contact with ULE goes far beyond any religious, ego-made sacraments wishing wine is the blood of Christ.

When we reestablish that contact with exercises like the Mental Contact or the Star Exercise not only our bodies absorb It and we can feel IT physically, but It also enlightens our mind.

And even those emotions associated with memories hidden in the unconscious are gradually harmonized. It helps lift the subconscious ego bit by bit. 

2. Be brave and let the past die

I highly recommend pausing throughout your day and entering the Silence. Relaxation and Silence is an essential step to overcoming the ego’s paradox.

Relax and enter the Silence, releasing all thought. In a very real way human language is the past. Just Be in Silence. You will begin to feel Universal Life Energy.

When you do return to thought, stay in the present moment. Observe and question every discouraging speck of yourself. Question anxiety, worry, complaints, self-pity, impatience, glamour and stubborn, habitual prejudices. Release them. They are the past.

Pausing in the moment brings me back to consciousness, sanity, because I realize that the ego gets totally lost in believing this human life is all there is. It lifts me and refreshes my conscious awareness and connection to my Spiritual Heart.

A quantum leap happens when you let the past die. Birth happens. Be Now. Experience the new moment.

3. Synchronize your intent with Love, the creative energy of the Universe

Live sincerely and True in the moment forgetting the ego’s personality. Remember that you are everything with the Great Principle.

A sincerely loving intent to remember can manifest immediately because sincerity is the emotional seed of potential in Matter. It happens because sincerity opens the door to your spiritual heart and to Unconditional Love of the Unmanifest, a very creative power. But we normally live and co-create in subconscious human collective time and space, so preserve.

4. Let Love flow from your heart

Commit to unconditional Love. Love life, everything and everyone unconditionally. See beauty in others.

Not until your mind is pervaded with unconditional Love will you raise above the paradox of the ego. The ego can make you believe this step is impossible and that’s its darkness and fear working to hold its power over you, imprisoning Love. 

By becoming conscious of Unconditional Love little by little it will help you release doubt or fear that ties you to the past. And any attachments to a possible future or expectations.

Things fall into place

Be childlike, joyful. Wake up each day with an enthusiastic attitude.

Find beauty in the moment and something good in every circumstance, seeing beyond the mundane, pain and suffering. Learn and evolve from it. This lifts the consciousness from the ego’s perception of the Law of Polarity as opposites of good or bad, light or dark, rather than everything blends with seeds in each.

 Be grateful for the insight and inspiration, knowing you are part of something greater than yourself.

During your practice of Relaxation and Silence, the Mental Contact and meditations you may experience being Light and make the Spiritual Contact.

Gradually you rise above the ego’s paradox.

4 essentials for creating harmony in your life

You enjoy a little disharmony. You get attention when you cry, when you are miserable, and the strategy of the subconscious ego is to get attention. The ego unconsciously makes you feel like you have to perform to get any attention. Any kind of love. You grumble, complain, shout, protest, declare war, have aches and pains. Drama pays! The subconscious ego desires happiness, but it is also neurotic, causing disharmony. 

This is an amazing thing to realize!

Disharmony in our life exists because of the Law of Harmony! When the subconscious ego hits against Harmony it creates an egotistical concept of disharmony and we suffer. 

My own experience is that we unconsciously cling to disharmony. Trauma from our childhood can still hurt our inner child even as an adult. We may not be conscious of that hurt, of how trauma effects our ego, but it will appear in painful emotions, negative attitudes and in unbalanced bodies. The Law of Harmony brings disharmony and pain to the surface of our consciousness. 

Your authentic self quests for Harmony

When things really get bad, a sincere person goes silent and asks why: Why do I suffer this pain and hurt? It is a turning point. You are beginning to become conscious, and quest to find the cause of disharmony and how to avoid it. This is how you find harmony. 

Balance these Four Square essentials for harmony

  1. Use your energy wisely. Relax. Tension and mental stress cause problems. Stop fighting, stop performing  and begin relaxing in the moment. Peace is your natural state and your soul qualities surface. And, consider contacting Universal Life Energy, the Force of the Universe and Great Principle to help you.
  2. Use your intelligence wisely. Try to understand yourself, the way your mind and ego works, the reason for disharmony. This will help you understand and relate to others. Practice silence, meditation, mindfulness to help you align with your Higher Self, your supersonciousness. Slowly, slowly as your silent quest for answers deepens so does your understanding. You may gain some insight and realize you create disharmony, but you also realize there is always an opportunity to align with harmony instead.  
  3. Use truth wisely. Work to be truthful. Do the right thing at the right time. Avoid disharmony. We hurt ourselves when we declare war. We are hitting against harmony; aligning with disharmony rather than harmony.  
  4. And, above all, use love wisely. Start simply. Express Love simply. Be decent. Take into consideration both yourself and others. We are all connected. Have goodwill towards others and hope the best for them. And, be consciously grateful for the little things and the big things in your life. This will help you build on your love.

The key to Harmony is Love

Lack of gratitude has a terrible impact on our life. It is an indication that mind has turned away from Love. Our thinking has gone cold. 

Yet, through Mind we return to Harmony. Mind is the leader here on earth, so when you are conscious of love in your thoughts, when you choose love, then the rest of you follows. Your attitudes, emotions and behaviors also express love. You are cooperating with harmony. You are being in harmony, aligning with Harmony.

Harmony is essential in all things

Unexpected help in the Creative Fire!

It’s no wonder that we occasionally feel like there’s something seriously wrong with us. We can become obsessed with seeing the wrong in the world, in politics, in religion, and within ourselves, so we fight against it. What we don’t usually realize is that when we fight against something we empower it.

The inner continuous battle between our subconscious ego and conscious self can be difficult. If you are aware of having a heart that sees and feels the truth: choose to fight for your conscious self rather than fighting against the ego.

The child in us is vulnerable 

When we fight against our ego it will do whatever it takes to be superior, to protect itself from loosing its power and influence over our conscious self, our thinking and emotions. We empower the opposition because of the Law of Polarity. And, we end up hurting ourselves anyway because of the Law of Unity and Law of Attraction.

For example, fighting back when you are criticized. The ego wants to be superior and you can get lost in it, following your thoughts to anger, sadness or even depression. The child in us is shocked and hurt, and that hurt goes into our body. We assume and believe those thoughts are a part ourselves. You can end up mad and resentful, and later even  hating yourself, thinking there is something wrong with you, feeling like you’re not good enough. 

The ego supports and keeps us in such holding patterns of thinking. It becomes an addiction for us, but we don’t realize it is an addiction. We can’t seem to control it and we condemn ourselves, thinking our spiritual practice doesn’t help. 

Fight for instead of against

When we fight for our conscious self we are fighting to know our authentic self, our presence, our Being. We empower our conscious self.

Observe the temptations of the ego to get angry and resentful without attachment. Consider listening to criticism and use it for constructive improvement. You remain conscious without following a train of thought of angry retaliation in self-righteousness or of inferiority. Maybe you are even fascinated by these fearful thoughts. Instead, just observe and let thoughts float in a stream, getting further away until they are gone.  

I am grateful for my awareness of fearful thoughts and feelings because it has stirred me to awaken to the way the ego will exert its influence to dominate my awareness and reality.

And, it can awaken you to something more – to the spirit of your inner Being. Your energy. That creative fire within that changes your awareness of your Self and creates a revolution, and evolution of change. 

You become conscious of freedom. Freedom from the ego. Freedom from the pain of hurt feelings, from retaliation, self-righteousness or inferiority. You are raising above the ego and You are reaching into higher realms of understanding. You are recognizing I am That. You are present as a soul in a body,  Self-conscious of being. 

A step beyond 

Consider adding another step to your realization and consciously fight to be one with Harmony, to align your conscious being with spirit. Say, feel and be conscious of something like: I am One with All Life, Intelligence, Truth, Love, Spirit. I am a ray of the Eternal manifesting all the same powers.  I am That. You will receive unexpected help.

Each of us are in a personal transformation process of discovering and revealing our Real Self and soul. We are in a creative process – we create our reality  which is a reflection of our original spiritual power of creativity. But we repress  or deny that power of creativity or use it to cause us to be distracted or to misdirect it in negative creations and self-images that cause us to suffer.

We believe we are not smart enough, rich enough, thin enough, fit enough, witty enough, beautiful enough, educated enough. We feel lonely, depressed, worried, left out. Thinking and believing false assumptions until they become our self-concept and identity. We can feel justified for jealousy, hatred, and even take offense against others. These are our creations that cause us to suffer. 

We will reap the effects of our thought, emotions and actions – and it will manifest in our life.

Create your happiness

We create a more harmonious, happy life with positive energy – positive thoughts, emotions, and of course, behaviors and actions. It all starts with our attitude!

Here are some simple ways to create a happier life for yourself, which will touch others also: 

  1. Approach everything as being an opportunity to grow and learn the lesson of love, even during the most trying of times. 

  2. Be conscious and mindful of the watcher of the thinker! Detach from negative thoughts and emotions. 

  3. Be grateful for your opportunity of life and to have come this far.

  4. Listen to your intuition and follow through on the guidance.

  5. Express goodwill, kindness, caring and love from the tenderness of your heart to everyone, including yourself. 

  6. Contact Universal Life Energy to energize and harmonize yourself.

  7. Mentally and emotionally connect to the Eternal with Declarations of Truth just before falling asleep. I am statements like: I am One with the Absolute, All Power, All Wisdom, All Truth, All Love and All Beings.  

  8. Daily practice spiritual exercises, such as, Relaxation and Silence, meditation. 

  9. Create something everyday – like when you were happy and in the moment creating as a child – art, cooking, writing, imaginative beauty – the ways are unlimited! Listen to your Higher Self.

  10. Smile!

A Mindful Contact

There are two simple exercises that are essential before meditation. And, they have important benefits when preformed independent of meditation.

Relaxation and Silence only takes a few minutes a day  to get a glimpse into your own mind and it’s nature. You can become conscious of vaster areas of mind, quiet the mental, monkey chatter and refresh your body.  

We are usually caught up in the daydream of the ego during our day at work or home. Yet, in  these exercise you can release the daily worries and stress. You become conscious of the mental chatter, the urges and desires of the subconscious, the reasoning and logic of the consciousness and the calm, peaceful guidance of the Superconsciousness. You quiet the mind and release the ego.  

Some have described the Silence as experiencing “nothing” or “zero.” And, you may not recognize it until after coming out of it. Your consciousness becomes open, clear and fresh. Before you is the vastness of possibilities without expectations and you become mindful, in the moment. 

A big bonus is that in this open physical and mental state you may become conscious of the influx of Universal Life Energy, the first manifestation of the Absolute! It is an influx that is always occurring, yet when we are conscious of it then the more more good it can do for us.

We unconsciously use Universal Life Energy to create our reality – and in a subconscious, negative emotional state then that creation will attract more negative energy. Yet, when we are conscious of Life Energy then we can contact it to help us attract more positive energy in our endeavors and quest to create a stronger, healthier, happier life.

Simple Methods to Be Happier, Part 1

No one is happy all the time. We chase happiness because, while we may have it for a time, it is fleeting. We set an ideal, reach it and when our happiness fades we set a new ideal. Or, we may have been in a state of contentment and then something happened at work or home and we become unsettled due to negative circumstances or ego traits, which can trigger a tailspin.

However, the majority of our happiness is determined by our choices – that is, our choices of thoughts and behaviors.

There are some simple ways you can develop more awareness of your innate inner happiness.

 1. Choose Love

 We may say all we want is to be happy, yet what we truly want is Love. We want to be conscious of being loving and being loved; of knowing Love.

It’s the feeling of Love that changes things for us. When you choose to think, feel and express love in all that you do, like being consciously friendly, caring and considerate, the more you become conscious of Universal Love and your innate happiness.

The feeling of genuine love is the soul manifesting Universal Love as substance. However, when you choose to pervert love and generate fear-based emotions, it is still substance, but physically manifests in your life negatively as illness and problems. The subconscious perverts and reverses the power of Love, therefore you see and experience everything upside down. You feel separate and apart from everyone and everything, especially the Great Principle and Universal Love.

As you come to feel and express love more in your relationships and life you become more aware of Universal Love, and this will lead to the conclusion there is only one choice and that is for Love and happiness.

2. Cultivate gratitude

Start your day out optimistically by consciously stating 3 different things every morning that you are grateful for. Try this for 21 days at least! That’s the amount of days it takes for most of us to establish new brain patterns or habits with repeated daily practice.

You are creating substance, chemistry in the brain, to construct these new patterns with the power of Universal Love and Universal Mind. Therefore, if you consciously practice it every day for 21 days you will have created an optimistic attitude, or at least the start of one!

Gratitude (and optimism) has a vibration of love that attracts more reasons to be grateful and happy because it activates the Law of Attraction! It can also help you be more conscious of your Inner Love and more receptive to Universal Love. When you realize that you are part of Universal Love and emotionally feel it then you are physically, mentally and emotionally creating change in yourself and also helping others.

3. Practice Relaxation and Silence

 If you spend 5 to 10 minutes daily releasing the tenseness of the body and the constant monkey chatter in your thinking you can change the frequency of your brain energy.

The busy, busy vibrations of the human world can cause the brain to overload and your thinking can get habitually lost in circumstances or egotistic energies of negativity and fear. Those few minutes of Relaxation and Silence are a relief and you begin to feel free and peaceful. You are freeing yourself from the ego and it’s traits based in fear.

That feeling of freedom and peace are qualities of Love, and they can open you to new vistas in your attitude and behaviors that materialize in your life as happiness and love. Very simple to do and very effective!
