Negative Emotional Contagion

and Protecting Yourself 

Because of the mass fear circling the global I am republishing this very relative entry in the hopes that we Lightbearers can remember and be the brightness in the dark. Fear is very contagious, however it is an illusion of the subconscious. Caution is wise while Love protects us.

Let us bear the Light and Love and Give the Healing Vibrations to humanity today and everyday. And thus this entry in the hopes it will give you insight, courage and inspiration to be Strong, Wise, True and Loving….

Emotional energy is contagious, especially negative emotions like fear that is circling the globe, but there are ways to protect yourself and uplift those around you, and indeed the world.

What’s Happening
Low-frequency energy projected as fear can be thrown to you personally or to humanity as a whole and can hit you hard. It may be generated by mass media but jump from one person to next, resulting in global scale hysteria if you are not conscious, mindful in the moment, and radiate an aura of calm and love. 

Taking precautions is wise. Being logical is reasonable and smart. Wisdom is better. Love is best. With the help of the Great Principle and your Inner Being the hope is you find herein this entry ways and means of protection and projection of Love. 

Emotional energy can jump from one person to another to enslave an entire group, create a mob, or even enslave the global community! A really dramatic emotional attack like fear can feel like a blow to the solar plexus, even send you bending doubled over, arms clucking over your belly trying to heal the hurt of dread and worry. Or it can feel like an arrow to the heart, especially if the emotion of fear or hatred is involved since the heart is the seat of love. Hatred is based in fear, a polar of love. Most of us have definitely felt it one time or another because we are not consciously centered in love ourselves. We may put our hand to our heart in an unconscious effort to boost our energy and love there.

Fear depletes the life force stored in our solar plexus. Or more accurately fear is stored in the solar plexus because of our unconscious disconnect with Universal Life Energy. Fear instead of the Life Force is radiated throughout our body. Over time a deficient Solar plexus can make us feel low in energy, confused and insecure, even sick.

Fear can also settle and grow in the heart chakra for the same reason because we unconsciously disconnect from Universal Life Energy, Universal Love Itself. Eventually a deficient heart chakra can make us feel unloved, sorry for ourselves and like a victim. And even worst, when negative energy accumulates because we do not know how to protect ourselves or release it, our physical heart can be damaged, manifesting as heart dis-ease.

How to Protect Yourself
We react stronger and quicker to negative emotions of others because we carry around the same low-frequency energy in our subconscious ego. Through the Law of Attraction the negative emotion draws out negative emotions from us if we let the ego dominate and make a slave of us.

It’s almost like we can’t help our self getting caught up in the emotional energy of fear!  It’s so contagious….unless… we are alert and aware… conscious of ‘the thinker,’ observant without attachment, mindful so we don’t get caught up in the monkey chatter of the subconscious ego and get involved in any fearful energy that jumps around.

Here are some ways to protect ourselves:

  • Be conscious of the temptation to jump into a negative emotion like fear. Being conscious of the temptation is being conscious of our authentic powers as a soul – our mental freedom of choice and self-determination. We manifest in the Universal Laws, including Karma (Cause and Effect), but we still have a choice as a soul how we proceed in Life; how we evolve – how we learn the principles of Life. 
  • From that conscious awareness of our soul power of choice, the calm of our Higher Self can help us free ourselves of the burden of the subconscious temptation. We can release it, step back from it and let it go. That freedom to choose is a great gift!

 If we succumb to temptation and release negative energy in the form of anger or other negative traits like fear on others it will only boomerang to return to us sooner or later. And, that negative energy will gain strength due to accumulating similar energies as it circles in our personal and human mental atmosphere over time. This is what’s happening in the world now.

  • If we choose to step back from it, we may still get bombarded by more negative energy from those that are angry and really intent of passing on fear and panic. The drama is so seductive. Mentally deny the possibility of transfer of negativity, that is deny the possibility of it adversity affecting you. This is called mental negation. And it is a powerful tool!
  • If you contact Universal Energy, which is Universal Love, and visualize it radiating from your Heart you will create a bubble of protection in your aura. You will feel a difference in your attitude, or at least I do! 
  • Yet, our greatest and only True protection from negative emotional contagion is Love, unconditional and impersonal. Love harmonizes everything sooner or later.
  • Love and Mind combined, detached awareness centered in Love, helps us in stressful situations and allows us to be conscious of negative energy and the possibility of emotional contagion without responding to it. 

A Treasure
You are empowered to release any temptation to jump into negative energy. But, if you do get caught up in the drama of the situation and recognize that you have, then remember that it is your Higher Self and the Great Principle disclosing that the personality (human ego) is out of alignment with your soul. That insight is humbling and something to treasure. 

An important point to remember is that we learn from our stumbles; that we can get up and continue working to free ourselves of the subconscious ego. We have gotten on the other side of a mistake.

We are reaching for love and our own authentic Power and the Great Principle is always compassionately helping us.

Tempted to do something bad? Don’t trust your feelings!

When we are tempted to do something “bad” but it feels like a “good” idea at the time….don’t trust your feelings. However there are great potential energies for us!

Emotionally we may feel righteous with a undertow of doubt. It’s all good because it’s a sure sign that we have some conscious awareness of our Inner Being! A sign that we have some inkling of the subconscious ego’s pull on our feelings. It’s a sign of conscious awareness and if we pause and quiet our thoughts then we can observe it all as a detached observer.

The detached observer is conscious and alert without judgment, while the subconscious ego wants attention, tempts us to do “bad” things, is self-righteous and judges harshly. We may also experience it as doubt, sadness, loneliness, or some other emotion based in the past.

Yet, when we feel a darkness, like self-righteousness or doubt about doing something bad, it is a sure sign … a wonderful sign … to reach up mentally and emotionally to Be and relax … accept the moment as an opportunity to Know Light and Love and our connection with Source. To feel Life in our hands … Universal Life Energy, That is God.

It’s something like this…

If I become aware of really disliking someone … I become quiet and just observe myself… I observe myself without disliking myself though I’m very tempted to put myself down because of past conditioning….instead I observe all of this as if above it … without judgement for myself and therefore without condemnation for the other person too because if I judge them harshly I’m judging myself harshly.

Then I mentally surround myself with Universal Life Energy, Light and Love and send it to them too. This is creating an attitude of non judgment and atmosphere of acceptance. It is trusting Source because Source creates Strength, and opportunity for our Freedom, and happiness. Then I drop it and leave the rest to Source.

Trust

There’s a big difference between trusting our feelings and trusting our intuition. Our Inner Being always feels good and harmonious, and when we are conscious we can get guidance from our superconscious Inner Being or soul. This guidance may appear as intuition and it will always feel calm, harmonious and uplifting but not righteous. There may be feelings of caution, but not fear. Consideration, but not doubt.

Our Inner Being knows because of Love, but the subconscious doubts because of fear. The subconscious ego pushes in doubt because it fears making a mistake. Or fears being unlovable, or being rejected, or being left out. And all these fears are rooted in the past and conditioning.

We can observe fear from a place in our Inner Being that is without judgment. And that is a place of consideration, which is love.

In a deeper sense there is only love because within fear is the potential for love because love has become a prisoner of subconscious fear.

 

Simple!

Only the present moment exist for us, but what we generate now we attract more of. Therefore it’s simple. We can ask ourselves what we want more of. By generating thoughts, intentions, and behaviors of light and love… or having an active, uplifting imagination of them we attract more of the same.

Choosing Light and Love is taking the High road, the Spiritual road… yet on this road there are challenges too… because the subconscious fights against Harmony, Light, Love.

Yet this road gets easier as we travel it. We realize, experience and know the Help behind us and with us … Source and our Inner Being.

The Joye in surprise – I am meditation

Our Inner Being only sees Light and experiences Love in all situations, but humanly we don’t always experience it that way. The human perspective is polar or dual, and we experience them as good or bad, fearful or loving experiences. We usually are unconscious of how we attract and create our reality with our thoughts and emotions in this dual perspective, but we can be. And Life can surprise us in very enjoyable ways when we allow it!

Co-creating joyful adventures!

Like for me today…..I was meditating on joy and happiness realizing it is our natural state. And the Declarations of Truth were: “My Inner Being is in complete harmony with Source. I am in complete Harmony with Source.”

And feelings of gratitude and love filled my Being.

Afterwards I remained open to the realization that thoughts, and more importantly that emotions, are a base, a beginning for creation. Vibrational energy of thoughts and emotions attracts the same vibrational energy.

And later I experienced a reflection of the same vibrational energy in my human reality. A little girl named Joye captured my attention with her enthusiasm and joy for life right in the moment that she was. And it radiated out to touch everyone nearby… if they allowed it. And I did. She did. Her parents did. And we became friends then and there, enjoying each other. It was a great adventure.

Attracting your Joy

And everyday we can experience an enjoyable adventure …. when we allow it. Meditation can help us focus on and remember joyful, loving innate energies within ourselves, which will attract more of those energies.

You can try it for yourself. In meditation consciously allow yourself to feel the joy, gratitude, tenderness and love that naturally resides in your heart. Include them in your Declarations of Truth or make them like those above. Then drop any expectations, leaving it to Source. Do not try to control any outcomes. Trust and remain open to the unlimited possibilities in the Universe!

Co-creating undesirable experiences

But we can also be very unaware of our emotions, because so many are conditioned and programmed unconsciously. Our body can react to situations with unconscious emotions, like the knee jerk reaction to something that startles us. And though it may be temporary, we experienced the fearful flight reaction in our body.

If we are unconscious of our emotions and feelings we can be down, frustrated or anxious without knowing we attract more of the same energies. Like the other evening at dinner I became distracted when a person at the next table in the restaurant started coughing. I had this this urge to get away.

I realized then that I unconsciously reacted with dislike. But instead of releasing the dislike and find the tenderness and love in my heart right then, I continued to be unconsciously distracted in the situation.

Sure enough, the next morning I experienced some physical discomfort in the throat. Realizing it was my thoughts and emotions that initiated the situation in myself, I quickly had the thought and happy emotion that I am in perfect health! And I felt I had turned a corner as emotions of enthusiasm, engagement, sincerity and loving trust arose to the Truth within.

Then I left it to the Great Law of Attraction and Great Principle without expectations, trusting that it will work out harmoniously according to Universal Law. And this experience was a great adventure too!

The great gift

We can be surprised by the unexpected when we flow in the creative energies of Source without expectations. Those surprises awaken us a bit more to our Inner Powers unity with Source. And as we awaken and become more and more conscious of our Inner Being we see Light and experience Love in our reality.

And that is a great gift is it?

Tempted to go down a dark, dark hole – Empowering yourself amidst turmoil

Hoping happiness for others plays a vital role in our own happiness. But we can find it difficult to stay positive amidst turmoil in our life and in the world. Fretting and wanting things to be different can keep us in perpetual worry, fret and fear. Yet we can empower ourselves with some simple practices.

Taking a different path

Constant thinking about what we don’t want takes us down a dark hole. 

When I’m in that hole I can’t see or think anything positive. So the best course of action I’ve found is to be silent. Relax and be quiet. Quiet the thinking or focus on breathing.  This breaks the connection to the habitual patterns of subconscious conditioning. But if you realize you are thinking, just observe it without following familiar trails, returning to your breathing and  the present moment. Be the detached observer. 

That’s when you can see a choice that was not there before.

No one or any condition can make us worried, sad or mad unless we agree to it. This realization has stopped me in my tracks! We can choose another path.

We may not have control over people or situations, but we may be able to remove ourselves from those energies that do not lift us. And we can control our own minds. Once you realize this then you can set yourself on a positive trajectory.

Something else happens

To the constant thinker being silent sounds counterproductive, yet being silent frees us to lift our consciousness.

This is when something else happens. Without the influence of the past or desires of the future, in other words without the influence of subconscious worry trails and programming that have been established through habit and unconscious programming, you can ignite the courage to liberate love and tenderness from your heart. This is so freeing in my experience.

When circumstances are not necessarily in sync

Tenderness may express and surface to your consciousness as calm gratitude. Mentally focusing on those things that you are grateful for activates the Law of Attraction, attracting more reasons for your happiness. The more gratitude that surfaces, the more likely you will experience harmony within. Love instead of fear within which has always been there.

Even when physical circumstances are not necessarily in sync with the calm and tenderness you experience within, you are empowering yourself and co-creating reality through the Law of Attraction. With love, consideration and caring as vital parts of your motivation, you are better able to co-create a happier reality. 

Any act of constructive creativity makes us a bit happier! And we can remove ourselves from stressful conditions if circumstances permit it. Turn off media. Be in nature. Do acts of kindness. And Live a Conscious Heart. 

The Light of Truth

Sure there may be times, in moments of doubt, that we feel like succumbing to feeling like crap again. Yet that contrast points to an opportunity! It’s an opportunity to recognize your Inner Strength and that the temptation to fall in a dark hole is a temporary illusion and let it go.

Grab hold of uplifting visions and contact Universal Life Energy. Be in the present moment, trusting that you are part of something greater than yourself. You are One with Source; have Faith and Trust in that.

When you hear, “Don’t look!”  It’s like when Perseus was warned about Medusa’s snakes for hair that could turn a man to stone. It’s almost impossible not to look! Or when you hear someone say, “Don’t be afraid.” It’s like your heart drops and you’ve heard, “Be afraid, be very afraid!” It’s a subconscious mind trick.

The subconscious ego will take us emotionally and mentally on rides to places to support its own programming. It’s self-righteous and dislikes being bossed around because of fear. And it’s programmed to keep us mentally busy, chatty and inattentive in our thinking so we are constantly being entertained. We follow its trails of thoughts.

The subconscious is entertained by the primary word of the thought rather than the word not or n’t. The word not or n’t seems to disappear from our attention and we follow a familiar trail of thoughts from the primary word.

And we are all good with that until we start to consciously wake up.

When we start to wake up we realize it’s  a challenge to become conscious and in the present moment. All of our past history, stories, beliefs and habits are like alluring trails that lead us to the familiar.

Yet there is a simple awakening practice. And this works when talking to yourself or when speaking with others.

Consciously choose the appropriate words as directives to the subconscious.

If the goal is to remember, rather than saying, “don’t forget,” say, “remember.”

When speaking to yourself, mentally swallow remember in order to program the subconscious to remember. This is using the Law of Gender, because you plant an idea in the subconscious to grow and return to the consciousness. 

I’ve used this method so many times when I feel it is critical to remember something, like where I parked the car in a parking garage.

Be conscious of the words you choose. And remember the way the subconscious works. Consider saying, “Look away,” rather than, “Don’t look!” And, “Be brave,” or “Be courageous,” rather than, “Don’t be afraid.” 

Your Superconscious speaks to you through intuition and leads your power of discrimination when you allow it. So listen to your intuition. You know what to do and what not to do and are conscious and in the moment. 

Inevitably there are times it seems appropriate to use not. Like, “This does not mean…” Just follow that thought with what it does mean.

Simple practices to bring your Soul to the surface of your life

Greetings Lightbearers!

As promised from the sister website, included here are some simple ways to become conscious of your soul and bring that awareness to the surface of your life. I use these practices daily and have found them to ground me in conscious awareness throughout the day and into night.

1.First thing upon awakening in the mornings become conscious of Being. Conscious of body, mind and attitude.

Your attitude and emotions are great powers of the soul, with the greatest of these being love and compassion because they encompass the very essence of all of yourself.

Your emotions are the catalysts that spark the Law of Attraction into action. If your thoughts and emotions are of low frequencies or high frequencies, that is what you attract. 

Most important is to be conscious of Being part of something greater than yourself; being part and one with the Source!

2. If you are agreeable with the weather, consider performing the Star Exercise outside. Being in nature with the sunshine, air and earth all contribute to our well-being. Standing and walking barefoot on Mother Earth grounds us; charges our body with electrons which helps heal and renew our cells, while reducing stress. Morning sunshine also charges our bodies with vital vitamin D and awakens our bodies to activity. About 10 minutes in the morning sun is so beneficial.

3.  I usually combine deep breathing and stretching within the quiet of the morning to release any subconscious hidden or lagging stress, including muscle stress and emotional stress. Deep breathing oxygenates your brain and body cells to help you function in a clearer state. It also brings in and charges the body and mind with Universal Life Energy  which helps you better preceive the highest part of yourself and connection with the Source.

4. A few minutes doing several floor stretches for the back in particular is helpful. I’ve found yoga stretches opens the lower chakras so the flow of energy from the kundalini (Life Center) can rise up freely. The root chakra is the Seat of the Soul and dormant soul energies can be freed to flow up to connect with the consciousness and superconsciousness. 5. Relaxation and Silence is the base for meditation and all practices because if you are tense, physically or mentally, then the mind and body shut down. Which essentially means you are functioning from low frequencies, and most likely from the egotistic subconscious. The subconscious ego does not relinquish control easily because we have conditioned it to be that way, however, with persistent practice you can release and enter relaxation and Silence anywhere, anytime.

6. Enter into Meditation for 5 minutes to one hour. A simple meditation is to focus on the breath. Yet also consider this meditation to bring your Soul to the forefront of your consciousness:  Soul Meditation.

7. Slowly come out of meditation with an attitude of Gratitude.

8. Continue your day with an awareness of being in the moment fully. Everything is new, without assumption, habitual thoughts, or worries about the future.

You matter in this Universe; your thoughts, attitudes and behaviors. Everything counts, meaning your choices matter in life and in your day. 

So choose to have compassion for yourself and help yourself relax and enjoy life! And when you do opportunities for your success and happiness open before You!

Too busy to meditate…it’s a paradox!

We may feel so busy in our home and work life there doesn’t seem enough time to meditate even though it feels like a virtuous thing to do. But if we experience relentless stress, worries or depression then we may consider finding a way out of the uncomfortable.

Yet part of us can still stubbornly resist what can help us discover our inner calm and strength. It’s a paradox that we may unconsciously let dominate us!

Consider this: even though we may believe we don’t have time for meditation, we do what is important to us don’t we? 

Within the eye of the storm of our life is calm, and we can rest, recharge and rejuvenate our minds and hearts. We can reconnect with the tenderness in our hearts, even when our hearts have been broken. 

Within each of us is the Universe. It’s very expansive Universal Life Energy … God…Om! With a few minutes a day meditation can help you face life’s challenges and appreciate the joys with strength, confidence, and uplifting energies.  

And you will discover that you can Trust your Inner guru, your Higher Self. It will guide you to those insights you (your consciousness) are open to. And to those that are helpful and enlightening. You are protected in the Light of your Higher Self.

When I was a little girl about 5 years old my mom took a snap shot of me sitting on the front steps of our house with my elbows on my knees and fists under my chin. I had a horrific pout on my face, with my lower lip sticking out so far that it practically covered my chin! My mom tried to get me out of that mood, but couldn’t. So instead she took a picture of me that way. At the time I was too stubborn being a victim to know the real reason she did it.

You always reveal the Truth 

We don’t always want to see things about ourselves that others do. Nor do we always WANT to free ourselves. The ego wants to cling to desires and the past, yet that attitude freezes us, making us blind to  present Harmony. We loose site of harmonious opportunities.

Becoming conscious of the Truth about ourselves, the good, the bad, the ugly, is a vital step on our spiritual journey and cooperation with Harmony. We become conscious of disharmony in order to release it. And we recognize Harmony within ourselves and the Universe in order to consciously unify ourselves with IT.  

When our thinking and attitude aligns with Harmony then it follows that our behaviors and conditions will also, through the Law of Unity. 

Conscious detachment includes:

1. Even when you are in a room full of people, pause within. Observe in a detached state your body language, facial expression, attitude, letting any self-judgments or concepts pass you by.

2. Observe your thinking and expectations in a detached state. Observe how you may have considered playing a role or expect others to be a certain way, letting them drift by. Let temptations of feeling left out, lonely, special or self-righteous drift by. 

3. Take a deep breath, breathing in the freshness and uncertainty of the moment. Feel that Life Energy enter your mind and thinking. Then exhale any preconceived ideas, releasing any desire for things to be different. Change is inevitable. 

4. Have friendly attitude, accepting the moment as it is. 

 Having a friendly attitude with the moment is Trusting Life and aligning with the Universe. You are consciously bringing love forward  in your thinking, letting Love and Harmony lead you in your infinite choices. 

5. Step into the Present Moment. And as you accept the moment, the gift of Life and Love in the moment, also circulate the gift of Life and Love back into the moment. 

What you give is what you receive. Hope the best for others.

Find that spot within your heart that feels grateful for Life and let it spread into the moment, blending with the Truth of what already is. Circulate and give to others and the Universe caring, appreciation, love and compassion.

I smile and feel the love in my heart, knowing my mother took a picture of that little kid pouting on the front porch steps so many, many years ago so I could see what she saw. So that I might grow out of that toxic attitude! Her Love is a manifestation of Universal Love and Harmony. And so is Love from your Spiritual Heart. It helps us all. 

To Love is natural. Pouty attitudes, resentment, self-righteousness is the past.  You can freely embrace the moment, and make choices that create a better reality for yourself … and the world.

The aberration and the Spiritual Warrior; bringing the spiritual warrior forward

There staring back at me was an aberration! It was barely there, with a weak body, skull-like head,  hollow, dark pits for eyes. Slowly I came to settle into observation and realized it was part of myself looking back at me. That the stare was to purposely startle and scare the observer within. 

A spiritual journey is not for the faint of heart I have learned. When you have come to some calm state of conscious awareness that’s when the subconscious ego fears losing control. It’s when we have seen the goodness within others and ourselves that the aberrations may become more apparent. 

And this is when a fragmented mind will most likely perceive an aberration as a very dire situation, tempting you to hate yourself and hit a mental low. 

It was the Spiritual Warrior that came forward

The Spiritual Warrior fights without hatred.

You become the spiritual warrior when you relate to the Spiritual Heart and unconditional Love in a simple state of awareness and observation.  There is peace and experience of the moment fully. 

There is  no resistance. No urge to defend or to protest. If you perceive threat then you will withdraw into your self-image, which will not be able to defend you. A self-image is a concept of the past.  

And there is no decision to make. Choice is spontaneous.

The warrior will see through the aberration as it is  – illusion. And there is no doubt that the only thing that holds the aberration together is a tiny spark of love, love that has been perverted. Yet, there there is no hatred.  

There is a compassionate warmth in your heart. And that compassion acts. When the light of True Love is directed back to an aberration, then the aberration dissolves. The tiny light that held it together returns to the Source as the darkness returns to the space between. The space of the Unknown.

To bring forth the Spiritual warrior in your reality:

1. Commit to expanding your awareness.

A fragmented mind will be trapped in self-image, time and space, and the human ego. Acknowledging that there are vaster, refined levels of consciousness is a beginning to breaking free of limits the ego places in your thinking. 

2. Mentally practice unity with the flow of the universe, in the moment without resistance.

3. Be willing to face every aspect and trait of yourself.

Acknowledge and embrace your tenderness and gentle heart. Every energetic, wise, sincere and loving thought, emotion and behavior is adding to your own evolution and happiness. And it adds to others’ happiness.

And face the negative traits of the ego.  Renounce and let them go. They are a self-image which is the past. 

4. See love in the world.

When you observe reality as energies then those energies can combine in new ways.  By seeing love in all beings, then there is the very real potential for Nature to  build more of that creation. Like attracts like because of the attraction of Love. 

5. Learn to give love. 

 Look people in the eyes when you speak with them, giving your full attention and consideration with a full heart, observing how you feel. Deeper and deeper understandings offer greater growth.

The more love you give, the more you experience love in your reality. Commit to loving unconditionally. And Love the world unconditionally.

6. Ask yourself everyday, “Who am I?”

And go to that still point within. Remember, declare and Be: “I am. I am in the harmonious flow of the Universe. I am Spiritual Warrior.”

Be willing to nourish the Spiritual Warrior within. Be strong with passion from your Spiritual Heart. Doubt will put things on hold. However, once you make a choice the Universe supports any action once you begin, which explains why it is difficult to change direction midstream.

Too much drama in your life? The human mind will not help, but this will.

When I was a little child I experienced a lot of chaos and a lot of heart ache that I carried with me for many, many years into adulthood. I came to feel that drama and heartache was a living standard. It wasn’t until later in my life that I became aware of the importance I placed on stories I told myself and that I identified with. 

The stories we tell ourselves that are the hardest to let go are those with the most drama. Which we use to create more stories about ourselves and that we identify with.

The more importance you place on drama and the story of it, the more the subconscious ego imprisons you in a fixed self-identity. The less you’re able to freely experience unbound possibilities in the universe and your own innate Light.

So how can we step outside of the human ego’s drama story telling? 

We should allow ourselves to grow into the moment. Observe in a detached, yet involved state without all the thinking the ego circles in. That still, small voice you find in Silence will help you observe the way your personal mind works without harsh judgments.

 You can attain a clarity of mind in silence that can guide you in your choice of actions. While at the same time you are able to observe the subconscious ego’s desire to circle in what it is familiar with. With conditioned habits and behaviors.

The more you pause and become silent the freer you will be able to move into the moment. The more you become aware of things you hadn’t been conscious of before. 

Amazing things can happen that some would overlook or miss completely. Butterflies can fly by even when you’re at sea! Dolphins jump and the waves reflect your heart’s deepest longings.

The more you become silent and observe, the more drama leaves you. Not the memory of an event, rather the emotional drama the ego tells stories about. You can gain some perspective and understanding the lesson that life presented.  

In a state of detached state you are free to observe life constantly changing, yet remains steadfast. And backed up by a realm Unchangeable. Unknown. 

Contacting Universal Life Energy is a backup Force which can help you attain emotional and mental clarity. This is especially helpful just before sleep when the ego tends to review the day and create stories about it.

Instead of creating stories, mentally realize, “I feel Universal Life Energy flowing through me now.” You are aligning with the Light that you are and the Great Unknown.

 Your Heart slowly awakens from it’s imprisoned walls and becomes free to openly experience unbound love and compassion, gratitude, caring and sincerity.

The bravest thing you can do is to focus on your own Inner Love. When your focus mind in that sacred chamber of your Heart you become a spiritual warrior and express unconditional Love in your life. 

And this creates more opportunities for your happiness and unfoldment.
