3 surprising self-defeating patterns you may not recognize, and one is wanting enlightenment!

1. Being a nice person!

You may disagree with this. I did in my earlier years!

My spiritual teacher helped me spot my ego creating a persona of a nice person, but below the surface I was in a conditioned state of fear of being unacceptable and disliked, rather than truly being conscious of myself, others or circumstances. On some level the nice person self-concept I had created was a means of self protection, but I was also afraid that I was unlovable!

We can create a nice person persona to hide behind, but we can end up discrediting ourselves because we think we are not good enough. In fear we can get fixed and stay in that condition state, closing our hearts and trapping our minds!

The easiest way that I know to open our hearts and minds is to be sincere. Truly sincere. And when we feel truly sincere within then we will project sincerity in our attitudes and behaviors. It may not always appear nice, because we may not give a dollar to those looking for a handout or stop traffic to let another car cross over the lanes at a heavy intersection. But we will be loving, kind, and have an attitude of goodwill because sincerity opens us to our heart and the Love within.

2. Pursuing happiness.

It can be inspiring to have something to look forward to, but when it comes to desiring happiness, if we are always pursuing happiness that is all we will do – pursue. For most of us, even when we do achieve happiness, it is fleeting. We set new goals and are in desire mode again, looking for happiness. Happiness is always in the future. We don’t enjoy the moment.

This can also true of pursuing enlightenment. Until we release the mental concept of enlightenment being something in the future, something separate from our physical and mystical life now, then we will always be pursing enlightenment.

Realizing the condition of the human mind helps free us, enlightens us. The heart does. We become the observer of the thinker, bringing us out of the subconscious ego into a higher consciousness.  We  can relax in silence and release desire, desire for happiness, and even enlightenment.

When we live in the higher aspects of our heart rather than our mind we can just Be. Be in peace. Be in Love. Be in a higher consciousness.

3. Pushing a little too hard.

It’s a no pain, no gain attitude! When we become ‘true’ believers in the rightness of our way, then the opposition is energized. We push, complain and protest being motivated by fear and a feeling of powerlessness. We become the cause behind the opposition!

And, in our self-righteousness we can become stuck in that energy. We end up experiencing loathing from within ourselves and from others. And, we can judge ourselves, our ideals and our spiritual journey harshly.

The Law of Polarity or duality, as the human mind perceives it, pushes back hard in the opposite direction of our desire. We humanly perceive the Law of Polarity as opposition  rather than a blending of energies and the compassion of the universe awakening us to our conditioning and concepts.

When I face opposition, I think of it as the ego’s perception of duality and that all energies blend. It is an indication that it is an opportunity to realize “I am” strong, intelligent, sincere, loving and most of all One with the Source, the Great All.

Consider taking the middle road without getting attached to any ‘one’ way. Listening to my intuition has lead me to depths and heights I never expected! In silence you can feel that your intuition it is a reflection from your heart! And, the higher energies of your heart are lead by Love.

When you want to do something harmoniously from your heart say and feel, “With the help of the Great Principle I will.”

Fiery Love, commitment to spiritual partnership and transmitting Universal Energy and Love to the World

water-pansy-refined-message-best

We are in an environment in which relationships and our interactions are paramount. We want to experience fiery love. Fiery love with a partner. Fiery Love within. But we don’t always know it even when it is upon us. And, it is always upon us!

Spiritual partners and friends

Life is a great manifestation of fiery Love in our life. A love that is so great that we also are capable of conscious co-creation. Yet, we have become unconsciously  fearful and created a subconscious mental prison of fear.

Far too often we dwell in fear, impatience and ignorance without even knowing it, but a spiritual partner or friend will help us be aware our fears. Be grateful. It is the Law of Attraction at work. We are attracted to the ‘like’ quality of love in each other, even when it looks like life has handed us an unfair  situation.

My Friend’s help

I have experienced a spiritual friend challenging my fears many times! In my early years of study, my spiritual teacher spotted my ego believing myself to be a ‘nice person.’ She started asking me questions relentlessly to help me realize my attitude! Of course, it brought me to the moment. And, through questioning I realized that as a ‘nice ‘person’ I was in a conditioned state of fear of being unacceptable and disliked, rather than truly being conscious of myself, others or circumstances.

By challenging my unconscious fear of not being loved, I came to a higher level of understanding. It awakened compassion for myself and a deep appreciation, love and gratitude for others. And, a deep Love and gratitude for spiritual friends, especially when they challenge fear.

And from similar experiences I became conscious of the many, many spiritual companions in daily life. Though some are conscious of their influence, those more consciously distant are not, yet they are an important part in the process of awakening. Others are a reflection of ourselves and we are deeply connected.

Fighting to be one with Love and Harmony

We are ultimately responsible for our behaviors, our karma, our experiences and circumstances. A person that is striving to know their authentic power challenges any temptation to behave with timidity, bullying, complaint, revenge or protest. When we have an attitude of war or even a plea for compromise, it comes from fear and a feeling of powerlessness.

Here are some questions we may ask ourselves, ask a friend or a friend may ask us, to bring us to the moment and be conscious of what is really happening:

  1. Are you willing to be in the circumstance fully with the purpose to heal yourself?
  2. What are you thinking? What are you feeling?
  3.  Are you willing to recognize that the universe is giving you a compassionate opportunity to heal this part of your personality and ego that wants to hold you here?
  4. Are you going to distract yourself with other fears or feelings of powerlessness like worry, complaining, blaming someone else, or self-pity?
  5. Are you going to distract yourself by overeating, over drinking, over working, or over …?
  6. Does your conscience hurt? What is the purpose of the pain?
  7. Is your intent and motivation coming from a place of fear or love?
  8. Are you willing to be in the moment, calm, relaxed? Are you aware of being one with Universal Life Energy?
  9. Are you willing to help yourself, have compassion for yourself, release fear, choose love?
  10. Can you find the tenderness of your spiritual heart, the peace, goodwill and joy? Do you feel it?  (When you do then it is your response, your attitude, your behavior!)

I ask myself questions like these whenever I feel some sluggish energy creeping into my awareness.

 Commitment to Love

Each time you choose love over fear you will experience some mastery over yourself! And, you become conscious of being less and less dominated by fears, which is undeniably liberating! You will feel lifted, lighter and brighter.

Your commitment to love, to your strength, wisdom and sincerity will create more love and more joy in your life! Remember to radiate that Love and Be a spiritual friend to others by asking them questions when they agree to it.

When others do not agree to it you can still give your spiritual support and Love unconditionally. Love loves without harsh judgment and is inclusive. Consider sending Love and Light unconditionally to all humanity as in this exercise (link underlined):

Transmitting Divine Energy and Love to the World

As that Loving power circles the world everyone and everything is included.

Heaven or hell- it’s what we create? Integrating the third and fourth dimensions

heart-spiritual-tumblr_nudz412zjc1sofkn4o1_500

“One of the greatest privileges and powers man has is FREE WILL. That Free Will he can use constructively or destructively. Man creates his own heaven and his own hell. They are man-made, not created by God. They are states of consciousness, not localities, and they last as long as one remains a willing host to them.”

Eugene Fersen, Science of Being, page 160.

We live as humans in a three dimensional world. Yet, we are also multi-dimensional beings. Having body, mind and soul we are connected to the fourth dimension and more. And, we are capable of integrating both the third and fourth dimensions in our life now by entering our scared Heart center!

Our heart chakra and our health

Of course, we experience physical pain in our heart and emotional pain of a broken heart because of the karma we create and through our connection with everyone and everything. Being ignorant of the law of Retribution, we can make all kinds of harmful choices, causing all kinds of trouble for ourselves and hell to pay in this dimension! Our thoughts, emotions and actions ultimately return right back to us – the energy of them.

So the negative energy of emotions like impatience, dislike, disgust, self-righteousness, hatred, envy and jealousy return, creating a hellish emotional condition for ourselves. And, negative thoughts and emotions damage our heart chakra and eventually our health.

Our multi-dimensional heart

But even though our physical and etheric heart is in this human three dimensional world, our heart is also of the fourth dimension, of Divine Love and the chamber of the Eternal.

The fourth dimension is the energy and quality of Harmony, Peace, Purpose, Light and Divine Love. It is the energies and powers of the third dimension in which we mentally separate becomes unified and One:  All Energy, Intelligence, Law and Love. And, it is in the scared chamber of our Heart that we can become conscious of the fourth dimension.

Back to the Future

Heart and brain communicate. Guidance and wisdom from our spiritual Heart is reflected in our pineal, the 7th chakra, the chakra of the superconsciousness. We can become conscious of the Wisdom and Love of our Heart center through pineal that becomes an inspiration to the pituitary, 6th chakra, the chakra of Self-consciousness.

And, when we become conscious of the Light of our spiritual Heart center, when we consciously enter our Heart center, we are integrating the third and fourth dimensions.

Entering the scared chamber of your Heart

It is very simple to enter your spiritual Heart center.

  • Relax your body and breathe in the Life (Universal Life Energy), Light and Love of the Universe. Let those energies fill your mind and body.
  •  Surrender your mind  to the Silence.
  • Let Love lead You, to inspire You to know Love. Know that you are everything with the Eternal Creator. Feel personal Love, unconditional Love and Gratitude in your Heart. Gratitude for the Great Mother Earth, the Great Father Sun and Universe, the Great Principle.
  • Focus yourself, move and have your being in your physical heart and the Loving energy of your spiritual Heart center. Without expectation explore and experience your Heart center. As you become more aware you may experience the Light and Love of the Eternal that you are part of. And you may also become aware of the Power, Abundance, Wisdom, Law, Harmony and Protection. And, of any guidance you may ask for. Your experience may manifest in a different way that is inspired by your soul.
  • Gently let yourself gradually return to your three dimensional world.

I do this meditation for about 10 – 20 minutes, but I must admit that once I am in my Heart center I love being in that Light and Harmony and I may stay longer. Yet, I am very aware that our life is meant to live in this three dimensional world for now. To create harmony in our life and our world.

Stay connected

The most important point for me and for You, I hope, is to remember and stay connected to your spiritual Heart center. To express unconditional Love in all that you do in your human life. In this way you create a healthy, wise, successful and happy life. And, you raise your frequency and the Light and Love in your body, mind and emotions. Which, in turn, integrates You with the Light and Love of the fourth dimension!

You created this moment

water lilly blue You have created

Each of us are in a personal transformation process of discovering and revealing our Real Self and soul. We are in a creative process – we create our reality  which is a reflection of our original spiritual power of creativity. But we repress  or deny that power of creativity or use it to cause us to be distracted or to misdirect it in negative creations and self-images that cause us to suffer.

We believe we are not smart enough, rich enough, thin enough, fit enough, witty enough, beautiful enough, educated enough. We feel lonely, depressed, worried, left out. Thinking and believing false assumptions until they become our self-concept and identity. We can feel justified for jealousy, hatred, and even take offense against others. These are our creations that cause us to suffer.

We will reap the effects of our thought, emotions and actions – and it will manifest in our life.

Create your happiness

We create a more harmonious, happy life with positive energy – positive thoughts, emotions, and of course, behaviors and actions. It all starts with our attitude!

Here are some simple ways to create a happier life for yourself, which will touch others also:

  1. Approach everything as being an opportunity to grow and learn the lesson of love, even during the most trying of times.

  2. Be conscious and mindful of the watcher of the thinker! Detach from negative thoughts and emotions.

  3. Be grateful for your opportunity of life and to have come this far.

  4. Listen to your intuition and follow through on the guidance.

  5. Express goodwill, kindness, caring and love from the tenderness of your heart to everyone, including yourself.

  6. Contact Universal Life Energy to energize and harmonize yourself.

  7. Mentally and emotionally connect to the Eternal with Declarations of Truth just before falling asleep. I am statements like: I am One with the Absolute, All Power, All Wisdom, All Truth, All Love and All Beings.

  8. Daily practice spiritual exercises, such as, Relaxation and Silence, meditation.

  9. Create something everyday – like when you were happy and in the moment creating as a child – art, cooking, writing, imaginative beauty – the ways are unlimited! Listen to your Higher Self.

  10. Smile!

The Hidden value of humor in your spiritual practice and life

funny gif police
buzzfeed gif

LOL! We can do funny stuff. As we age we accumulate negative energy in the subconscious through conditioning and the choices we make. We race for another day and dwell on the past. It can make our heart feel heavy, anxious and stressed. A sense of humor can be overlooked in spiritual practice, but it has real value and power.

The value of humor

If you laughed at the video above you probably feel more energized, happy and relaxed. Spontaneous laughter can relieve pinned up stress and negative energy from our heart and subconscious ego.

Smiling and laughter is an instinctual form of emotional communication. Babies radiate positive energy, love and acceptance when they smile or laugh.

With a sense of humor we can keep a balanced view of life. Everything is important and nothing is important. We enjoy a sense of wonder, where everything is interesting, never boring, and even humorous.

A sense of humor helps protect you

When we stumble we are tempted to be embarrassed, but with a sense of humor we can throw off negative energy like carelessness and see another side of it. Comedians can make us laugh at awful things we do. Have you ever giggled at a funereal or wake?

We instinctively laugh as a defense mechanism to mentally negate the possibility of emotional damage. It’s a protection against fear growing in our imagination and thinking because we are blocking negative suggestions and energy from entering our subconscious which could take root and grow – to come back and haunt us. A sense of humor can save us a lot of emotional troubles!

Laugh therapy

Because of increased stress at work, some corporations hire laugh therapists to help their employees release tension, relax and function better. The therapists aren’t comedians, rather they induce laughter through emotional contagion.

The energy of spontaneous laughter jumps and spreads through the Law of Attraction! You’ve probably experienced being in a room of people and someone starts to laugh, then it spreads and you laugh too without even knowing the original trigger. Contagious laughter fosters unity in groups. And, we may spontaneously laugh to trigger laughter in others!

Harmful laughter?

I do this nervous laugh when I don’t know what to say, so I stall. I initially thought I was doing it to lighten the situation up. But, it’s sort of an unconscious ‘ughhhh…’ It can be misinterpreted by others and I have gotten into trouble because of it. I’ve been practicing being conscious and considerate when I am tempted to laugh nervously, since it is based in doubt and it can hurt others.

There’s also the fake laugh and ridicule laugh. A ridicule laugh is dangerous because it can kill an idea, even something we like. People that argue or debate use ridicule laughter to gain the upper hand, to humiliate, to kill something in us.

Let’s not forget the diabolical, cruel laugh; we are communicating that something is wrong, very, very wrong.

Freeing our heart

A sense of humor is a great gift that we can develop through the practice of wonder. Being mindful we recognize that everything is in a constant state of change and this moment won’t come again. We’re not ‘stiffs,’ frozen in the drama of self-righteousness. We’re free to see all sides of the situation.

A sense of humor enriches our life. It gives us a creative, positive disposition and we become more relaxed. In a relaxed state we live a more natural, loving life.

Of course, the entire situation in the video above could be a setup and probably was just to get a laugh. If we laugh about it we feel better, it energizes us and our heart soars!

The Power to Create – A Key to Happiness

Power to create

Russia can be considered a country of contrasts, or a least it is to me! There is the beauty of the people, their rich culture, past history accomplishments in art and its reconstruction after the terrible wars. Then there is the darkness, the suppression, the control and lost of freedom that they have suffered.

Yet, the greatest thing I have learned from the beautiful people there, and from people everywhere, is that creativity is a means to reconstruct happiness! Remember when you where a child and spent hours creating stories, crayon pictures, paintings, dirt roads for our matchbox cars, Lego buildings and even worlds! We were happy in our creativity!

In creativity  there is no contrast, rather blending of past and present, present and future, destruction and construction, even darkness and light. Because darkness though it may appear to be complete,  we see the Light when we turn towards it.

We turn towards Light and Love. The act of  being creative is beautiful because the mind of the creator is beautiful. And beauty is a quality of Love.

Mind and Love creates beautiful thoughts, ideas, emotions, behaviors and physical manifestations! And, through the Law of Attraction we create our reality – we create our happiness!

Do We Purposefully Create Conflict in Our Life?

conflict

Television dramas and reality shows soar in popularity, especially when there is obvious conflict. We want the characters to bravely face problems and overcome them. We want happy endings and great achievements. But, why are we so attracted to conflict in stories and competitions? And, do we purposefully create conflict in our life?

The Entertainment

Sure, we like to be entertained with games and stories in the media and conflict makes good drama. We are kept in suspense and are emotionally invested with anticipation in the hope of them overcoming the challenges they face.  We like the adventure and are attracted to it because of our own drama.

Our Power of Creation

We create conflict and drama in our life because we are generally unconscious of falling prey to the subconscious ego, which in turn creates disharmony.

A simple example of this is when I was young and walking along and stumbled, hurting my toe and pride. I asked myself why did I physically experience pain when I wasn’t hurting anyone, just minding my own business. I was young and inexperienced, but I had a spiritual teacher to help me understand myself. It became quite clear that I had been careless. Mindlessly day dreaming rather than being in the moment and caring about how and where I stepped.

Every fearful emotion we experience like being careless, like being afraid of being alone, of being ridiculed, or of missing out, manifests as a negative behavior. Carelessness can result in a stumble or other mistake. Impatience can result in anger, and anger can lead to brutality. Jealousy can manifest as lying and even as violence. Guilt can result in regret, despair and depression.

The Lessons of Life

At the time, that stumble didn’t seem very important, but it was a valuable experience. I learned to care about what I am doing in the moment, to be grateful and that even deeper understandings can unfold. Conflict can be very painful, yet we can learn some very valuable life lessons.

Like the aphorism, “You can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make him drink,” I am grateful for that experience, for my spiritual Friend and my Inner Teacher. Without being conscious we can miss life opportunities to help ourselves and the importance of love in every behavior that is rooted in the mind and our emotions which manifests in our behaviors. If those emotions are negative we create conflict in our life.

Life Opportunities

Bit by bit, step by step, we become freer, stronger and happier through the Law of Attraction and the Law of Cause and Effect.

When you look someone in the eyes and genuinely smile, it spreads. Being kind and considerate is contagious. Finding solutions to problems with actions, rather than just complaining, is putting out positive energy and benefits everyone. And, that positive energy eventually returns to us increased.

If we do experience conflict or face adversities in our life it can spur us to remember all those life lessons we learned and motivate us to behave with love leading us. That’s a very rewarding life adventure!

What Not to Do, Part 3

We’re Conditioned!

Sure, we were taught not to be impatient or loose our temper, but we do it anyway and get caught in these very habitual behaviors. We can’t seem to help our self.

ID-100238139

FreeDigitalPhotos.net, taoty

Continuing from the previous two post’s list of what not to do:

We’re Conditioned to Believe

6 – We’ve conditioned our self to believe negative egotistic behaviors like fear, worry, resentment and greed are part of standard human behavior and are acceptable rather than consciously releasing them and regaining our freedom!

In fact, we can live in ‘what not to do’ for so long that we think it is ‘what to do’!

7 – We are conditioned to obey an ‘authority’ without first using our own discrimination process and listening to our Superconscious.

8 – We think it’s okay to tell little white lies to save our self from embarrassment or someone else’s involvement.

9 – We want to be liked, admired, and known as a nice person, and therefore, we mold our self to that image, trying to please others.

Spirit of Love

That gentle voice of intuition telling us that something is wrong, a what not to do moment, is our consciousness tapping into Superconsciousness which is part of our Soul and Universal Mind guiding us.

If we ignore the guidance of our Higher Self we still have backup means to help us know the right thing to do. We can reason with purposeful discrimination we learned through experience, conditioning and education, but we still have a choice to take it or leave it. It’s like the aphorism: You can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make him drink.

Means of the Mind

Eventually, we must come to know for ourselves the way to harmony and happiness since we are responsible for ourselves. In a deeper understanding and wider view it is still following the guidance of our Higher Self because we are harmonizing our thinking and behavior. We come to release our grip on the ego and embrace our soul and true Being.

Ways of the World

We make our life the way it is. We must take responsibility for it and be courageous in the present moment and moments to come to help transform our self into a better condition.

We already know the right thing to do because we are part of Cosmic Mind, but we have temporarily forgotten that since we are experiencing a separatist, self-centered, egotistic mind. You loosen the grip of the subconscious ego every time you live in the present moment and enjoy now.

When we consciously work at it we eventually recognize what not to do and realize what to do.  Things like being conscious and accurate, making the best use of our time because it doesn’t come again, and being respectful and loving others unconditionally because they are just like us – beautiful Souls.

In Light and With Love, Portia SLB

Consider this quote to reflect upon:

“Subconsciousness is the shell which prevents the Living Spirit within from manifesting as powerfully as it should. When enough Rays of Truth pierce the subconsciousness, then subconsciousness will collapse like a balloon, and there will be no more subconsciousness.”

Eugene Fersen, Aphorisms of The Lightbearer, page 98.

What Not to Do, Part 2

It Seems Justified!

As children we were expressly taught by our guardians what not to do for our own good. However, as adults most of us have fallen into some very detrimental behaviors that we learned unconsciously through observation and conditioning. Having unconsciously fallen into these patterns, we have to work at breaking their control over us by first becoming conscious of them.

First, be conscious!
First, be conscious!
(FreeDigitalPhotos.net, David Castillo Dominici)

We’ve Seen Others Do It….
And now we do it too!

1 – Like in the last post – we see people try to change someone else – that is definitely a what not to do because it can’t be done anyway.

Each of us are a powerhouse underneath this part of us we call personality, mind and body. We have to agree to change within our self first. The better route for everyone is to work on our own improvement and assist others that seek it.

2, 3, 4 – We definitely should not spend our time and effort thinking about what is beyond our immediate control, such as wasting time with regret over past mistakes or missed opportunities, or even worrying about the unknown future.

Let it go, otherwise you can get stuck in regret, guilt, and worry until it gets so bad it can make you mentally and physically sick. Instead, practice gratitude in the present and enjoy it as much as you can.

5+ – We repeatedly engage in negative things such as expressing impatience, being in a hurry, procrastinating and lazing around. Some more harmful ones are: lying, falling in a depression, losing our temper, negatively criticizing our self and others, and, fear of making a mistake.

These are all very habitual and self-centered, subconscious behaviors. When you are in it at the time they seem justified because of egotistic self-righteousness. Self-righteousness is one of the worst what not to do’s we experience!

image

FreeDigitalPhotos.net, Stuart Miles

Definitely What To Do!

We experience pain because the harmful energy of mindlessness we generate comes back and hits us like a ton of bricks. That is the power of Universal Mind and Love physically manifesting, but perverted by fearful thinking and powered by fearful emotions.

It takes courage to face the truth of egotistic behavior, yet you have all the power you need to rise above it. Consider being mindful, consciously aware of your thinking and motivation in order to release those harmful traits and emotions.

With a feeling of love rather than fear motivating you, you can live harmoniously in the Law of Cause and Effect with wondrous consequences!

In Light and With Love, Portia SLB

We will conclude this series with more What Not to Do in our next post, including ways to whole heartedly embrace what to do! Until next time consider this quote to reflect upon:

“To be Spiritual means to do the right thing, without thinking of being Spiritual. As our understanding grows, our sense of right grows also.”

Eugene Fersen, Aphorisms of The Lightbearer, page 1.

What Not to Do, Part 1

Ways of the World

There are plenty of websites and blogs that have lists of what not to do, such as ‘what not to do on your online dating profile’ and ‘what not to do in an interview’. Often times they can be very humorous while being true.

Yet, there are some very practical things to consider when it comes to what not to do when you want to improve your life and enlighten your spiritual journey.

discriminate

FreeDigitalPhotos.net, hyena reality

MEANS OF THE MIND
The subconscious doesn’t like to be told what not to do. That word ‘not’ or ‘n’t’ seems to disappear from our attention when used in a sentence, so consider reading the first sentence in this paragraph again! That’s the first important thing to remember about what not to do.

When you say to someone, especially a child, “don’t be afraid,” it’s like saying to the ego “be afraid, be very afraid!” Or, “don’t cry,” it’s like you are saying, “I understand why you are crying.” When you say, “don’t tell me what to do!” The subconscious of the person you’re speaking to tends to hear “tell me what to do,” and it’s almost irresistible for them not to tell you what to do!

When you say to yourself, “don’t forget,” the subconscious records the predominate word – forget. If you want to remember, say to yourself, “remember,” and mentally swallow it – you are programing the subconscious.

Be mindful and consciously choose the appropriate word as a directive to the subconscious since it is very good at recording thoughts and growing them, but not very good at recognizing the word ‘not’.

A very practical what not to do is try to change someone else. You can’t.

Everyone is incredibly strong. And, if you do try to change someone else you end up changing yourself! You ignore the health of your own sanity as self-righteousness and every subconscious trait that supports that line of thinking eats up the Light of your mind and emotions!

Everyone has a right to their thinking, even if it is harmful for them! Sad, but true. We can try to help them, but we can not change them. One of the best ways to help them is to work on changing our self for the better because it rubs off on those around us.

SPIRIT OF LOVE
Our great asset is our Higher Self, our Superconscious that speaks to us through intuition and inspiration which helps us know what not to do and what to do. And, we have the power of discrimination.

Knowledge is a means and power to help us advance and better our life, and along with soul sourced discrimination it can help us do that in universal balance.

With Light and Love, Portia SLB

We’ll share more things not to do that complicate your life in the next 2 upcoming posts with the help of the Great Law.

Until next time consider this quote to reflect upon:

“The subconsciousness always imposes on consciousness. It always wants us to do something. The Superconsciousness always wants to be asked. When we ask we should always believe that we will receive. The Eternal must answer when asked.”

Eugene Fersen, Pearls of Wisdom, Volume I, p. 313.
